What has happened to this app! Awful today. Took me around in circles with 5 attempts to save only 9 photos to place order. Kept throwing me out each time and I had to start all over again. eventually got there and order moved along quick from that point on. Its never happened before, but if does next time I'll just use another source for photo ordering. Order was an easy job made hard for no apparent reason. May be on app only and work better with the Web version?

For me, it was difficult to upload, transfer, order, etc... for your specials. While I'm not the most techni... person, I haven't had this much difficulty ordering from Walgreens or Walmart. Shipping and handling was $11.99 for 100 photos so that's 12 cents per photo. I look forward to viewing the quality of the photos and creating a photo album for our grandchild. If the quality is good, I'll probably try to order again now that I have experience with the site.

App is easy, great sales! We mostly use the unlimited 1 cent 4x6 prints for large orders with around $30 shipping. Seems to come around once or twice a month. Tonight I tried Shutterfly app instead for a large 320 4x6 order. Best pricing is through the apps. Big mistake. Nothing but trouble trying to get that to work for 30 minutes or more. Went back to my trusty Snapfish app and had it completely done in 5 minutes! Quality is better than Walgreens or Walmart IMO.

Can't argue with free prints, but app could be better. I often choose the wrong menu to pull up the album I was working on to upload more and order. My instinct is to pick "my projects" but my albums are in My Photos. So I get slowed down by getting lost in menus. Otherwise great app and wonderful service, cheaper than drugstore photos after shipping.

✅Two photo orders came a week early! ✅Photo quality great! 🚫Tracking does not work on app when clicking on tracking number in Snapfish. Goes back to login & login button doesn't work. I logged out. Tried again. Nope. 🔴The design element is cumbersome. No way to adjust photo to fit size frame. Back to Canva to redesign & save. 🔴Locating photos from preorders is not clear. There is a Snapfish symbol as well as Google Gallery, a cell phone symbol but no words. Would beceasier

I don't mind paying some shipping and handling but it is ridiculous when I buy $50 worth of items and then turn around and have to pay that same amount for the shipping. would be nice if there was a help with shipping. whether it be you order a certain amount, you get this, much shall for whatever, but something doesn't have to be free shipping just something

I wish the app could interface with Amazon photos. It would make it so much easier. Other than that it's not to bad. When dealing with customer service it's quite frustrating. I keep losing my communication with customer service even when I open another window. Your customer service was great to work with. They helped me with my issue.

never could get the order prints from.android to work. Snapfish is great. app never has worked well for ordering. Update: I finally figured out how to order. Photo quality is good. Wish it was simpler to figure out how to add the "free photos" to cart. I had to upload twice before figuring out to Save as a project before I could order. Love the concept. Just not sure how to order in less than 1 hour.

Honestly, the app itself is very easy to follow. The thing that made me give it two stars though was the quality of the pictures. On my phone, the photos I ordered looked very clear, none blurry. But when I recieved the photos, ALL of the photos were extremely blurry. I thought to myself that it was okay, I'll just try and figure out what went wrong. However, I don't see anywhere were you can ask for help. I am disappointed with how the photos came out. I don't recommend for high quality pics.

Love the 100 free prints a month, and only have to pay shipping! Not all the photos I take of family and friends are meant for the wall, but are still fun, and cherished memories. It's nice to be able to print those out, and put them in a photo book. My kids love flipping through them! I use the cheapest shipping so it's taken 3 weeks for them to get to me, but they got here. I print soc, so its quick and easy. Would be nice to have a couple options to edit the photos when ordering.

If you're trying to save money, it's a dollar cheaper to print at Walmart ($0.09 per print when it ships to your house). I wish I could add photos to show you. The demo view isn't accurate. I carefully altered my Save the Dates to fit inside their lines (I even gave the edges a little room). It cut off the left side of my photo and left extra room on the bottom. I had to cut them all by hand. It still looks bad. It also doesn't show that there are translucent words on the back and a long #.

The app doesn't connect with the desktop version!?? I just spent an hour creating a photobook and then wanted to make final edits on the desktop version (since the app is too small to see details.) Logged in and the project wasn't there. Asked customer service and the response was simply...they don't connect. Who thought that was a good idea?? Waste of an hour, and I won't be buying a photobook.

I started using Snapfish two months ago and I love it. I have already made a recommendation. The pictures Iook great! For the developers- I only did 4/5 due to that it took 2 weeks to be able to place an order. I was stuck on a page where I couldnt place it because my photos that I wanted to print would not all upload. I wish at some point there was a function to be able to delete photos that were unable to upload. I would have chosen different pics and placed my order sooner.

I like the app itself-- very user friendly. What I am not crazy about is the recent "false advertising". (I have used SF for years & only recently found this to be a problem.) I went to order Christmas cards advertised at "as low as $1.00 each". I took the time to make the cards & they ended up being $2.60 each even though I included no extras from what was advertised as being as low as a dollar! I called in. I was told it says "as low as" but you can't get them for that price. Upsetting!

I'm constantly experiencing glitches where the app freezes and I have to exit, close, and reboot. It like to just continually spin while uploading photos. I noticed that once I put an item in the cart, even after saving edits, the item is back to the original format rather than the edited one. Christmas cards took forever to get right. Shipping costs are obnoxiously high as well. It cost over $15 to ship 75 prints and 20 5x7 Christmas cards.

At first I was very frustrated because so many pictures failed to upload. I couldn't find a number to call Snapfish. I tried again and still, many did not upload then the try again button appeared and when I clicked on it the rest uploaded. It was all very time consuming, but I am happy I was able to do it. Maybe there could be more helpful hints along the way to help people like me (not a techy)

I've been a happy Snapfish customer for years. First time using the app, and found it easy to navigate, very convenient, and free prints each month! So far, I love it! PS, only gave 4 out of five stars because nothing is perfect and there's always room for improvement. But, as I said, I have been a happy customer for years and I do highly recommend Snapfish.

I have kept some many pictures on my phone for years. I found this app through Google. I had some pictures shipped to me and they were great. So I continue to have more pictures printed for a small album I got. They are clear and the color is amazing. I also purchased the desk calendar. And put all my pets on the calendar. What great way to keep memories. Thank you Snapfish. 😍😻

Very easy to navigate this app; initially I signed up for the free 100 prints and that's such a great deal. But once you're there, you see that they offer so much more at the convenience to order from your phone rather than going to the drug stores (CVS, Walgreens, etc) to order them in person and wait. So convenient! Can't wait for my pics to come in. :)

I was excited to use one of the specials until I found out how much shipping was! So beware! It's very unreasonable! I would go with another company like Free prints or shutterfly. They never charge that much for shipping! I also spent a lot of time loading 182 pictures and then the bar at the bottom froze. I ended up having to go back and spend another hour or 2 reloading them in sets of no more than 50 at a time.
