This app is the worst!! I was a board member, it sucked then. I've since stepped down, but am on the ACC. It still sucks. It's NOT user friendly. I can't see what I'm typing as an ACC comment because the type is all white on a white background. I looked for settings in the app to change appearance (there are none), tried adjusting overall phone appearance settings (it didn't help), and I couldn't even highlight all I'd typed to try and see it. I have many more complaints but no room to add.
Deserves 0 stars, but of the course that isn't an option. When trying to register my account on the app, it kept giving me an error message saying to try again later. I tried to back out, wouldn't let me back out unless I saved the info I had entered first, even though I had no intention of using the nonfunctioning app.
I'm a board member, and this app is painfully slow and inefficient to use. There is a huge lag time when typing comments on tasks. The documents should load newest to oldest, so I dont have to scroll so much to view the latest reports. Please fix these items. I have not used the app to pay homeowner dues yet, so my review is not based on that.
This app is horrible. Slow, not user friendly, and there is not option for notifications of violations. I turned my house into a rental and have no idea when violations occur unless I'm in the app EVERY day which is insane. I've had to pay over 300$ in fees because they can't be bothered to have notifications. Useless.
It's 2023! This app is terrible! Very confusing!!! HOA sent us a bill that our balance is $1002. My husband payed it and when I checked on the HOA app our balance went up. The $1002 added to the balance. We actually don't owe them $1002 dollars. We overpaid them. This confusing app is my nightmare.
This is just a terrible app. The UX is janky, half the time when I change pages/functions, it tells me I should use the app (when I'm already in the app). I wasn't notified about charges against my account, and when I look at them for details...there are no details. And don't get me started on LimeAId; when I asked it about the administrative charges, it said I owe $48k (I do not).
Garbage. Have to download this stupid thing to pay this garbage company and it doesn't even load properly. Still stuck on a loading screen. Spectrum thinks I don't have better things to do with my time. One year later, not showing how much I owe, and charging me an additional fee for using a credit card. GARBAGE COMPANY, shame on whoever runs this company
The app feels disjointed and buggy. It's very visible when you get navigated to a different system or from app to web. Also recently anytime I try to click on documents tab my app crashes and logs me out. Update: july update fixed the issue I was experiencing with the app crashing. Giving it 4 stars for fixing the problem.
The main reason that I tried the app was because I thought it would make it easier to pay assessments. Unfortunately it doesn't even show the proper balance when trying to pay, making it pretty much useless. I tried reaching out to support several times now as per the developers request, but they insist that the balance will only show up on or after the day the bill is due, which makes no sense at all.
App seems to work well, but is missing a key function. You can easily check HOA violations, but there is no way to report one on a different owner's property. I have pointed out this same issue for our web based Spectrum HOA site and didn't even get a useful response. The only way to report a violation is to go to Spectrum main site and dig through links to find a way. Spectrum staff supposedly do "drive bys", but nothing can compare to observations by people who actually reside in the HOA.
Can't get a bill or statements. There's no option to download any of your statements or bills. I can't find in the online app or on their website. And there's no support. The chat thing just goes to a bunch of FAQs. I don't know how to get through this company. Or how to get the most recent bill so I can send that to my refinance people.
Terrible app. I just registered and logged in for the first time. Can't find one thing I need. Makes it way too hard to add improvements. Can't get the forms I need. Why can't the management company email them.
not easy to use. HAd to go though several steps of security and still gives. beware seniors. no access. very frustrated!cant i just call somneone and I hTE USING MY PHONE FOR ANYTHING. YOU KEEP TALKING ABOUT HOW EAST THE APP IS, BUT NOT FOR ME!!!!
When I try to submit my form, it asks "use app". When I select that option, it takes me to the Google play store. I cannot find any way in the app to submit my form. Pretty useless if the app only works to take my money.
The app is difficult to navigate. Is not intuitive. I tried to cancel a duplicate payment and spent an hour to find out I have to talk to a third party.
had to type message 3 X's. Hard to use. I don't like being forced to use technology at my age! I hate hard to understand C/S reps & they have no answers to help you your chat on website is Not! helpful, either. I want a human that speaks English properly & knowledgeable. Ya'll messed up on my billing!!!
App shows that I have no request submitted when I have one. App shows that I have one violation when I have none. App shows that I owe almost $300 in fees, when in reality I have almost $300 in surplus. If these are the things the app is supposed to do and they are all wrong, then why make the app at all?
This app absolutely sucks. I have an android and it's terrible. I can't even make a payment for HOA it's saying it's already paid yet says it does. Not user friendly and need to talk to someone
Notice all the positive reviews are worded similarly and the app owner mostly responds to those. Clearly fake reviews and a play store violation. Latest very doesn't pull up my info when I got into recurring payment, but the correct info shows on the website sowhy use this app?
I have home improvements to submit, however, not able to: 1) the app does not update. Have tried multiple days 2) cannot submit the improvement details. A fix is urgently needed.
