Not worth the hassle for me.. The app is buggy, buttons out of view.. repeatedly sending mobile verification codes... Reserve won't validate my credit card, which is valid for almost every other store app.. loading cash for rewards doesn't work for the same reason. The last draw was being 'banned' while trying to access my account through the website (Error 1015). They can keep the $10 promo funds. There's much better options out there for kicks.

Made a purchase 3 weeks ago, over $200. AFTER submitting my order, Snipes notified that the sneaker was out of stock & I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. I deem that unacceptable. Also the refund took a lot longer than 3-5. Tried another purchase 5 days ago. I opted for store pickup and even selected the store. AFTER I submit my order, the order changed to delivery. Today (5 days later), the order is still "processing." Im cancelling this order and this app. Unsafe spending

8-17-25 update: more than a year later, I still can't login through the app. It keeps telling me that my password is incorrect. If I go to the website, my password works. I've even copied it in from the website and pasted it into the app to make sure I'm not typing it incorrectly. It still tells me my password is incorrect. Login credentials don't work in the app. I can log into the website from a computer but the app tells me that my password is invalid. Frustrating!

This app kinda sucks. It glitches, isn't fluid to maneuver and takes you to pages where it's like hitting a wall where you're forced to go back. Also couldn't find a way to edit my email because it used my primary email from Facebook but wouldn't follow through with the registration. And of course it wouldn't let me edit it in the app. Downloaded it to get free shipping on my item and it's getting deleted right after.

The pictures of the products are blank. I've treated Uninstaller and re installed, and still no luck. I don't know what's going on with the app in the past month or so. In the previous months, it worked somewhat fine.

Placed a reservation in the new reserve portion, won but never received text message to complete purchase. reached out multiple times to support and no help or response. AI assistant on the chat is useless, no one to ever talk to. no number to call for issues. no email back. lost my chance at release due to the companies negligence. Probably won't be using again.

every drop it's the same ole song, they tell you that you are in, then 2 days before the release date they send a email saying I have early access, to go in the site and pre-order. so you do and you sit for 30 40 minutes until it's your turn IN line to never have any sizes I need ever. absolutely terrible way to do a raffle.

For the past 2 months the pictures won't load so you can see what the item looks like. But if you click on the website no problem besides it won't let you login on the website.

the app is piss poor to say the least and that's being generous. I wish I could post the screenshots of the specific thing I'm talking about. the app is broken and no photos of anything shows up. even with the update and also troubleshooting every possible way it's still is a broken app. need to push a new update out ASAP. it's been like this for months and shame on me for thinking that it might have changed by now.

This app is constantly crashing. Can be looking at shoes and will randomly say check your connection as well as failed to load. There's nothing wrong with my connection in fact My Nike app is working just fine. Edit... Still not fixed. Don't waste your time it's not worth the download. Just go to Hibbett.

First time, I ordered something from here. They canceled my order and never sent any pickup info email or the email that they canceled my order. i went to the store they say no. Customer service chat gave me the wrong info, saying they did sent me pickup email. On the other hand, within a week, they blasted me with a few dozens of promotional email. Using shady tricks to get people email. **Consumer affers alart**

I have had nothing but headaches trying to order from this company. They have items posted that aren't in stock. They cancel my orders without clear information as to why. I registered for an account that won't let me use my password or reset it. Couldn't order on website but no instructions saying you must order through app. Customer service friendly but not really solving my problems

App glitches. And don't place a online order with them. I requested a cancellation and they approved. Sent me several confirmation messages saying it's cancelled. Then 5 days later they charge my account for items I never received. And all they offer me is a 20% discount off my next order. Will not be using them for their services again. Do what you say your gonna do.

For the past 3 months the app has not been working correctly. Currently none of the images will load, so you are unable to see what the items look like. If I switch to the website it will not allow me to login.

YOUR APP DOES NOT WORK. I have to go on the website which also asks me every 20 seconds to press and hold to verify I'm not a robot. You guys have so many thing I want and I've bought several times from you guys, and now it's a headache even trying to look at what you guys have. It seems like ever since you got rid of the Jimmy Jazz site this has been happening, I liked the Jimmy Jazz site. I've deleted and installed the app several times and it still won't work it just says 'error'

The app is super easy to use. I love that they give you a coupon code when you sign up for an account. The only thing was I wasn't sure if the discount code was valid in stores since I live literally a block away. But I'm not knocking down any stars as I am happy with my discount and free shipping.
