THIS APP IS NO LONGER RELIABLE. I have been using this app for a couple years and the recent update completely messed up my tracking. It marked the whole month in red and when I went to edit my period info, the edits don't show up on the calendar. It changed my period dates entirely and it's giving me predictions that are completely wrong even though I try to adjust my last cycle date.

This was a 5 star review before the most recent update, but now every time I try to input my period info, it tells me that this is not the date predicted (yeah, I'm getting older, my cycle is changing, calm down, it's only a couple of days early) and tells me to edit the dates, but when I try, it won't let me indicate that my period has ended. I tried turning off calendar predictions, but that didn't work. I used to just put 'no bleeding' and that would end it, but that doesn't work now.

Been using this app for years-- couldn't tell you how many years right now, as I haven't been able to get into the app in about 2 months. Just a spinning circle on a blue screen every time I try to open it. I have 2 other apps which also track my cycle, but I still come back to this one. Maybe it's easier to use (usually) or has more or better options, but none of that matters if I can't even open it.

I have lost ALL of my information with this update, and I can't get into the app. I have tried resetting my password, but I never get sent an email. I have tried uploading data, but it's no where to be found (even though I had it backed up to Google Drive). I am really upset about this. I used this app for about two years...now all that information I gone. Based on other reviews, I am not the only one having issues. PLEASE fix this.

I downloaded this app because they are one of the few (if not only) period tracking apps that doesn't sell your data. I love the user interface and enjoyed using it. However, as recently as yesterday I have not been able to log anything. If I open the app from the notification to track my birth control, it's constantly "Loading..." with the grey bar at the bottom of the home page. If I open the app normally, it sits at the loading screen forever. I would love to be able to use this app.

I've used this app since I first got a smart phone and I used to love it! The interface used to be super friendly and easy to use and then there was a huge update and it became a lot more annoying to track things. It says it saves your data, but that's wrong, I've lost all of my info multiple times and it is so frustrating that I no longer wish to use this app. :(

I had high hopes because of this app's association with planned parenthood, but I've only been experiencing a lot of technical difficulties. When I tried making an account there is always an error. I tried for over a month at different times of the day and it still could do it. I even deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if it needed refreshing, but I ran into the same problem. My phone should be compatible, and even when I emailed customer service, they couldn't help.

I'm sure this app is great for some. I just learned about it after getting an IUD inserted in, so the period tracking doesn't quite work for me. And I was never able to create an account. It kept telling me there was an error, and I'd try another day, same result. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. Same error. I like some of the options for daily check in, and that you can chat with someone. Unfortunately, since I'm not a teen, one chat is unacessible for me, even though I'd like to.

Accidently hit "log out" instead of one of the other settings and instead of having an "Are you sure?" pop up, it logged me out and when I logged back in, four months of data had disappeared. When I tried to reenter what ai remembered, I found out apparently ou can't add data for a day in the past, which is ?? Another thing is I really miss the feature where you could add a few more things to track than what the app gives you. I used to be able to track my worse-than-usual fatigue days that way

I loved this app I really did. I used it for over a year and then there was an update earlier this year. I saved my information and updated and ever since then all my information I had collected over the last year plus was gone. So I started fresh. Now for the last two months the app has been unusable. It crashes every single time I open it and I've sent many a bug reports out. I don't know what they did when they updated earlier this year but the quality of the app tanked. I'm dissatisfied.

would give it 5 stars pre-update. i was mostly using it as a reminder to take my pill, which was incredibly helpful, as I had a visual in my calendar for whether or not I missed a pill when I accidentally swiped the tray reminder away. now there seems to be no visual overview for birth control which is pretty much what I was using the app for :/ it just sends you a reminder and when you click on it there's no further prompt to confirm you've taken your pill.

New update is awful. Before the ease of use, the reminders to log, the calendar right on the front page were perfect. Now, it loads slow, doesn't have a reminder, and advertises right on the home screen. I forgot to track symptoms all the time because the reminders do not work. Please go back to the old version.

I have used this app on and off with other trackers. I'd say there's other apps that are just as good if not better. My main problem is due to glitches with the notifications, as the pill reminders (the main reason I use it for) have gone through periods where they don't send on time or at all. It would also be nice if there was an option to mark off that a pill was taken, not just missed.

The update lost all my data, every time I try to import my data it freezes and won't open. Super disappointing. Looks like there's a ton of other people upset over the same issue. I used this app to track my health issues and now it's all gone and I have nothing to show my doctor when I go in. Using forgot password says it found my account, but trying to login it says no account found. Finally just created a new account and the format is terrible, you can't update past days. Deleted the app.

Was a really great simple app. I used it to track my cycle for a few years. Then the update erased the widget from my screen and when I finally found it I can't log in. Keeps saying my email isn't associated with an accont. I emailed for help and no response. Useless if I can't even log in. It's the only email I have for the past 7 years so I know it is correct. Sad cause I really liked this app. It was great- simple to use and didn't have a bunch of extras. Guess I'll find another one.

I loved the old app. It was one of many apps I used daily and actually enjoyed using. Lost a ton of information on the update, since the auto backup wasn't working and can't even log in to log anything anyway!! It used to be so simple and easy to use, and you could easily compare cycles for mood and heaviness. Now its just a mess. I have been using Clue instead, and it's not exactly the same as the old spoton app, but it is close and I love the comparisons you can use!

New update made the app horrible. Before it wa so simple and easy to tell/remind me when my period was due to start and if I missed a pill. My data did kind of transfer but so much of it was messed up and wrong that it wasn't even viable anymore. Tried to update data and the dates are still horrendously inaccurate. Doesn't even let you log if you took your pill anymore which is what I loved about the old version. Had to uninstall and hope maybe they'll revert the change but I highly doubt it.

This new update is very nice, but every time I open it now, it runs slowly and the "Loading Daily Info" takes a while to leave the screen. I tried going back on the calendar, and it took roughly 5 minutes (or it'll just freeze) to go back or even open the calendar. The "Edit" option on "Track period and birth control" doesn't do anything. Lol This is just me nit-picking now, but the app name Spot On is now Spoton.

I absolutely HATE the new update. Before, everything was super simple, easy to use, and I loved the customizable trackers for body, mood, etc. Now everything is too confusing or not flexible enough for my specific needs. I can't even figure out how to log that I've taken my pill for the day(the only option is the "started a new pill pack"). The only thing this app is good for now is notifying me to take my pill. Other than that, very disappointing :( Looks like I'll be going back to the Clue app

Hate to say I agree with the surge of dissatisfaction over the new update...It used to be easy to log things, and its customization helped with tracking UTIs, panic attacks, etc. Not being able to see things month by month is unfortunate. And I don't see a way to go back a day and log things that I forgot. However, it's gender neutral! :) All other apps I've seen are pink and flowery (and seem to be for women wanting to get pregnant -- not me! ⊙﹏⊙). THIS one has astronaut dinos! Way cooler. Thx
