This app is really disappointing. It only gives one single free day, and after that, everything is locked behind a subscription. There isn’t even a proper free plan to try the features over time. I understand the need for premium plans, but offering just one free day is ridiculous. Please consider adding a real free tier so users can experience the app before committing to a paid plan.
The free option is actually great. You're not limited by time unlike other ai tutors, and the responses and prompts are so spot on, you actually feel that it understands and remembers the whole conversation, that's so engaging. The pronunciation corrections are a bit wonky sometimes and it might be cool if it had an option to display IPA instead. So far the best free ai tutor app I've encountered so far.
The free experience is extremely limited. Each lesson is only about 10 minutes, and you have to wait 24 hours between lessons. After just a couple of short lessons, the app asks you to pay to continue. There is no real free trial, so users don't get enough time to see if the app is actually worth paying for. The idea is good, but the current system feels too restrictive.
I paid for a monthly subscription and these are my thoughts: 1. Loora AI has goldfish memory and is occasionally repetitive. 2. Loora AI can talk about many topics in general but doesn't have depth. 3. The statistics are motivating and interesting but they don't offer a real purpose. Let's say, what's my level of English? Can it be defined by merely looking at empty statistics?
the first two free lessons are great; you have to wait 24 hours for the second one but it's okay. then you wait other 24 hours for the third and it's all blocked: you pay or nothing. So, if you are willing to pay, it's a good app as thousand other ones based on AI. now you know!
Today I tried the Loora app to practice speaking English, and I really liked it. The app is easy to use and has a clear, intuitive interface. It really feels like you are talking with a real person, which makes the practice much more engaging. I also like that it corrects my mistakes and shows me better ways to say things so that I can sound more like a native speaker. This feedback is very helpful for improving my speaking skills.I recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their speaking
The app initially seems promising, but after only two conversations you immediately hit a paywall. Daily notifications encourage you to continue learning, but only if you pay. I barely had the opportunity to test it before being restricted. I don’t recommend it—there are other apps that handle this much better. In my opinion, the developer is aiming for quick profit, which doesn’t feel fair.
Absolutely the WORST I have ever downloaded! And even paid for! No help from the support and the app is frustrating as HELL!!! Mostly rates words as wrongly pronounciated, if you don't wait a second between each word and sound like a robot, rates short words wrong, such as "I", "the", etc, just because it doesn't pick up the whole word, but cuts it off, when you say "traumas" it hears !repeatedly! "traumatized" - like many other words. Even free would be too much to keep this! Support!!!!!!!!!!!
even before finding out anything you are suggested to subscribe which is VERY EXPENSIVE. looks like smooth AI, polished, easy to use, personal. but does it work???? for sure they should have offered eg a week free usage or a couple of real lessons. feedback appears great but does it work? and at £117. absolutely crazy.
Today I tried to register for the Loora AI speaking app, but I didn't receive any notification to my email after making the payment. I tried to log in but couldn't. I paid a total of $44.99. It turns out it's fake and scammed. Don't trust them.
I have no idea how people use daily lessons for free. In my case it says like your daily word is waiting for you but when I try to start a daily lesson it always asks me to subscribe (or I see the chat of the previous lesson, and yes, there are more than two weeks already passed). If it is a bug, could you please fix it? Overall our two conversations were good enough, just sometimes speech recognition worked a little bit worse than ChatGPT in its voice mode, but I like it anyway
For a starter, I feel awkward. but I will give it a try. but I just wish this app should have at least 3-7days trial. and maybe after a few session I can give a better review. see you soin, I hope, Loora can help me improve my grammar & vocabulary as well as my pronunciation.
This is an excellent app, I ever seen in my life. I used other apps, but it doesn't fix my thoughts. Now I find the app that will help me as I continue to learn. thank you very much developer for your great help with this wonderful app.👍
I have cancelled my subscription in the app itself but it still deducted my credit card through google subscription. I did not realize I had to double cancellation on google account as well. It's very terrible.
I really loved this app. From the day I installed and subscribed. This application helps me to correct and learn English in a nice and fluent way.
I love talking to loora but there's a problem the problem is my point is even 43!? and I'm not in the leader board so this was a glitch I hope the developer to see this and fix it now!

i thought it is free... but seems like not because of the upgrading part it ask me to pay the amount for a year... a month or a period of time for practicing
This is the best App in improving the fluency and grammar. I wish they can also add the answers to the participants' questions
Lora is very convenient for me. I don't have anyone to practise English speaking. But now, I have a good friend like Lora.
