Really disappointed. There's no smart TV app for this service. There's no native cast to TV (chromecast etc) We have to mirror our smartphone screens to watch on the TV and it isn't full screen. Some of the graphics aren't aligned correctly. Some things are written in what I presume are Korean? The schedule crashes if you choose soccer from the menu. Some of the menu options are still in Japanese and some in English. Please give us a choice of language for commentary. You must improve.

Absolutely terrible unbelievably bad counter-intuitive interface. No English commentary for the big PL games. No interviews. How on earth did this obviously incompetently run company get the rights for the English Premier League? Better than Dazn in one respect... highlights after the game are actually broadcast. All in all a poor experience for football. The only other sports are MLB plus some assorted boring cr ap.

I'm unable to watch the game on my home network and am only being given a generic error message. Absolutely horrible service where they don't about the end user just because they secured the EPL contract for this year. Pathetic.

Trash. They charge for a poor service and then also add adverts to the app! A paid app and also has ads!!!

How these clowns got the EPL rights is beyond me. Provides the bare minimum service, no TV app or way to cast to TV so it's watch on your phone or PC only. Hopefully they'll be a one season and done company and will never be seen again.

Worst service ever. What have the PL done to Japanese fans? Quality of the stream is shockingly bad, amongst all the other issues. Don't waste your money on this.
