The information in the app is useful but the push notifications don't work. I finally turned on the email notification so I get an email when my schedule gets posted but it only works randomly. It needs to send a push notification when there are messages or available shifts to pick up. I shouldn't have to open the app constantly to look for those things.

Its great for scheduling and communication with other employees, but the app has been constantly signing me out

The old version was great. There were no issues. The new version is horrible. The UI sucks. I don't get notifications when the schedule gets posted or when people want to swap or drop shifts. What is the point of the app? Just to read my schedule? I need it to alert me when shifts are available or when i get messages from coworkers. And yes, I do have all the alerts turned on. It just doesn't work. Please go back to the old version.

The customer support is bad. I had an issue where Stafflinq would not sync with my google calander (it synced under birthdays and disappear a minite later). I contacted the developer and they closed my support ticket after they did NOT solve the problem. They kept insisting the app was working properly and I had to contact Google for support. Not surprisingly, the calender app was not the issue. 2 MONTHS LATER, the app fixed the calander sync issue.

Works OK but needs more personalization. You should be able to edit profile pictures and have an added bio that can be accessed by anyone in your team. Moving from TeamLive to this app, so it'd be nice to see more options similar to the familial atmosphere TeamLive creates.

This site sucks you can't do anything on it and I can't see it on my computer anymore, why would they update something that was working perfectly fine before now it like not even worth having it at all. AND when you put in a request you don't' see it anymore, so you don't REALLY know if it is approved or even fully submitted.

Please fix the app.. I had no issues before the update. Now I can't view who's working what time and day in order to figure out who to ask to pick up a shift.. and there's no option to request a shift anymore? I need a better resource than trying to ask all 30 servers if they work this or that shift.

Before the app worked perfectly with a seamless interfact and no lag. I was able to see which shifts i work and it was easy to tell which day i worked and what shifts to pick up. Now its constantly refreshing, the interfact looks poorly made, and its impossibly slow to load anything.

Push notifications do not work, I've tried re installing and making sure permissions are on for notifications but nothing works. No notifications at all. Also UI is very busy, should have options to sort different job positions too.

ok since clearing the data under settings< storage it's working great. Even the calander synch! Clear the data, clearing the cache only didn't work for me~ HATE THIS UPDATE EVEN MORE! NEGATIVE 10 STARS!! What are you people doing?? You took a perfectly functioning app and RUINED IT!This past update of 12/18 you some how managed to TOTALLY KILL THE APP! Now NOTHING WORKS! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I seriously hope you are not paying people for these updates! If you are, someone needs FIRED!

Um, update sucks. Why would the available shifts for Saturday appear on the friday slot? Also the days working appear above the date, Instead of below it. It's confusing to read, not easier than just going on the website. Also, I'm unable to request off through the app... Why even pay for the app if I have to use the website anyway? Also, can't see what position and time your coworkers work. Makes it difficult to switch if you don't know when other people work. Wow. Good job sucking stafflinq... Save your money y'all!

This app has crashed twice since I've downloaded it. I CANNOT access the schedule which is really really bad because there is NO backup schedule and if this doesn't get fixed how are we supposed to know when work is to make money to survive? Horrible app.

Loved it before the new update, can't log in on computer now. The setup is horrible, your update has caused total chaos in my life. Click on available shift, it's for a different day. Way to screw up someones life that is organized, can't pick up shifts, therefore affecting my income. GET IT TOGETHER, or refund my money spent.

The new update still didn't fix anything. it use to work great, but now it tells me my schedule is unavailable and to pull down to refresh and it won't let me pull it down to refresh. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app trying to get it to work and nothing has helped.

Why the hell did this get changed? Useless update. Cannot login, my email is no longer valid. And I've seen the new format, waste. No longer able to see the times of other employees scheduled with you, cant see the schedules of whose working on your day off, when giving up shifts it will post multiple times for the same shift, times dont display am or pm etc.. Refund my freaking money. Oh and tech support is a joke, put in two tickets with no response.

If your work offers/uses this, definitely download it. The only function I wish it had was an iCal or google calendar sync to put my work schedule directly into my calendar and the chat function has a delay between a message being received in-app and it notifying me that a message is waiting. Other than that, I can use my phone to drop shifts, pick up shifts, review my schedule or see all the employees scheduled to work a given day.... Great at what it does and makes requesting time off seamless

Garbage update. Can't see full staff schedules, out times for employees, awkward to navigate, and I can't even enter a time off request. I would use this app to help organize my shifts but this update made it useless to me now. I would never have paid for this app if this is what I'm getting. Would not recommend at all.

The app itself is good for knowing what shifts you have, however I feel the new theme is too clunky. I don't need to see the days I won't be working on my schedule. If there is a setting that allows you to remove unnecessary information from the schedule, I would appreciate it.
