Does not send a verification code to my e-mail, even though it accepts it as the correct one for the rest of my data. Same goes for the portal. Reaching them in e-mail just sent back a phone number where they also couldn't do anything about this...
this version is not stable on login process it give error on nacional health number when the number is correct. why change to this version ? for introducing errors and not new functionalities? and the error continue! now after login to see prescriptions give error to load data. Em bom português "se é para isto acabem com esta versão e voltem a anterior"
Cannot confirm the access code sent by e mail to allow access. I am stuck in loop where it constantly asks for the same data and will not confirm anything. Is there any contact to solve this issue.
This app has gone to shambles again it. It's unusable and is constantly resetting all the accounts I have on it. It's a hassle. Non usable and I just wish they left the old one up and ok.
the concept is good, it is a useful app for the Portugal SNS, intuitive UI, but why do I have to go through login/registration every time I open the app? even if I use the pin or biometric option, it does not serve its porpouse
I cannot login because it says my phone number and email address are invalid when I enter them. I have checked in the SNS24 portal and they are both correct!
Does not work! does not allow log-in. It does not send the respective code. does not store the log-in information. the old obe worked much better
The app keeps logging me out. When i try ti log back in with my saude number, it tells me that i must enter the number as it appears on my National Health User Record. Even when i just copy past it.

I logged in. Then it kicked me out when adding second user. Then even I could not log in anymore. Keeps rejecting 2FA code from email or phone.
Can't access tele consultation because it's buggy. I save changes to say I have the correct equipment to make a video call and immediately it reverts back to the previous setting when I'm "not eligible" really frustrating.
The app is now not fit for use. The keypad for PIN entry omits "0",unable to save login details so user has to go through registration on every use of the app..... it goes on. Please sort it out as it was good.
since the latest update it is impossible to log in. authenticate via email to sign in, and no code ever arrives.

Literally doesn't work. I insert my info into the app correctly and it will always show an error message saying that I have to input my info as it is in my healthcare record (which it is!). When I try to log in through the browser with the exact same info it works just fine, so it's 100% an issue with the app and not me messing up the log in. What a joke, I've yet to see a government, banking or national service app that isn't complete unfunctional garbage clearly developed by nepo babies.
Why's it that this bloody app only works once every blue moon!? If I needed anything urgent from here, I'd be dead before it decided to work
Doesn't work. Not even possible to authenticate. As with most government apps and systems, people that work on it just don't know what they are doing. Please hire professionals next time. Stop wasting user's time.
Keeps resetting my details and I need to start all over again. I have now lost my family data twice in less tham 6 months.
