Stadium Goods - Buy Sneakers

Good app some problems. The app always says it need to update and not matter how many times hit update it still comes up the only way for me to actually update it is buy deleting the app and then comes my next problem I enter every single email I have and type in my password and it never lets me in. Then I try to reset my password and it tells me there is an error and I never sends me anything about it.

I've been getting an "error" everytime I try to login for a while time now so I tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app and now I get an "error" because "we need to "update our catalog" and everytime I press restart or refresh I keep getting the error. I've had a similar issue with the GOAT app and truth be told I'm impressed with how they were able to coordinate their efforts to ensure I can't use either app and make the shoe buying process more arduous than it needs to be

For some reason, whenever I search for something, I can never tap any of the results in the search, thus making the app a photo showcase rather than a shopping app! **UPDATE 2** After redownloading per the developer's request, the app now works fine. Not sure if it'll stay that way, but it's fixed my issues. Will update if it breaks again.

I should've just stuck with ebay or something I already knew . Ordered 3 pairs of shoes 2 fit 1 didn't. I thought no problem because it says returns accepted, wrong you won't know you can't return it until you get them. (Can't return final sale items) but there is no way of knowing its final sale.I sent numerous emails trying to get clarity on how to know its final sale ,they don't reply to emails at all ...If you dont know your true size in what your order try somewhere else

I love all of the different shoes they have. I also love how they have so many options in all different styles. I just wish that the app would allow you to take screenshots because when people look at shoes they look at several websites and take screenshots of the ones they like and save them for later. I always take screenshots personally. I'm a big shoe addict and this app has the best style sneakers highly suggest!

I don't know if it's just because I'm an Android user or what but this app just freezes up whenever I click on a picture of a shoe and doesn't do anything. 2/18/2021 Update: Updated the app like they suggested & the issue is still the same. They're losing out on Android users who want to buy shoes from their app

Attempted to order shoes and was given an error message saying the order could not be completed and to try again later. This was untrue the order did come through after I decided to order a different pair and even though it was an error on the apps part there's nothing that can be done.

I downloaded this app maybe two hours ago... WHY? WHYYYY is it so slow?? On top of being RIDICULOUSLY slow it has kicked me out numerous times!! Thennn To top it off... Now when trying to get back in it will NOT let me, and keeps saying there is an error when I enter my username and password. How is that possible? I JUST created my account! To say trying to use this app is beyond frustrating would be an understatement!!

Love the wide range of inventory. A little pricey. Its good when looking for shoes that are not currently out or maybe a shoe drop I might have missed. It's over all a good app. Shoes come quickly never a problem with delivery. I have a common shoe size so sometimes my shoe size is not available for shoes I might want.

Great site, brand, and app, but I gave it a two cause for the month the app has been horrible to use.. it allows you maneuver well through the interface but as soon as you click a pair of shoes or go to a tab in the app the whole app freezes. It does it everytime I sign in. I've updated android system webview and chrome and the app still doesn't work properly.

Decent enough app. My biggest con is when I try and filter what I'm looking for.... example I pick my size in shoes for the filter and tao the apply button. When scrolling through the different shoes and you click on a specific shoe the price will say 179 and up. Why not just apply the price for the size that I'm searching for.

Seems ok but everything is extremely expensive, especially compared to StockX and eBay. Wish they would add price matching or something because stadium goods does have a good return policy, just hard to justify when everything is 2-3x in price compared to everywhere else.

I've been having the same "issue with updating our catalog" message for at least 6 months now, maybe longer. Tried to uninstall and install so many times, but never works. What's the problem? Please fix this.

app works great. I wear a size 15 it's nice to have a variety to pick from. but it's wack that I filter in what I'm looking for. Color, size etc.. price says 180 but I got to pay 150+ because it's in a bigger size. I know there isn't a ball player with small feet. accommodate us Tax them small feet little ballers. it's hard enough to have to shop online cause no one ever holds sizes for real men. online shopping should be catering to Big and Tall men. they get catered to enough at the stores.

The app crashes unexpectedly. It duplicated an order and I ended up having to cancel not only the duplicate order, but also the original bc the app let me order a shoe they didn't have. They left the charges on my card for almost 2 weeks before I brought it to their attention. Terrible experience with customer service.

Not sure whats going on with the app at this point. I have version 3.0.9 and the app just freezes. I cant even go to my cart to delete whats in there after not being allowed to check out and the product sold. Everytime i click a shoe it freezes.

So my husband had wanted Lebron Zoom 2 shoes and this is the only app that had them in his size and I was super nervous about ordering them. Because I've never gone out of the Nike App and let me just tell you that this is an amazing app, amazing place to buy shoes they came within 3 days they're perfect. I rate my experience at ten out of ten definitely buy shoes from here

Those guys have the worst Customer service They don't Gave a dam about customers They have the worst return policy. And for return they have only store credit so if you return something because its not authentic no you have no more trust but you have to buy from. Never heard that before . And buying online not a really guarantee it could be authentic its just bla bla bla And From my experience wherever you see customer service blaming anything on covid 19 just run from them .

I noticed a lot of people having the same problem I was having. App worked great but after the latest update you clicked on a picture and it froze. After I uninstalled and reinstalled it works again. Nicesss!

Just orderd some new balance 550 shoes maybe two weeks ago and got them yesterday their perfect! And I got them on the black Friday sale they're so comfy and I was able to track where the shoes were the whole time I havent had any bugs will definitely be buying again 😋
