When I first loaded this app in Jan 2024, as per my employer, it worked fine. For the past couple of months, it has consistently been crashing. I lose messages and announcements every couple of weeks. It's very frustrating! I have to uninstall then reinstall, and even then, the only part that comes back is the announcements. I lose messages back to February! I've emailed and called to no avail because I use the app through my employer. Very poor experience!

Had no issues really until the recent update. Now, if I'm on break, watching the timer, I have to exit out and back in to end my break, and that's when it will even load. This morning I'm trying to look at my schedule and the only thing that is loading is the "Home" or "schedule" banner at the top. Nothing else. PLEASE fix!!!! Got to work this morning and now I can't log in at all! Says that my account is inactive! What's weird is I actually got a notification to clock in!?!?!🤬

Keep getting "could not sign in" error with multiple accounts. (I am the manager and I obviously have an employee account as well.) I uninstalled and re-installed. It worked one time and one time only. Now it isn't even working when I do that. The suggestion in the faq is to reset the password, but since this is my work's account and it isn't an account specific problem I don't need to do that.

The app was working fine for a while but now whenever I open the app I can't clock in/out, view my timesheets, or really do anything because all I can see is a screen that says "Connect with your team, manage your time, and see your pay. All in the Team app." So funny that I can't even do those things. Except not really because I would like to be paid.

Cannot get app to load. When it does it is glitchy. Cannot get live customer support. Message tech support is automated and uses key words only to generate response you can read online. Says password incorrect. I've been using the same password for 7 years on everything. I know it's not wrong. Reset link will not allow me to. It says it expires in 24 hours. I click link immediately, it says expired. No one there to help. It's been 3 days of hell, AFTER employer couldnt reach anyone for 2 weeks!!

App is really glitchy, frequently doesn't load or start. Often have to restart the app for it to work. New updates make it less user friendly. The main problem is that it just isn't easy or quick to use due to how slow it is to load New updates don't do anything to fix the problems. If anything the app is even slower then before. Always takes several minutes to clock in and out. Never loads the first time without an error message even when connected to wifi. Doesn't work 99% of the time

Works for a couple of weeks perfectly. All of a sudden my employees cannot apply for available shifts. They get an error message stating that there is something wrong on the apps end. I called square customer service for two days straight and all they did was create a ticket. We deleted the app, reinstalled it, looked for updates, signed out signed back in to no avail. As an owner scheduling is one of the most important aspects of running a restaurant/bar business. Very inconvenient.

Plain and simple, this app does not work. I've used it for going on 3 years now, and I never had any problems with it until this year. Every new update that is pushed breaks the app more. If you're lucky enough to get a page that isn't a blank screen, you get the loading wheel that never stops spinning or an error message. If you get the app to launch, you're greeted with error messages and refresh prompts that never take you anywhere. Please fix this app

Used to work great but recently it won't let me see anything. I log in and retry over and over, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing is working. Very disappointing as this app worked perfectly a week ago. Worked fine again until 8/2 and is not syncing properly. It's frusterating but I'm sure it'll fix itself. It makes it difficult to see my schedule and set availability when my employer can't see it on their end.

Automatically puts me into "My Business" and doesn't allow me to access anything else from the list of businesses. Logging in and back out will show me the list for about a second, including the one that I need to get my tax forms from, but then automatically puts me right back into "My Business" which means nothing for me. Meaning that the app is so specifically broken for me that I can't get my tax forms for last year like I should be able to.

The new update where you need to be within 100 ft to clock in is terrible. I was trying to clock in while at work, but it said I wasn't within 100 ft. Even after uninstalling it still wouldn't let me clock in. This made me 21 minutes late to work. I can't even clock in anymore, meaning I have to use the devices available at work, but it's difficult to clock out when it gets busy. Can't filter the schedule to show only my shift anymore.

5 stars if they put back the My Hours from old version 6.15. I see all details of my daily salary there including tips. I like to screenshot all in one place, so I'm still using the old version. I only see the word tips on the latest version but does not show numbers/ value. Also, put option to select color themes instead of only black theme.

I miss the Crew app... my main problem with this one is that nearly every time I receive a message (~75%) I see it in my notifications, and when I click to open the message completely disappears. Very unprofessional when I have to keep saying "Sorry, I saw you messaged me but no idea what you said. Can you repeat?" Or even having to take it off the platform. And people say back, "Oh that happens to me all the time on the app!" Yikes.

This has been a downgrade from Crew in every possible way. If they had just kept Crew more or less intact and slapped the Square branding on it, I'd be happy, but as is, even the most basic functionality of sending a message to my team only works maybe 20% of the time. Messages fail to send, send in the wrong order, or occasionally just disappear after sending. Going to give them a little more time to try to fix things, but I'm actively shopping around for alternatives.

I updated yesterday and lost the ability to see my time cards, hours worked, can't clock in or out for work. This needs fixed asap. Worked decent before I updated other than the fact that it was a bit laggy at times and took some time to load, but for it not to work at all now, irritating when you need to keep track of hours and can't clock in or out for a job you do.

This app worked great for me for the first half of this year. Never even had even a glitch. As of the past update, I've seemed to have lost the availability to gain any earnings available early, and doubt i can still get my paycheck 2 days early. Before that when I was still able to use that, and might I add the option was the first to pop up of all the options aside from clock in. So that is a huge drawback and inconvenience to using the new app. Not to mention the clock in glitching out.

The app keeps logging me out and won't recognize correct login details. Won't recognize my phone's biometrics and I have to spend several minutes clicking on pictures of tractors and such like just to look at my schedule. Support can only be reached via a bot chat and arranging for them to call you, which means it has to be done in my own time. Terrible app.

I liked crew.. when we had to downgrade to this I wasn't happy.. it looked generic.. but at least it worked at first. It was hard to do anything on the app . But now it just don't work at all. The only way I can actually see my schedule is if I go in through my email that I'm sent.. and that only works sometimes. I'd suggest finding a different scheduling app.

This app used to work great but now it doesn't keep an accurate track of how many hours I've worked at all. For instance, I've worked four 8 hour days which would be 32 hours but the app says I've only worked 15 hours. It also goes back and forth on being accurate on how many tips I've earned. Sometimes that is accurate and sometimes it is not. I came here for an update hoping it would be a quick fix but my app is up to date.

migrated from the crew app and this is a total mess. Actually thinking of finding another solution. Customer service to aid in this migration is nonexistent. Some team members get messages some don't. Can't add nor negate anyone from the app. Not user friendly and the list goes on. I will continue to try to see if something comes of this and if it does I am willing to change my thoughts. But I seriously urge others to THINK BEFORE USING THIS AT ALL!!!
