SplashLearn Math & Reading App

I signed up for a free trial online and was prompted to download the app. However, the app doesn't work. It loads the homepage with my kids name and grade at the top, but nothing happens when we click the blue boxes that I believe are supposed to be the lessons. I'm able to click settings, but in that menu I don't see anything helpful or about this issue. I tried sending a message through the Contact Us form under Help, but it said there was some error... I tried again and it says "Please Wait"

Absolutely Awful! There is no assistance on the app or website when there are issues. It says it's compatible on a computer, except it asks you to rotate your screen. How am I supposed to rotate my laptop screen? I click on an icon repeatedly, the app and website simply will not load. I wouldn't pay for this service if it was the last online learning platform in the world! I hope ya'll fix these issues and other issues ya'll have because it is a good idea for early learning. Hire me I'll help!

absolutely fuming. charged me a year subscription in dec 25 only just realised. to not even give me any type of reminder this was going out for an entire year. disgusting practises. yes this is in the small print right at the bottom of the terms and can be changed in the settings. but it should never be allowed to just take a years worth of subscription without a reminder ahead of taking it. tempted to take this further. feels very wrong.

the day I paid for the subscription, the app stopped working. hasnt worked since. its been 10 days now. I have Uninstalled it and installed it again, still nothing.

My kid said he uses this app in school so I tried to install it on his tablet but received a message that the app is not compatible with his device. I bought a brand new tablet and tried again and received the same message. I'll use ABC Mouse instead.

broken, the app doesn't let the curriculum progress. You play it and it completes but doesn't save the progress so it ends up being worthless as an app but useful on the browser

The choice of background graphics and themes of witches and wizards is not appropriate for our family which is unfortunate because it was fun until we realized that.

We use SplashLearn for some home-school learning, and it’s been a game-changer! My child loves the fun games and colorful graphics that make learning feel like play. I love how it tracks progress and builds confidence—perfectly aligned with our curriculum and keeps him excited to learn every day!

freezes a lot so my kid has to redo what he just did. its hard to navigate and not worth 75 dollars.

Step aside ABC Mouse! There's a new kid in town! This app is incredible. So glad we found it. Miss Angela's classes are what my little guy looks forward to. She's so great about teaching and encouraging the kiddos. it's so great to see my son excited about becoming SPLASH CHAMPION! Keep up the great work here, we will be using this app for the foreseeable future!

love the app great help would be even better with one tweak. I wish the math categories under.discover more like geometry and dats were available on the main curriculum with addition distraction and mber sense otherwise we love the app used it to avoid summer slide for homework time and Tom help am.advsmced.4 year old who is skipping kindergarten kids love the games and I love that as a reward.i.csm let them play in the game room.snd they're really working on logic and critical thinking skills

after taking annual fees,the app becomes useless and takes forever to open anything,kids won't use it,they lose interest because of such a long waiting time.feels cheated, don't waste your money, reviews are misleading and untrustworthy .

After completing the trial, I purchased a one-month subscription. However, I am unable to use the app properly and can only access two trial activities, just like the free version.

Subscription Content Never Unlocks. I have tried different devices and canceling and resubscribing. nothing works. It would be nice to try the app so I know if my toddler enjoys and benefits from it, but it doesn't work.

excellent app for my son who struggles with reading. Instructions are still a struggle for him. He's extremely lazy to read but this app is entertaining and forcing him to read before rushing through the work

Be careful. Once they have your credit card information, you won't hear a word. They'll charge you with no reminders of your subscription, no notices about usage or lack thereof. Much less than honest.

what in the world? we loved this app & concept, but why is half the short class spent repeatedly calling out everyone's names? this has to stop. I don't pay to hear people's weird nicknames for their children. do a roll call & continue. the end.

Requires a license despite being free to download.

I signed up for a monthly subscription and was charged immediately and didn't get to use the "7 day free trial" and yet every single thing is locked and they are asking for my credit card info once again, even though I was just charged! And no one will help me. If someone could help me, either refund me or allow me access for the app I just paid for 2 days ago, that would be great!

The app does not work as it should. I, like many others, cannot ge the app to work correctly. I have two children with two different tablets. The app works differently on each tablet, but neither functions properly. I have to login on a web browser page for us to access the reading portion, but even so, it has glitches. If the apps would work better, then we would love the program. It's very helpful, but because the apps have so many glitches,it makes us hesitant to continue using it.
