worst experience.. inspection was smooth. But the price quoted was very less compared to other used car platforms. After that the person who called to negotiate was very rude and had no understanding of customer interaction.. I decided that even if they revise price and go above other competitors, I will not sell to spinny.

Worst experience ever. Spiny quoted a price weeks in advance, which I accepted. At the final handover, they conducted another inspection and drastically reduced the price without any justification. By then, I had already prepared the car by removing all personal belongings, FASTag, dash cam, and stickers. I was suddenly told to either accept the lower price or cancel. After weeks of follow-ups, this was a complete waste of time and highly unprofessional.

we have purchased 3 cars from spinny, but when I started servicing my car through spinny pro, the scams started unfolding. They are sending same in different name in bills and charging more. not removing it even after telling them 100 times. creating sense of urgency to pay ASAP and not letting review bill. most of the services are missed, not adding wiper liquid, coolant, cameras stopped working after service. a big fraud is running.No proof videos even after requesting 100 times. Disgusting.

Worst experience while purchasing a car. I'm recently planning to purchase a car from spinny. The car has dent in the front bonet area. but these details are not mentioned in the full report on the spinny app. i have raised this complaint multiple times, but didn't get any satisfactory answers, they all say they can't fix it. spinny should be transparent while selling cars, false claim by spinny. they should lower the car price or get it fixed. my order id is #915246

wrost experience, earlier it was nice now they have come down drastically on quality. the cars they are selling are way expensive than the market price. even though why customer are preferred to pay more is for 200 check points they do behalf of the customer. but the truth is they do nothing just buy any random vehicles from the market paint it and do one normal basic service and sell it. good paint job they do, in their refurbishment centre along with the door panel they paint seats as well

I found Spinny’s price offer to be significantly lower compared to other car selling platforms and services. While the process and platform experience are smooth, the valuation did not match the market value I received elsewhere. I would recommend comparing prices with multiple services before finalizing a deal with Spinny

Very bad experience to deal with spinny customer care service. Do not manners to talk with client for negotiate regarding finalise the deal for selling the Car . I don't recommend spinny for selling or buy their Car. Very bad n poor service. They are just passing and wasting time for last 20 days. bad experience.

I scheduled a car inspection with Spinny to sell my car, and the process was completely unprofessional. The technician who inspected my car informed me that I would be contacted by their pricing team within a day to discuss the evaluation and pricing. However, it’s been THREE DAYS, and I have not received any call or follow-up from Spinny. This complete lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this service to anyone. If you value your time, look elsewhere.

no one turns up for connect.. booked continuously 3 days, they just drop the message, unable to connect.. you have whatsapp access as well, still not able to connect.. that definitely looks something fishy. rated one star... no option to connect customer care, no one actually calls.. you can only schedule once and reschedule for infinite time

they say assured plus and they say so many they wont cover any warranty. they will charge you double the market price and they wont cover anything. had ac issue and lock issue from day 1 and no one responded in time. now they say warranty covers only below 3k km. They wont assist you for even 100km more than that. worst experience.

contacting customer care is a nightmare. I have booked the car by paying booking fee and cancelled after test ride, it's been more than 10 days since the cancellation but I didn't get the refund yet. when I'm trying to contact to spinny, no response from them. Not recommending spinny to friends and family

App is a big scam. They have offered very low price than the market for my car and when I press reject offer button app is taking me the different options rather than. rejecting the app. Frustrating as they are diverting your mind so that you get irritated and press accept offer by mistake.

spinny's second-hand car market seems overhyped with monopolized pricing. I bought a car from Spinny about one and a half years ago for ₹6.92 lakhs and spent another ₹30,000 on it. Now, they’re offering to buy it back for just ₹5 lakhs, even though I’ve driven only around 7,000 additional kilometers. To make things worse, the person negotiating with me started shouting, insisting that this is the best price and that I must accept their offer.

I had the worst experience with this app. My 2-year-old car is in showroom condition. They offered ₹5,46,000 and promised more after inspection. The agent removed the bedding, Stepney tyre, mats, and some engine parts, kept the engine on for 40 minutes while parked and revved it to 3.5K RPM, then drove 5 km wasting fuel. After two hours they offered ₹4,70,000. Reason for low rate they told: Newer models arrived in market after mine. If newer models were already known, why quote higher first?

STAY A MILE AWAY FROM THIS APP/ WEBSITE if you are a seller. Spinny evaluates your car at a very low price, then puts up the car for auction without your permission using that price to extort you into selling, and simultaneously to drive away other potential buyers who will offer a justified price. legally speaking, I very much doubt if they have the right to put your car on auction without consent. I sold my car at more than 2x the price Spinny offered. go figure!

My experience with Spinny was excellent. I purchased the vehicle which I returned after 2 days. The vehicle was taken aback without any difficulty and refund was completed within 7 to 9 days. Looking for future relationship with spinny as I am still looking for a used car. Thanks

My experience with Spinny was extremely disappointing. Initial price shown was above ₹7 lakhs, but post-inspection the highest offer was ₹6.65 lakhs for a 1 year old under warranty almost brand new car. Different representatives gave conflicting information, later lowered the price, and pressured me to accept it as “final.” The process dragged on for almost two weeks and felt unprofessional and non-transparent.

Not a good experience. They don't cover any issues which come up. they ask to update pics of issue and at the end they will say it's not covered and you are responsible for replacing it. Once you bought the car it's your responsibility. wasting customers time in talking to agent and all. very disappointed and worse experience with Spinny.

Very bad experience with Spinny Workshop. Initially they quoted around ₹20,000 for the repair. Later they increased it to ₹40,000. When we refused, they said the part was already purchased and we must pay ₹20,000 as initially discussed. We agreed and asked them to fix the part and return the car. After paying, the car was delivered but nothing was fixed. Later they claimed we never told them to install the part. This is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. We are filing a complaint

Worst experience purchasing a car ever. Sold a faulty car, replaced with another faulty car. No proper updates, you keep on requesting call back request, no one is going to call you. Pathetic customer support, fake promises of 200 Point inspection, doesn't inspect anything, doors rattle, engine failure, gearbox failure in 2 days.
