StoryArt - Insta story maker

Just use Canva! I've paid for this for a few years now mainly because I forget it exists until I get a credit card charge. There isn't a login or account so if you use a template download it quickly or never change devices because you'll lose it forever. There's no way to save or favorite templates and no way to filter the search results. No one has time to scroll through over 600 "[insert category]" templates. Filter by # of photos you want to use, color, etc. It's July and I see NYE templates.

It was fun and game until it crashed in December. Couldn't use any paid template even though I've paid for the membership and it should work until July 2020. Emailed the representative but they couldn't really give any solution. We just went back and forth emailing and I've tried everything uninstalled and reinstalled it a several times but it never worked. So now I can only use the free templates :( Please fix this issue. Pretty great app, but you really should add the ability to do 1:1 ratio templates for Instagram posts....not just the longer Stories. Would be PERFECT for Instagram if you added that feature. 2-28-20 Update. I'm un-installing. If you ever add a Lifetime (one-time payment) option like your competitors do (I can get a competing app that does exactly the same as yours for a lifetime one time payment of $20) let me know & I will consider buying your app. As for now, I'm going with your competition.

I think I'd be cool if you could edit the templates (change backgrounds, frames, ad or remove elements), have more freedom and room for creativity. I also think it'd be cool to be able to zoom in while working on the design for a more accurate moves... Doesn't have that many features but if you want a quick premade template it does the job~

It has been frustrating to use this app. Though templates are great, but editing in them is frustrating. It doesn't save your drafts. One back click, and all is gone. I would be writing text, to close the text box and keypad I would click back and one extra back I am back to my template page and all my progress is lost. There needs to be drafts saved or save button. Also one can't remove text box, the cross button doesn't work.

Basically, the free template were all good and it saves me so much time so I decided to avail of the one-year subscription, as I thought it will be smooth. However, it always appear to be errored whenever I try to use the PRO features. I tried opening it in google play and reinstalling it for a couple of times but nothing seems to work. Also, I messaged the instagram account of story art, hoping they'd take immediate action but as of now there's nothing. So I'm taking my chance. Hope admin reads.

I decided that I like its interface more than Unfold. I installed it and bought a film theme. However the app has some bugs and I can't use it anymore. For example, when I type a text on my story and then go to Chrome to specify smth and go back to StoryArt, my story remains empty and I have to type the text again. Also I can't edit previous story or delete them. Fix it and the app will be excellent.

I purchased Pro version, which worked only a first two or three days after the purchase. After that I could only use free app features, even though I clearly have yearly Pro membership. I tried to solve this with their customer service, but they ignored all my e-mails, and responded only in app chat, saying that I should send them e-mail again and again. I asked for cancelation and a refund (inside a deadline - 10 working days, but they ignored my request). So I obviously would not recommend.

I was REALLY disappointed when I downloaded this app. I had really been looking forward to using it, however. As soon as it was installed on my phone my Norton security identified it as a privacy risk. When I took a closer look at the details of the risk, I found that this app can cause unusual behaviour in your device. So, until this is fixed I will just have to find another app.

As a photographer this app is a real game changer for my marketing and social media posts. It gives me the possibility to complete the whole look and feel of my instagram story or other posts. The only thing that bugs me is how precise I have to tap the text editor to move it around. I'd also love to see a possibility to change the line height of my text.

i only tried it for a few days so i haven't thoroughly explored this app yet, but so far i kinda like it even though it's such a shame all the great templates and effects aren't free. would be great if you guys be generous and provide us more free access to some good templates & effects in the future. also i do hope you guys add more free animated story templates since i use them more often than the templates for pictures.

Its very easy to use even though the number of fonts available in the free version are very few but the templates for all purposes have been very helpful. i even tried the paid version and there isn't much difference in quality or even quantity for that matter. yes there have been days when this app will just delete all my edits so i have to make sure i mail them to myself in case the app crashes. the most annoying this is that u can not crop anything. so u crop on some other app them transfer it hence not the most convenient situation.

Overall is good. But recently I cannot save the edits I made to Instagram, album and/or any other options. Edit: suddenly the app can save my edits after idk maybe about 2 days. I am not sure the cause of it. But as of now it works. I don't think the problem lies in my internet connection. I tried w/ both my house wifi and mobile data but unable to save. But it's all good now.

I gave 1 star for the creator, such an effort to make an app. But sadly, it doesn’t work for me. I downloaded this 2x but then, the quality of my photos, is not as great as I expected. And also, it doesn’t have a wide range of options for the styles and etc. I hope the creator can do something about it.

I just bought the subscription cause I really love this. there's just one issue I just experienced while editing. While typing my titles, changing fonts or editing the words, the words disappeared after clicking the ✅ icon at the top right side then I tried doing it again but it just gone and couldn't redo it. VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING. Hope you can fix it. 🙏😊 Thank you

Absolutely love this app, because I can have multiple stories on the go at the same time. Also love the selection of frames and fonts. Unfortunately last couple of days I've opened my story albums to find that the pages I took so long to create are blank... Absolutely gutted! Not sure why this is happening? Needs fixing ASAP.

It is very nice. Surprised by how much I got even on the free version. Upgraded with the one time lifetime option for $20. Worth that price and also a way of saying thanks for the resources. There's A LOT of cute extras with the upgrade. I wouldn't do a reoccurring fee, just the one time fee.

It's tolerable enough. Template designs are good but it will limit your options. The Pro Version "promises" to offer better templates, but it just reuses basic background colors and fonts to 'create' a new pack. Ideal only for quick edits and those with enough patience to overlook ads.

it's an great app but one thing is that you should not do the purchase thing much in most of your templates. You need to make some specific of them. we have to purchase the most beautiful one while the free one looks so boring and basic. like this , people will not enjoy the app. I hope it's useful :)

The app is great but I'm not able to edit any text. It was fine earlier but I started facing the issue today. Edit: I'm able to edit text now but when I increase the size of the text, it doesn't show up in the saved image or it shows at a different position than what I saved it in.
