Half the time it works, the other half it doesn't. It's always loosing the location of the bus (saying vehicle location unavailable) that's not helpful when the whole point of the app is to track the bus. The maintenance tool on the map never works and somehow the school transportation department isn't seeing the messages I sent through the app. The afternoon drop off and notifications seem to work as normal, but the morning (3 days in a row or more) no vehicle location. APP IS POINTLESS!!

Very helpful and helps children not wait extra time for the bus. Although at least once a week the bus can't be located. Overall great app Update: two of my kiddos were removed from my account. Not sure how to add them back in. I've had to have the school add them back on twice. Update 2: 2+ days a week the bus nor the time left shows. This defeats the purpose and makes it very inconvenient especially when the temperature is in the teens.

I've had issues with this app since day one. This year has been exceptionally worse than years past. Usually, I get a notification saying "location is unavailable." Since the weather is changing and getting colder, and I dont want to stand outside longer than I have to, I wanted to try and troubleshoot my issues, so I logged out, uninstalled the app, reinstalled, and restarted my phone and now my schedules/routes won't even load. So now I'm in a worse situation than I was before.

School year has just begun. It's the end of October and this app has not been reliable, yet. I either cannot log-in, or the bus doesnt appear on the map and shows as " unavailable". When the bus does appear, its on a BIG delay showing the bus farther away than it really is. Glitchy. In our region, we get feet of snow at a time and rains constantly. Having your kids stand in the elements waiting on a bus that is not accurately displayed on the app stinks. This app could be awesome if it worked.

sometimes the gps isn't accurate (it's slower than the actual vehicle). the ETA is pretty accurate though, so as long as I'm outside a couple minutes ahead of the ETA, there's no problem! absolutely LOVE this app. even with the gps issue (which only happens sometimes), I still appreciate being able to use this for both my kiddos!

really kind of a pointless app to take up space. now of your school enables the GPS option it might be better. but since ours doesn't there's not much value to the app. ot shows pickup and drop off times that aren't accurate at all. the drop off time for my one kid has been off consistently by more than 45 minutes. there's no way to contact anyone from the school through the app.

Inconsistent tracking the bus. Delayed updates, sometimes the area alert is minutes off which defeats the purpose. If you think you can use this app to avoid wasting time waiting for the bus, then think again. I have to be at the bus stop at least 10 mins early due to the inconsistent tracking. Also, our school district has a different schedule for Wednesday, which this app does not consider so I have to wait extra early on those days.

the app has been working well for us so far. I would have gave it 5 stars if the developers could add a new feature to provide a notification to the parents that there kid is next to be picked-up/dropped-off, or provide in the app a number indicating the kid position in the line. (our experience is that the bus may skip the stop before us and come directly to us, which is 10-15 min difference, which is a big inconvenience especially in winter here in michigan where temperatures are low).

Not writing a review as much as this is apparently the only way to send feedback. If there was a communication function in the app, I think that would be very helpful. If I have a sick kid that I know isn't going to be going to school thst day, or if out of town, etc., sending a message to transportation through the app alerting them may make their drive smoother.

1/29/25 - This is our 1st time using it & the app is down...this is also our student's 1st time riding the bus. Thank goodness I have other GPS devices on him 10/10/25 - Same issues, different school year. Now I see more of the "Vehicle Location Unavailable". When the app works, it is great in letting us know when my child needs to leave the house (especially timing wise in bad weather). We still get Zone notifications when the bus arrives. Also, the messages are so confusing.

UPDATE: They fixed the push notifications, for the most part. I still get late notifications. Would be awesome if there's an option to keep awake when looking at the map. OLD: Real time updates work. Setting up GeoAlerts is fine, but the most important aspect of it does not work. It will never push a notification to my phone and I will miss the fact that child departed from school or came into my neighborhood. Come on.....fix this PLEASE

People have been complaining about this app since it was released and they still haven't fixed it. Vehicle is never available. When alerts happen to work, it's well after the bus has already left, but still showing as unavailable. My child has walked home plenty of times, ALONE, because this app is useless and didn't tell me anything about the bus. Worst app on my phone when it comes to functionality. Wish I could give 0 stars since they don't fix it.

I like the app, but I do not like the new simplified view where we cannot see the busses path and other stops. I have had moments where the bus driver skipped my sons stop and I was able to see that and meet the bus at the next stop. I would not have known where the next stop was without the app. I am also able to see how many stops before they get to us. I feel better being able to follow the busses path rather than only my get alert area and home.

I work in the software industry and if we released an app that was this terrible we would be out of business within months. App often hangs, doesnt display bus, is incredibly late to update location (if at all), alerts dont work. Occasionally if you reboot your entire phone then it will work for a few minutes. Someone is making a lot of money bamboozling school districts to purchase this garbage.

This app does not work when the school schedule is different, such as with two hour delays. It's also not useful when the bus is very late in the afternoon. It appears to only work until 4PM. The visual tracking of the bus is very helpful, but the ETA is of little use. DAILY, the ETA is earlier than the scheduled time, but continues to update well past the scheduled time. DAILY!

This app works when it wants to. Once it showed me the whole route, now I don't get to know the route. I have alerts set, its a 1% chance the alerts will work. So its always a guessing game of when the bus will be here. Which sucks since I love off a busy street & the bus stop is behind us. So we can't even see when its getting close....would be great if it showed the bus in real time, or at the very least the alerts worked....

The idea behind this app is pretty cool, but it doesn't work right 95% of the time. It's supposed to alert you when the bus is close but it never does, even after setting alarms to it. Every time the bus is late and I go to check where it is, it says "vehicle location unavailable." UPDATE THIS APP TO WHERE IT WORKS CORRECTLY. Show us where the bus is and alert when it's close. Let us know when it's running late etc.

The app is pointless and useless. It only shows the bus stop on a map, which could be a pdf. The message section is not real-time and again pointless (we could just send an email). It doesn't show the bus location in real-time as other apps so kids don't know if they've missed the bus or if it's still on the way. It doesn't send notifications once a kid has been picked up or dropped off. No phones at school so the location is unavailable. Overall, POINTLESS.

when it works its great, but it always seems to break around the same times each year and is the most unreliable app I've ever used even when it's functional. if the schedule loads the buses will often not be found on it. if the bus is found it will often freeze and jump 5 to 10 min forward making you think the bus isn't near and then you've missed it. the school picked it so I've no other choice, if I did i would find something else.

Never worked perfectly, but the latest update broke it. The app only shows the regular schedule, which I already know. it no longer shows the real time information or location, so what's the point? Bonus: I got notified of an update via text. I have notifications turned off. Edit: Real time info has appeared. That gets two stars. Let's see if it keeps it up.
