Took me forever to sign back into the app after it kept telling me my code was invalid. Had to update the app and spent a good 10 minutes trying to sign back in. Now it won't load member specials. I use my membership everything I shop and it never seems to make any difference to my shop. The last time I saves 50 cents - There just seems to be no incentive to use the app or have a membership.

App seems to no longer have new member specials. As such, not much point to scanning the card at checkout. They would offer points simular to MCQ to get $10 credit every $1000 spend or something simular. Also for users who have Androids 3 button navigation the apps button navigation covers the Android system navigation

I had to sign out because I wasn't getting the specials come up. I thought it would fix the problem, now it's not letting me sign back into the app very, disappointing.

won't load Member Specials anymore! Also when you click Load latest specials just refreshes the page and nothing loads.

Downloaded the app when it first came out...now as soon as I open it, it shuts down and goes back to the homescreen. For the last two weeks it has been doing it. Have I installed and reinstalled it several times with the same result...getting very frustrated with it especially when at the checkout and have to show that you have it installed and that it shuts down.Spudshed app developer needs to get on it and fix the issue. While it saves money with member prices it only ends up cents in savings

the app is not working on my Samsung phone. keeps stating token invalid. No account.

All around easy to use. I would how ever love to be able to see what's in the stores especially as I use it to stock my canteen and have to do costings. I would love to see this updated and that option added. Like searching for how much apples are and varieties for example.

App keeps crashing, like other users I open the app for it to immediately shut down and return me to my home screen. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it for the same result. Not able to use the app at all. The check out lady tried to scan it before it shut down but ended up scanning her own barcode at the checkout

I downloaded the app & tried to create an account. The app comes up with an error that says I'm not connected to the internet. I have tried using both phone data and internet via wifi but the problem is still there. I cannot create an account.

I was keen in the beginning but fMost of the "specials" are not "basic food items". Now I don't bother to present my phone app at the checkout. It's a waste of my time and effort.

Big Fail - very first time I tried to use this app instore it failed, saying not registered, even though clearly I was, the checkout assistant kindly used her own acc to give me the member discount, she was at a loss as to why it didn't scan

Signed up in store to get a discount. At checkout they tell me my membership is invalid and it maybe takes 24 hours to activate. So basically I didn't buy what I wanted and you lost money.

Spudshed did seem to have less discounted products in 2019 after covid hit. So been going less. Now just tried app and just keeps coming up error after initially registering. So its unusable. Very disappointing.

App worked great on my old phone now its coming up with errors when I try to login on my new phone. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and the still comes up with syntax error .. don't want to have to carry 2 phones around...

Used the app fine since it's inception however like many others, it now opens up and immediately closes. Tried reinstalling and it allowed me to login then did the same again. Needs a quick repair.

The app works well now that they have updated it . Seems like when Android did an update Spudshed did not follow suit hence the app crashing . Wonder if they have learnt for more upcoming updates and we dont have to go through this again . Keep up the good work boys .

Cannot even signup. Keeps saying my password is invalid but I am doing exactly what is required. Minimum of 8 characters, at least one uppercase and lowercase, digit and special character

The apps keeps crashing and will not stay open. Please investigate this is very frustrating. Spoils the experience of shopping at Spudshed.

Very frustrating as it keeps shutting down. Impossible to open and use. Have uninstalled and downloaded several times. Problem continues. Can't be bothered.

App opens and shuts off. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it still does not work. Have also sent an email to tell the developers, but nothing...... Fix the App please.
