I am constantly getting a red "no internet connection" message when I am trying to use the app. It has been going on for about a week. Prior to that, the app worked great for the most part. Sometimes when I am composing message, it freezes and lags badly. It is not my device as I don't experience this lagging or internet connection message using any other feature or app on my phone.

I love this app! The only problems I have are that it freezes up and sometimes sends messages twice. When it freezes up, I have to back out of the app entirely for it to work again. Also, I would love for there to be a Dark Mode feature. My entire phone is on Dark Mode and it looks weird when I go into the sportsYou app. Otherwise, everything seems great to me!

Good app for school groups. I use it for orchestra, however there are some clear issues that come up sometimes. Every now and then the app itself crashes and closes out, along with settings and controll options within the app have just never worked very well. Although I understand it might be an issue more specificly with my phone or data in the app, however this hasnt happened for any other app of mine.

Simple design is nice. Inconvenient you have to add people as "friends" to message them. Sometimes we'd like to ask a quick question of a teammate and have to add them as a "friend" first to send a basic message. Notifications can be delayed. Update: why is there no Search function in each group (only a "global" type search)? Back button should be functional to back out of pictures. Also, cover photos don't load when clicked on--it's a black screen I have to exit out of entirely.

The app keeps on logging me out, and when I try to log back in, it does not let me. It's also slow and unorganized.

the only downside of this app is if you have an android or use Google calendars it no longer sync the calendar anymore. this app was clearly focused on apple/ios purposes as since the last few updates it works less and less for android users.

if there's a link in the chat or a post from a coach, this app locks you into using an internal browser that takes forever to load. how about you just open that link in my default browser?

it does its job. but I've got a new phone and it has the bad habit of notifying me about Post in the sports you Network when I could not care less about them.

useful but annoying the log in method is rather weird so I constantly reset my password but other than that it's a very useful platform

I really am only giving this 1 star for the lack of accessibility as it isn't very compatible with a screen reader and does not support a dark mode.

don't like this app- the calendar is very weird and my coach can't schedule practices on it like she could with our other app. also not having a dark mode option is giving me asthenopia.

notifications do not work. only do for private messages. group messages and posts give you none, even if you have all the settings enabled for them on both device and app (yes I have checked). neither me nor my advisors know what to do about it. quite an error for an app whose near entire purpose is communication. if this will be a major issue for you, use the BAND app.

Why is it so impossible to post a short 1 minute video? It will never load. And, it is also impossible to save a video from a post. It seems like there needs to be an update to fix this but no updates are available. >>> I raised my star rating because they responded so quickly.

we're told by our school to use this app but no one gets notificationswhen messages are sent. and by no one, I mean no one. no icon, no sounds, nothing. extremely frustrating when there isn't something to tell you to check your phone.

Logging out, and logging back in, fixed the notification issues for ONE day.

Paid for the subscription in order to be able to download a link and it still doesn't work

pretty good, just not as good as Discord, but for in school applications, it's great

There are features that I used to have as an admin for my team, that are now behind a paywall. Why would this app have a pro version?!

How do you turn off the audio alert? it's terrible!
