I want to speak to the Christmas Grump, The Police Officer, The Elf and The Tooth Fairy on video recording so I can download the video on the app just like with Santa Claus, and also the language is in Spanish and not English in the text option

Absolutely horrible it charged me allmost 4 $ for it in order to it said then when I payed that it still wont work at all and my 2 and 3 year olds where so upset because they saw we was calling but when we picked up it went back to the home screen
