This app used to be great. I like that you can earn points by reviewing the products that you already purchased. But lately it seems like its always error. I can't review the product. They always mention context nul and I can't post the review. In the end I lost a lot of point because of this. Its a shame since I do purchase a lot of make up and skincare from the app/in store.

Buggy app! I was supposed to get free bag gift during my 1st purchase, made sure it was listed before paying, I even made sure the colour was correct, but poof it was gone right after I paid, no out of stock alert, no notification, nothing! Help center in app won't load, complained via email but they couldn't help me since the gift was not listed in my order. Hey, it's not my fault that your app is buggy! What a scam. Very disappointed. 👎🏻👎🏻

Well, this shopping application is the one I look forward to the most, because it contains lots of products specifically for facial care or body care. In this application there are also lots of discounts on several brands. It's just that there are less attractive discounts from well-known brands, as well as beauty education, differentiating local products or foreign products, and less loading types of skincare from several products.

To put it simply, the app is messy. 1. My saved products/wishlist only shows up to 9 products. And when I try to remove something it only adds it to the top of the list again. 2. The "see more" doesn't work when I try to read reviews. 3. Despite reaching the required points, my level has not moved to the next step. It's still stuck in the previous one. 4. The points take a long time to enter after purchashing a product online. When I buy from the offline store it inputs right away though.

The app is very pretty and clean. The only thing that i dislike is that daily check-in is really difficult to find by myself. I need to get the pop up icon to be able to access the button, but whenever there isn't any or the pop up is about another promotion, i still don't have any clue how until the next day and it say that i skip yesterday check-in. It is really frustrating! Please fix it

they need to invest more on their app development, to me it was not a convenient experience to shop by the app. sometimes I cant put items in shopping bag, I cant search item, or make an order. There is no cancellation, order tracking, help, custumor service, or even faq options. it is still lacking a lot of features and clearly needs maintenance.

do not download this app ! so many errors and issues. this company will make you buy their products when its not even available. and then ask you to apply for refund on the app that doesnt even work. i now have no product and no money do not use !

The app is quite helpful for customers to check what products are in Sociolla, the availability of the products in certain stores, and also their reviews. However, I don't recommend ordering and shipping through this app because the order tracking is still messy, and your orders might not arrive even though the app said that the order has been completed.

They don't automatically updating their stock. This is annoying since I'm buying a product because it was on sale and I could get a lot of freebies from it. And then it was cancelled and they emailed me to give my information for a refund. But they still sent me the other product I ordered with the cancelled product without confirmation. I mean, if you just update your stock regularly, you don't need to do a refund tho. I wouldn't buy it at all.

i've used it for a year. but appearanty, my account has logged out by itself. and when i tried to log in, i asked for OTP directing to my whatsapp number. but the OTP wasn't sent. where i have to complain it ?

This app could use so much improvement to be honest, like please let customer or shipping partner or both be able to confirm order deliveries so that soco points can be updated immediately. And can you let users click items in the shopping cart to go back to the item's detail? Sometimes we want to go back and recheck something from the cart and it's kinda frustrating that this app doesn't allow that. Thanks.

I can't click my profile coz its really hard for me to see the close button, even after i click the ads, i still can't open my profile. And what wrong with the tracking system? Its doesn't show anything. Even i checked it though the courier's web, its same. Error. Doesn't show any result. Pls fix it!!

I am happy after I heard about the app. But the app a little bit dissapointed me. The app keep asking me to do multiple login. It is a long buffer when we click shop. Different with web, the filter in app (filter by brand, name, etc) are not available. But, I support sociolla. I have a pleasant experience shopping with sociolla. Hope they will improve the app soon 💕

The app is so Bapuk! I clicked on klavuu product hence it redirects me to holika holika product. It might be the app developers confused with the table association between brands and products. Btw it happens in product detail review, when i use the search bar to get klavuu, there is a brand suggested pop up for all klavuu products, but when i clicked 1 selected klavuu product, it redirects me to holika holika.

actually this app is good. Clearly explained on what the products are. But It might be a big chaos when it comes to big sale. I ordered 5items and paid at the same time but after 1week there is no progress at all they said the product will be sent to us after 2 days payment confirmation and came out of stock meanwhile the product in web still in stock and one of them already up price. And they took 2 days for fix the order than shipment is was super slow. So disappointed.

Very disappointed with this application. I shop from this application from March 24, but my package didn't arrive yet. I contacted by phone but CS didn't receive complain by phone and said I had to contact by email, in the email there was also no response, via web it was always error, and I check on the app my package status was shipped but they didn't give the receipt number of the expedition, so how could I monitor the position of my package. Customer service unhelpfull very much, SO BAD 👎🏻

It sucks. So much trouble in payment process especially in the payment method with Ovo, i don't know whats wrong, my internet connection was good but it always ended by "transaction declined". And i had been top up Ovo for the payment. Even the system isn't able to change the payment method. Please fix it

Great app overall! Some problems that I experienced: long loading time sometimes (definitely not bcs of my Internet connection) & 'sort by' not working properly (this is annoying🤦🏻). A little suggestion, maybe you can add option to "gift" the order, bcs it would be embarrassing if I order something as gifts from Sociolla with the receipt inside 😂 Hope this help!

just downloaded this app yesterday but crashes a lot especially when u try to shop. so i decided to ordered from the website. damn man, the website is way more better rather than the app. i tried to search some make up brand but only appeared 1-2 products on the app, but when u opened from website they'll show u many, literally everything u need. so SOCO, better make this app way more proper next time! cheers!

YOU MAKE ME HATE YOU. I love this app though… but PLEASE IMPROVE the language options sometimes it's kinda confusing if you mixed the system both in Bahasa and English. Pretty Tricky hahaha. And it's odd that you can't change your email address and your mobile number, while the other apps allowing you to do so. Be careful. My advice: Make sure you have entered your permanent email address and phone number. Jeepers ! What a silly app…
