This app could be so much better for the free user. Pay cycles are different for many people and it's the one thing that's hardest to lock down. Let the free users have 1 extra feature - the ability to customise when the pay cycle starts and ends, which is currently only for the premium members it makes the app useless without it. It's hard to want to become a plus member as it's for managing bills - which isnt proactive by adding yet another bill/subscription

Amazing budgeting and tracking app for income and spending. Honestly for the price per year I think it's great as it really does save a lot of time for the premium sub. Its clearly shown me my spending over the years with certain services and its really eye opening. For example the amount I spent on Amazon (😅😅). The offline accounts are nice as well to track overall net worth. This app isn't a portfolio tracker so I don't expect it to update an ISA in real-time. Budgeting is great 👍.

every month it says my bills are at risk but it hasn't taken into account my income. I have a regular payment going out every five weeks but can't choose five weeks as a payment schedule. It doesn't take weekends into account. my spending patterns are not identical each month so splitting the budget up into countless categories isn't as helpful as I thought it might be because I keep getting overspend notices even though some categories have had a zero spend that month.

I love the app with its sleek, modern design - as a tech-savvy guy, it’s perfect. I’d love a few extra features, like a “Mark as Refund” option to match transactions from the same seller with the same price going in and out so they don’t affect the budget. Also, an interactive "cash flow chart" design would make everything more intuitive than a standard line graph (kind of like the ones you see with company quarterly financials) and work really well with the app! 😊

Brilliant service and interface. I tried a few similar apps before Snoop and got frustrated and annoyed with bad interfaces and functionality. Snoop did everything I wanted, easily linked all my current accounts and credit cards for a running total in and out. Also setup the auto save ISA service in the app. very good 10/10

great app for those interested in personal finance. good review of your situation keeping all accounts in one. easy view of monthly upcoming regular payments and expenses. .will need time to sort them in right categories. but ones is done snoop takes good care of reminding you and advising to keep an eye on your finances. would like to have a total debt page chart.... but probably it is in paid version. at the moment only using free version. overall definitely 9/10!

I tried a few apps after previously having one of these money manager apps, now discontinued. All had problems! Snoop quickly and easily did exactly what I wanted, linking to my First Direct and Monzo accounts, importing and analyzing my transactions and giving me a consolidated overview of my money and spending. I tend to switch between bank accounts at random, depending on which card comes out of my wallet first - so it can be a bit rough trying to find out exactly where I am! All I need :-)

Absolutely LOVE Snoop. Highly recommend to anyone with ADHD who knows they need to get a handle on their finances, and just wants to see everything in one place. Very easy to set up and configure, it gives me all the visibility I need on upcoming payments. That annual payment of £400 for something essential that comes as a horrible surprise each year? Snoop can at least give you the heads up when it's coming! The free version gives me everything I need, which is a godsend!

Really useful budget tracker. The name freaks me out re privacy and isn't a great marketing choice imo. It would be improved if you could amend pending payments to the correct spending pots. however this is very functional and the best budgeting app I've used. Thank you and highly recommended.

This app is great. Really helped with family budget and working out how much I actually spend and where! It's nice and slick and smooth to use. Takes a bit of time to get spending in the right categories but once that's done its great 👍

Good app so far, setup was more challenging than what i thought but seems to provide good insights across all of my accounts which is exactly what I wanted.

This app would be great if it worked, however when I try to connect my bank it goes in an endless loop and will not connect it to the app. 10/10 will not try again.

Not sure you get your info from, but this week's and this month's bills are completely inaccurate. It seems to think my local coffee shop is going to charge me £3.30 twice a week for the next month! Not sure how you would know this when I probably go once a week if that. It also says my TV licence bill is coming this week when it's already been paid.😂

Snoop works for me really well as a savings account only ...decent interest compared to most High Street banks... yes there is a delay in the money if you miss the same working day cut off but as long as you are not in an immediate hurry then you reap the rewards of a really good rate compared to most other banks... plus for me I had read what Snoop said about how the account works so it wasn't an issue. I also use a linked current account that is not my main bills account... It works for me.

On the whole I like using snoop and I use it alot to help me check on my finances. Do feel frustrated with lots of things particularly that it doesn't recognise 4 weekly or 2 weekly payments. Very good for monthly and annual payments. Does cater for "holidays" in payments. Do very much like the advice and alerts to help me with my money especially during the last year when finances have been difficult for almost everyone. Just wish it would recognise four weekly payments thanks 😊

Spooky but Great. Opened a Snoop account because of the good rate of interest. Didn't realise that it would incorporate my account and card activity. At first I was sceptical and a bit unsure. I've had the account via the app for about 2 months now and I really like it. It is easy to use and provides a wealth (sorry for the pun) of financial information at a glance. I am pleased that Snoop is affiliated with Vanquis and Prudential.

There's a disconnect between when account balances are updated and when bills are checked. Every time my mortgage payment get taken it always sends a notification that I don't have enough money to pay bills because the bill stuff hasn't been updated. This causes undue worry, I was using this app to avoid that...

Really helpful app that gives me a clear picture of my bills, spending, and savings. The Plus version is only £3.99, which is amazing compared to the overpriced subscriptions most apps push these days. As long as it stays at that price, I’m happy to support it. Keep up the great work, Snoop!

I love using snoop. keeping track of my bank accounts and my bills. Also gives me offers that I can take up if I want. A new feature is it also shows you your credit score, so everything is in 1 place. I do not subscribe to the extras, just use the basic account.
