Stock and Inventory Online

It is simple to use and the additional features cost a fraction of the price of apps with similar ratings and features. My only complaint is not being being able to adjust the lists in the order I want (has to be done in alphabetical order, by price, by description, etc). Other than that, I have had smooth syncing between my devices and my inventory is updated very quickly as well.

The app works great, UI is good and easy to understand, I wish that there was a web version of this app as the storage is anyways on cloud. I think you guys can make a web version which can be accessible by any device without any issues. Just a suggestion as it would help out a lot of people if there was a PC/web version available with it.

Great app. Using the free online version and it is so far doing what I require. However, is there a way to do the following: I have a stock of phones. They are all the same type so I have put them into the same group, though they have different barcodes. So when I export the data to a spreadsheet it shows each item in that group along with the barcode. Is there an option to export the document to show all the items within that group as one line, say a quantity of 40, regardless of barcode?

I've downloaded the Online version and it did take me a few tries to get it right. Customer service was decent in replying back within about 2 hrs of my request which did help me solve the issues. Still working out a few kinks here and there bit I'm actually starting to like this app more and more. I just wish there was a PC version and that I could create barcodes to label items also. I also wish there was a live chat or number I could call. Other than that, great app

I am using the Simple version and wanted to migrate to the more Advanced version (Online). Except one of the most important option for my business is not in Online. The ability to input a custom field for price differences from invoice to invoice for the same product. You can change custom fields in the individual item so it changes over every invoice. But not per invoice. So I'm reverting back to the Simple version. So now I can't share with other users to look up pricing and price fluctuations

I like it! It's easy to use and effective. The only think I had to say is that the sync is a little slow through device. I use the regular free plan, but I use the app in both, my phone and tablet, and if I update the lists will take a time the next time I open the app in the other device. But overall, nice app

Our electrical warehouse is using the online pro version and digitizing the process of incoming and outgoing. The app is very user friendly and allows us to transfer material from our shelves to each of our technicians vans. It would be nice if there was an iOS version. Also, the barcode scanner doesn't always work quickly on our Samsung tablets. It be cool if the app could utilize Google Lens somehow to automatically fill in item information.

Love it. My family's business can get really hectic during certain periods in a year. Parents have relied on paper for too long, which has resulted in some inconsistencies of stock lists between them. Time for a upgrade! Once I get all the inventory completed, have to get the lifetime pro to share data with parents' phones. Do enjoy the multiple folders I can create within the main folder to further organize the inventory. Also fairly simple to use once you get used to it!

I really appreciate the provider of this app, it makes the taking of the inventory so easy.

Great little app for keeping track of items purchased and sold. Ran into a little problem the other day, probably finger issue, sent them a message. The Developers replied quickly and helped me along. Maybe one day the stock taking will become a little more auditable in tracing variances, but that is by no means a downside for this what it is intended at this time. Thank you very much!

best app for inventory management, kindly add option to add sub-store under the Store so that we also allocate items to further shelves/racks etc.. while otherwise it is great app.

Adding existing items to a document through multi select turns their sell price to zero. It's not possible to change it later through ui. Please fix. Edit: this made me drop the review to one star: I removed the items i added to existing documents after finding out their sell prices were zeroed out, but then realized doing that has another bug: their cost prices were halved! This app has serious bugs! Do not use! I was a pro subscriber!

Love it, simple and somewhat customizable. I like that it not only alerts low stock but also gives the total sum of purchasing for the reordering items, so I know how much I need to spend to fill back the stock. I only wish I can rename the quantity minimum with required Stock, Stock on hand and Stock needed. Otherwise I really like it!

Just said goodbye to the simple version that has assisted me alot for the past two years. Migration process was quite simple and straightforward

Mostly easy to use. There's few power user things I'm still trying to figure out. I have a mobile repair service and keep stock of lots of little parts, some very similar. This app let's me quickly know what I have available without rooting through the boxes in the trailer. It shows me what I paid for it and what my resale price is. The item picture helps me quickly differentiate between similar items. This app has become vital to my business. The only thing it lacks is a web browser interface

Excellent. Well designed and implemented. Intuitive and easy to use. Big issue I'm having is trying to get it to sync with shared users. I purchased 5 user web version and it doesn't appear to work. What I see on my phone is different than what's on the android tablet i bought for my employees to use or what appears on another use's phone.
