No complaints about coverage, cellular service, MMS, SMS, etc. The price, though cheaper than the big post-paid accounts, is not that much cheaper. There are less expensive prepaid providers out there. I qualified for a special discount every month, but it has only been applied once and I will have to call in and waste a lot of my time, yet again, fighting with customer service to apply the credit they already were paid for by a 3rd party. I don't see myself staying much longer. Disappointed.

This app continues to get worse and worse. For years it has been neglected. It used to be okay and mostly easier than other companies apps. Lately, the app has been slow and frustrating. They offer a discount once in a while but the app won't apply it and customer service is absolutely no help. Every time I call they tell me to wait 30 days until one day they just tell me they don't see it as being available anymore. I'm guessing this company is just milking pennies.

This might be the worst app I have ever tried to use. It constantly freezes, constantly making me login after I already did, clicking rewards only restarts the app for me, can't get into my voicemail, etc. Most of us are having these issues and more, and there's nothing done about it for numerous years. I've been using straight talk since 2015. This app has had these issues since day 1 of it's release. Why does an update state it includes fixes, when in reality it seemingly does not? Frustrating

I've had Straight Talk for 10 or so years. You'd think they would offer long term users a cheaper price per month, better point accumulations. The app isn't easy to use at all. Pages changing before & after I sign in. I tried using my points to use as a partial payment. It doesn't let me do that. The app really sucks. I'm going to change providers. Boost Mobile offers the same service for $25.00. Half of the Silver S.T. service. I haven't had any problems with S.T. service. Just the app/price!

The app has not updated to reflect the company's current restructured plans. For example, Silver Unlimited is now $30/Month, but when you select that plan, and then go to pay, it reverts to the previous $45 cost. I am having to go buy the pin card from a retailer. You also can no longer see the due date for your bill for each line. Very inconvenient.

app update is TERRIBLE. what used to take just a few moments to refill my service has turned into a LEAST 30 minutes or more.... time I'll not get back. I love my service, it's perfect for my needs, the price is also pretty good.,.it fits my budget but, I can't believe you guys would make it this hard to pay my bill. You would think the opposite would be true. Whatever you did to the app please undo it. It shouldn't be this difficult to pay the bill

Since I was forced to update this app, it sucks! Very aggravating trying to navigate through the app now!! This is the most aggravating and worthless app ever! Everytime I try to do anything with the app, it is a constant cycle of entering or receiving codes... absolutely an endless cycle of aggravation! I am a couple of months shy from being a customer of Tracfone wireless for 20 years, but because of this nonsense, I'm ready to get another service provider!

app is clunky, hard to find what you need, then once there, often it is impossible to remember how to get there. Also on occasion when multiple devices are on the same account, one or the other can't be paid separately. Budgets do not always allow for large lump sum payments. In order to do a single line or device, one MUST buy a refill card and enter it manually. Very poor app. The service is excellent so there are 3 stars, otherwise, I would have given 1 star.

Just last month it was fairly simple to pay your monthly bill. This month, your app sucks. Period. I had to purchase the plan above mine because your app wouldn't allow me to select continue using plan. Your app is so slow and glitchy it took me 40 Minutes just to get to the pay screen. I've been a customer for probably 10 years and thinking about switching.

It glitches a lot. I have to login multiple times just to do one thing. For instance, I will be on the dashboard, logged in, but when I click on something like rewards, count information, or another tab I am prompted to log in again. Many times the screen will just go back to the dashboard and I click the tab and then it asked for my sign in information again. Almost every time it loops like this many many times in a row.

This app (and the site) sucks. Struggling for an hour or more to click around the sections so I can get to the part I need to pay my bill. Then I have a promo code to add to the payment and there is nowhere to add it. Why have people redeem a code they can't apply?? Get rid of this messy app and the phone customer service, too. The AI voice recording blocks you over and over from speaking to a REAL person. Sickening! Probably going to change to another company because of this irritating mess.

I have used straight talk for years. Service is decent and reasonably priced. I have had service problems periodically requiring a call to customer service, which has always been a positive experience. However, the website is horrible. It is a pain to navigate-especially when trying to select something while shopping for a new phone. I may be back, but I am looking into other providers with user-friendly sites for ease of shopping/navigating and better rewards for long-term customers.

This phone service was good but recently we have been having trouble after trouble and having to call several times just to get things right. Sometimes calls are dropped. The app doesn't work so we went to Walmart to get it and it still didn't work and had to call to square things out. I'm done with straight talk. I advise people to not get straight talk. Unreliable. Oh yeah after a certain amount of time the " unlimited" is not unlimited it slows way way down to unusable. So false advertising.

you get exactly what little you pay for. This is not a real company that provides anything other than storing your data and take your money while they are doing it. Service is unreliable. You call to fix an issue. It's always your fault. Customer service can't help you do anything but if you'd like to make a payment. They're great at not reminding you when your bill is due. They offer nothing but the lowest rated service. Switching as soon as possible!!!!

Recent update is utter trash, every time I try to browse to redeem my points it just kicks me back to the dashboard. Repeatedly asks me to enter my password, and now I can't even find the option to enter the number from the physical cards for renewing my service, I had to go through the text option. What the hell did you guys do to this app? I can't use it for anything now, great job.

Most of the icons in app give you an error message and don't open. I've also been on auto refill for years now, and I have no way of being able to see if I've been accumulating points, since "my rewards" icon won't open. Would be nice if straight talk would make sure as loyal customers were rewarded for our loyalty, as I've been on their network for around a decade now, and have never gotten any rewards or service plans, despite all the money I've spent.

I've never had any issues with straight talk nor the app, I've always used the website to refill my service. Recently upgraded to the unlimited 65$ data card and after one or two times using the hotspot, it doesn't grant access to anyone connected. IVE TRIED EVERYTHING . Then I try to access the account dashboard to be sure theres nothing wrong there, I get a 'somethings wrong' error. Updating to see if it fixes the issue.

The new update is terrible. "Add airtime for a friend" is gone. I can't add a line to my account. Seems like everything I click on says "contact customer service". When I do, they can't help unless I want to purchase the plan through chat, text or the website. If I have to buy it somewhere else what is the point of having the app? The reward points are broken. Rosy was one of the worst customer service representatives I have dealt with in a long time. Rheeka (spelling?) And Sheira were lovely!

Bruh. The app won't even let you sign in. And if you do get signed in, there's no way to buy a plan. It just closes the app every time you try to buy one. The app is just as broken as their website, tbh. The only reliable way to refill your service is through the customer service number, it seems. Why even have an account system if you can't ever access your account?

I love the service I get with Straight Talk and the customer service is always helpful. The issue I have, and the reason for only 2 stars, is the app. Ever since the app was upgraded to the new format, it's very hard to navigate and doesn't allow me to refill my plan with a pin. I keep getting "an error occurred" and have to go to their website. Will give 5 stars if this issue is resolved.
