I've been using this app for about 2 years and I love it dearly. Simple and straight to the point, no ads in your face all the time. I still havent bought premium and you can use almost all the app without it. Some people complain about the fact that you cant save more than 3 workouts without the premium version, but you can just go into the history and click "perform again" and it automatically pulls up the whole workout. I've downloaded atleast 20 different workout apps and this was my #1.

Honestly, this is an amazing app for the gym. You get up to three free workout setups and can choose what machine/movement you want, along with reps, sets, warm-ups, and even rest timers. It saves and tracks your previous workouts, and during the workout, it shows what you did last time (reps and weight), along with total weight moved, and tracks your volume per movement. All in all, it's an extremely helpful app when you're at the gym, whether you're new or have been going for a while.

Great Workout App. Lots of built in exercise options or make your own. $30 a year or $100 for life. Pretty simplistic, but has everything you need. Post workout needs another option. Right now it's Adjust values, ignore changes, or modify routine. If i modified it, it effectively deletes what I didn't do, and adds what I added. There is no option to add exercises without deleting others. If I juat want to add to a routine mid workout, I cant.

Great workout app. Best I've found so far. Love the versatility. This app is one of the few I've found where I can separately time interval between exercises and intervals between sets. Makes my workouts flow smoothly and saves time overall. Also doesn't incorporate glitzy garbage like many other apps. Just all the basics I need to perform and analyze my workouts.

This app is great for tracking gym workouts. I've used the free version for half a year, and there are no annoying ads or videos. It saves all previous workouts, shows if you hit a PR, and saves up to three workout templates. You just search an exercise, type your reps and weight, and check mark when done. If the exercise you're doing isn't listed, type in a name and specify the measurement (distance, repetition, weight, etc.) It'll even show videos on how to use the machines around the gym!

I purchased a lifetime membership then stopped using it for a few years. Started working out again and realized it had glitched and my membership expired despite being lifetime. I emailed them with receipts and they fixed it immediately, apologized, and we're extremely easy to deal with. I also love the layout of it, it's simple and easy to use. Overall great app!

I've used the free version for two years now. Love how it tracks my workout data, and the UI flow is better than any other fitness tracking app. It is so intuitive and doesn't feel clunky at all. My only request is for the app to add specific stretches so I stretch more and better! In any case you can add these yourself (as I have) but this would be very helpful.

I really like this app a lot. You actually get a lot for the free service. You can save 3 workouts, so I save my Push, Pull, Leg. If you pay for the service, I think you can create as many as you want. I really like how it saves your progress, so you can see where you left off and if you do a change to your plan, you are given a choice if you want to update your routine or keep your original. Very impressive. Also, it's easy to quickly set a set to Warmup, drop, and failure which is nice.

Been messing with setting up a routine for over an hour now instead of working out. Seems decent. Trying to do ramping sets via the paid warmup feature to auto calculate the percents with rounding. I can't be bothered to do the math myself. Why are warmup sets not counted in metrics? that's dumb. Warm up sets don't seem to populate after the workout is started. There is a dark theme and the rest timer doesn't interrupt your media which is nice. I'm glad there's a free trial.

I've only used the premium, and cannot say if the free is different. I've been lifting for 12 years and this app is the closest you can get to blank paper that you format yourself. I can save workouts, and then the app will tell me the previous weight I did for any exercise, and I can adjust for linear progression. There are better apps if you're following a periodization program (Wendler Log for 5-3-1), but I'm recovering from surgery and this is perfect for getting back to it.

If your looking for a ridiculously easy way to track weight lifting and cardio, here you go. You see your last rep / weight / value when in the middle of adding a new exercise instance. It may benefit from a small 'help' file indicating how to add exercises and what each colored box means but that's minor. It really easy to use and track changes.

Way, way more intuitive and easy to use than Jefit. Only problem I see is that, when tracking a workout, I don't see any way to view things about the last time you did an exercise other than the sets information. I can't see any way to view my notes from previous times (I make notes of how I set up machines, etc, so that I don't have to guess every time), or to view more history than the prior time. All I seem to be able to do is to have it prefill the weight and reps from the last time. Now, the prior notes and history ARE available in the app, you just can't quickly view them from within the exercise while actively tracking a workout. And, IMHO, that's precisely when you need that information the most.. Instead, you have to navigate out of your current workout to get to the general description screen for the exercise in order to see the notes and full history. Why not just give links for this information from directly within a workout (as Jefit does)?

Best way to record sets I've come across so far. Pretty simple actually. I love it. Update: Recently I wanted to add kettlebell exercises to the selection. It never dawned on me that you could just create the exercise. They probably get a lot of request for new exercises, but the truth is you can just set this up yourself. There are a lot of neat little features hidden in this app!

If you are looking for a workout tracking App that is reliable, and doesn't crash this is for you. From loading workouts, to tracking PRs 1RM and more this app is fantastic. It has coaching to show how to properly complete the lift and you can also add any custom workouts to track. There is also a place to add notes to the workouts and a built in rest timer. You can even build a custom workout and share it with friends. I highly recommend this app it is best on the market for sure

Great app!! Especially for a beginner like me. I would like to ask your team if you can create a possibility for me to add a picture to a new exercise when I am creating a new one in addition to a area of the body and the category. I am visual learner and with a picture it much easier to remember. In addition I would like to ask you if you can add a note "common mistakes" in each exercise that I can add some more notes. Thank you for your great work!! Best regards, Lena

App is straight forward and easy to use keeps track of your previous workouts and allows you to see your progress, some exercises are not in the selection but you can always create one from scratch and it will be available to choose in the future. There is a pro version but as of now I have not had a need for it. Granted all I am looking for is something that can replace a pen and paper at the gym not a "Robo Coach".

Not sure how running logs work. I put a time and # of miles and it blanked out the miles when it saved. Also not seeing a place to change the date of a logged workout. Besides that, I'm liking it so far. I switched from StrongLifts 5x5 because I wanted to do different exercises but a similar routine. This gives me that flexibility.

I use Strong as a workout guide. It is extremely helpful in giving you ideas for routines, in demonstrating the workout focus and how-to, and is handy when creating your own workouts (excercises). Plus, it is excellent in keeping track of your progress in both workout frequency, personal records, and previous reps and sets from other workouts. I recommend it a lot to beginners as well as frequent gym goers. I have not purchased the premium account yet and have had the account for 2+ years.

I used to have all the features they tout. But I broke my phone, got a new one and now I cannot even do a 5day workout routine. And I am not even sure of my account info as the errors I get trying to log in are not informative. The price is way up to $100 for lifetime. . .it a good app but not at that price. . .especially when you cannot import your exported workouts and routines. There needs to be easier support for users accounts. I understand you need to get paid but. . . Strongapps you have gotten a bit greedy. Open it up features a bit more to make it usable, put ads in it to get paid, add in app purchases to add certain desired features, letting us skip other and sell ad free version and then you will make money without alienating your users. Just saying it's a decent app but others do the same for less. Now I am going back to an older app.

3 years worth of data gone. I'm not able to access my data even though I tried to log back in with the same account. Absolutely infuriating. I recommend getting the app, HEVY instead. Much better UI, better integration with smart devices/other fitness tracking apps, and more frequent updates. The premium service is also cheaper than Strong.
