Seems like ordering on the app for delivery does not work. payments don't go through. I think you should remove it as an option from the app. I even thought the app needs to be updated and I tried different cards and they all just wouldn't confirm order. called the contact centre and she said I must call the store to place the order. I was wondering why she'd tell me that, instead of please try again. a lot of people have been commenting about this and nothing gets done.

I've been struggling to process payments via the app for order and collect for weeks now! Debit or credit card, there is always some error preventing the sale from going through.

Well serviced with one different of a small dith thats which we rinse the hands, is a mall dish with no enough water again is like they r lazy to offer what u axpecting cos i ordered meal for 2 but was given 1 side dish & a serviet.ithink some of the things need to be considered since maybe is around Soweto.thanks

i simply love the app. its easy to use and understandable and i can keep track of my loyalty points and voucher i receive. i can also easily buy voucher. amazing

when you try and order to collect the payment does not go thru. I have tried it nou several times and the same. the payment just spun and nothing happens.

I have been struggling for months now to use the card payment option after making an order. The app will return to the order page even after I have confirmed on the banking app. This issue has been going on for months to see from other previous reviews that is has not been sorted is absolutely absurd.

The app worked well until I started having issues where it quits after a while. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still have the same issue.

Since the last update I cannot access my profile at all. the app just keeps sending me back to the login page after entering my mobile number and password. and I was only made aware of the fact that they don't use the card number anymore, so you need to logon to the app in order to scan your bill or request an OTP, so I couldn't gain points from my last meal. I even tried uninstalling and installing again, but still have the same issue.

I can't complete an order in the app - have tried multiple cards, and each time I go back to the app after completing the banking app authorization it just takes me back to the "complete your order" screen, or cancels the order.

The experience was great, the meal was tasty, delicious, could ask for more if finance permitted. I ll always opt for your facility when spending an outing with my family. The Waitress was smiley and and constantly checked on us to better her service. The Manager also visited our table in a smiling face to certainly make sure of the good service. Not happy. Does not allow me to load my physical card so now my point balance is 0. That is not ok. I had 2701 points. Update -December 2025 Again tried to load my physical Spur card on the App says my card is invalid.

I just don't see the point of it, I've been to two different spur restaurants and couldn't use it at either of them. Staff just doesn't know about it or system is offline.

QR Code scanner has been giving problems for the last 2 months. OTP must be retrieved everytime. most people's problems and frustrations are raised here, nothing gets done

Can't login and can't register app hangs with message about processing information

I have been using my spur card for years, now they say I need an app. I lost those numbers years back and I can't login and now I can't use my points. Emailed them multiple times with no response. Also what is the point of an app,if it takes you back to the browser?

Terrible app, payment option keeps freezing, this has been for a few months now!! no matter how many times you restart the app, try different bank accounts and banks, just sits on reloading!!
