I live in Japan and I opened the snaps website in Japanese. It told me I needed to use the app but the link wasn't working so I downloaded the English version. After spending hours on my order I find that there is no shipping to Japan from this version. I'm so disappointed, I was really excited for my purchase. Fix the Japanese version or add it to shipping please.

Used for photocards -- I really liked this app because it was reasonably priced to make photocards. But it's become more expensive now. It used to be 1000¥ for a set of 24 photocards(トレカ). But the price is now 590¥ for a set of 10 photocards. That was very disappointing. I will probably order one more time and then find a better option.

Even though it's a Korean app, if you live in Korea, they can't ship to you if you're using the English language. I wasted longer than 3 hours making an order, but at checkout found out they only ship internationally. If you live in Korea, you have to use the korean app not the english one.

This seems a good app but how come there is no Korea delivery option when the app company is Korean itself? It didn't make any sense. So I installed this app, I have items in my cart but I cannot see Korea in the delivery country? What nonsense is this? Developer's reply is totally illogical. If I changed the country and language to Korean then how will I read? I am a foreigner in Korea. How do I read and understand Korean? So to use this app and delivery in Korea I have to learn Korean?Really?

Horrible app experience, had to restart over and over, can't move images so you need to go back and forth if you put them in the wrong place, all for my order to be over $30 in shipping for a $4 order

Love this app and its products!! Its high quality and overall really nice, but I wish it had the same products as the Korean version.

I love it, but disappointed that can't ship to South Korea. It ships to most countries, and I can't understand why Korea is not on the list.

I love that you can make your own photocards. I just wish there was a cheaper shipping option.

Wanted the fabric slogans but it seems they are only available on the korean version,,, would you be able to add it to this app too?

I literally spend an hour and a half and when was about to place order but there is NO shipping in PAKISTAN?! When there is shipping in India so why not Pakistan?! I'm very disappointed....
