Please look into fixing this app, as it’s draining my battery extremely fast. It consumed 2% of my battery in just 2 minutes, both in the foreground and background. I had to force-stop the app
Have been using this app for so many years. Make payment with no issues. today system promptted me to enter password but i am unable to login. why is this so? any patches/update you guys did that causes this problem.
Find this app useful, extracting my bill and also monitoring my usage and other info. But lately from 12th of this month January 26, to date there's no data available on Consumption chart due to maintainance... seemingly a long lapse.
If you're a foreigner visiting the country, don't bother with an EV as apps such as this expect you to have a +65 Singapore number. Terminals also don't allow for simple card payment either.
I had issues with getting a soft copy of my bill. Apparently if the account holder has more than one account, there is a drop down that selects that address to show the bill. It's initially not intuitive especially if a second account was just created and the first bill shows up. Thanks for the call back and prompt reply.
it is really annoying to have to log in every other week just to see my usage, sometimes it requires relogin twice a week. its not even Internet banking, what can happen?😠
Does not support dark theme. Some gray text is very hard to read on white background. Modern apps should support accessibility options to adjust colors and themes for easier readability
I don't know what happened Since 13 Jan on that day evening thee was a prompt saying some issue and to try later. 5am onwards from 13 Jan can't see the usage for electricity, gas & water. Please check
This app worked fine in the past, but lately it has become very frustrating when doing the meter reading submissions. There were plenty of "Oops" error messages. I reported the issue, but it's still unresolved.
Cannot login to the app, despite changing the password it always say invalid credentials.
Electricity usage is not being updated daily/quarterly throughout the day. I think your system is broken.
The app is disappointing. It couldn’t perform a proper scan on my new (electric) meter, no matter how many times I tried. It keeps failing to capture the reading accurately. Needs improvement.
Do NOT use this app to make payment for your bills! When I made my attempt to pay using debit card, it reported a failure. But when I check my bank account, there was a deduction! Support couldn't immediately verify whether payment gotten through despite it being in touch with them a full day after issue happened. In most online purchase/payment transaction, the payment is immediately reflected and can be confirmed. It's amazing that a company like SP can't even get this right.

the latest version(14.89) removes private property (condo) chargers status listing as a result, the private users become blind not knowing charger availability. charging arrangement becomes blind. please help to restore charger status for private group .
Not sure what happened here. I received a text message saying I did not make payment for my bills. I went in and checked only to find that my utilities account was unlinked. Called in to check and realized there was 3 months worth of bills not paid. Tried to link my account to my email but it keeps saying I'm linked to another email. When I checked. It is the very email that I used to log in. Nothing changed. This is frustrating. And shouldn't you be using Singpass login for this already?
Trying to login, name and password correct, but it kept saying Oops something went wrong. I'm sitting in front of my laptop, logged in using the same details, no problem. Even did a Reset Password on my laptop and entered the same thing immediately on the app, same error message. You know what? Yes oops something went wrong.. Your app. Solution: uninstall. Kthxbye.
Why remove the manual keying of numbers for meter readings? While it is good to provide another option for users to scan the meter, there are people who prefer to just key in the numbers. In all honesty, it is faster to just memorize the numbers and key in instead of trying to take a photo and making sure it fits and then having to make sure the numbers reflected are correct. Why can't you provide both options? Who came up with the idea to remove the manual option?
App shown deduction from bank several times, each time the app request to retry, but still EV charging failed to activate. 🙄
Update : thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I don't receive any messages from you in my email account. And I didn't receive any error messages but it still hasn't saved it. So no, your app is not working properly. No need to make an app to submit the meter readings, when it doesn't save them. Typed in a couple of days ago and now it's reminding me not to forget to submit my meter readings. Did it again and still no new readings of my meters.
