You should try to update your app, it is slow. Hard to connect. The menu and coffees are not updated. Also food menus are not in the app as always. You tried to have this app to help pick up and to go orders be accessible and fast but still, not convenient. Just an example, if I want a coffee and a pastries (or foods), I can have coffees and still fall in line to have my pastry/cake or any pasta.
Could NOT Register. I'm only in the 1st stage and it doesn't work! What more when already using the app? This is so frustrating. I've tried so many times on different days in a span of a month on differenttimes too. I asked help from a barista in one of the drive-throughs in Libis and she said that the app sometimes doesn't work. This is not sometimes. It never worked for me at all! I hope this gets fixed.
Was trying to register, but it won't go through due to "phone compatibility issues" which I found absurd. It's a waste of time; going through over an hour of registration with no luck. Really killed my joy and excitement in collecting stickers this season. Hope they fix it very soon. Also, the traditional card and sticker is more fun.
SCAM!!! Unable to activate the card and the app not working properly. The link sent to an email is not working.
I keep on getting logged out though I selected to keep me logged in. It's a hassle when you have to log in everytime you're going to pay. Can you fix this in your update? But, if you're concerned about security then just activate biometrics log in, it's faster and easier rather than typing in the lengthy and complicated password requirement! Thanks!
There's a lot of issues in the app. As i've checked the rewards in the app, it shows nothing. No text only the button. As i've checked the inbox, it requires me to sign out my account. When I tried to login, I failed to do so because there's an error saying that "unsupported_grant_type". Hope you can fix this asap because I cannot use the load in my account and use cash instead. Lately, whenever I order using MOP, my order takes forever. I expect that when I get to the store, I just need to pick up my order. So I might as well have just lined up if I end up waiting so long even though in the app, it says my order is ready for pickup. Also, the app itself is full of bugs. I always encounter errors when I reload my balance and make orders. To make it worse, your Customer Service is so hard to get through. Honestly, I wish I could rate 0 stars.
My app was working well until a week ago when it hanged, not sure if this coincided with the update. Upon uninstalling and installing(3x), it reported that it had a bug. I emailed the support email to report but they were slow to respond (over the span of several weeks) and asked me again for my email (huh??). 1 or 2 rewards expired in the interim. But gratefully, my app is now hopefully working well again.
I don't know why you did this ridiculous update but this is very inconvenient. First, password expires. Then, error on resetting password, "PATIENCE" is the right word for attempts of resetting password. Finally, logged in. But, no cards were registered. So I registered the cards but says invalid. I searched why, so it says you need to go to the nearest store to reload the card to register. Heck! I am too far from starbucks store so it means goodbye to my balance? Is that it? FIX THIS!
Good enough. Useful whenever you forget to bring your physical Starbucks card. You can also topup balance, use rewards, pay your drinks and foods using the app. You can also check your balance realtime. Can be annoying that you have to login your account everytime even when you choose to the "remember me" option. Also, I do get the use of requiring an update but it's annoying that whenever I am already paying at the counter, and the app needs an update, there is no option to update later.
3/5/2022: Got logged out almost 2 weeks ago and could no longer log in. These days, you just get stuck on the Starbucks logo page when you open the app. Useless. 7/5/2022 Update: Was working fine the past few months but started to act up again; every time I open the app, it keeps insisting that I call customer service to report my card as stolen. I can't see my updated balance so I don't know how much is left or whether I should reload.
this app is frustrating. it keeps showing errors and my account suddenly gets logged out. and I couldn't even put the starbucks Card that I have points with. it keeps looking for a security code that is not even listed at the back of the card! this application wasted my time.
I like the web interface better since there are options to top up and see my card designs, not just the name. Please make sure there's a confirmation message when deactivating cards, so customers can avoid accidental deactivation. Also hope we can reactivate or transfer cards, with proper verification. Please add more loyalty benefits, too! At the moment, I use the web version more than the app. Looking forward to more app functionality and better payment options in the future.
They changed the app but you have for your unused fund, you have to go to store to manually migrate. Then, I added new load using their app, it reflects that it credited but after new minutes it didn't show my load. Reviewing history, as if I didn't load anything but my credit card got charged. Checking their app, No In-App customer service. I went to store, then told me to call their customer service but i can't reach them. Too bad experience for me. Hope other will not experience this.
The top up function stopped working after the last update, therefore I will not be bothered to use the application any longer. I don't want to waste my time in line in store waiting to load a card or trying to fix something that was working fine days before, by waiting on a customer service line for half an hour.
Reisntalled multiple times but the app won't open. It crashes everytime I try and a notification says it won't start cause it has a bug. I recently upgraded my phone however it's gone now so I don't have access to it. This app was installed in the old phone but it was factory restored so technically it was deleted already. Not sure if it's because of that but now I can't use the app with my new phone.
So frustrated that I cant request any other type of milk. Doesn't tell you if the store is sold out of something. Doesn't have everything on menu. Just found out that if a promo drink is replaced by a new one, they take it off app even if stores are still selling it. Doesn't allow you to leave a comment to make special requests. OTP doesn't always send. I've had to reload at store. Main screen always shows the 1st store I ever ordered from, even if it's not near me.
The app is useful and convenient in general, but now I'm having an error that's preventing me from logging in. The error is unsupported_grant_type and I have already tried to reinstall the app but still the same results. I logged in via webpage and my account worked there. Please help me out with this error I'm getting, also would convenient if a support option would be available via app.
After not using the app for more than a year, I decided to log in again just to check my balance. I was surprised that my card was no longer connected to the account but I tried to re-add it, but the app said that I either inputted the wrong card number or security code. Tried inputting several times ensuring the both digits were correct, but I was still unable to re-add my card. What's happening?!
The app is already updated but when it is opened it still asking to be updated. If your update is not ready and it will only make the app crash, do not roll it out. A lot of us subscribed to this app for cashless payment especially now that we're in a pandemic and we need to lessen physical contact, so what is the use if we have to go the SB card/physical cash route? Fix this BS!
