Sends me to a non existent location in the very city centre where there's illegal to stop literally everywhere. I report the issue and I get threatened with account deletion. The fares are an absolute joke compared to any other similar app. Yet if you mistakenly make a turn that's not in the provided route, you're punished. Funny how a service that depends on drivers entirely, dares to have such an attitude. I can't wait for the moment I will have to change this review.

I am uninstalling the app today, they pay too much than any other app + sometimes customers didn't respond and if I go back to pickup point for return order they behave really bad 😞
Be aware, delivery drivers! They are cheating drivers with incorrect payments. Always take a screenshot of the amount when you accept an order. Today I received an order showing £8.86 with a 1.9 boost. After some time, Stuart added a second order to the same job. I travelled over 6 miles, but they paid me only £3.83 for each order. When I contacted customer service, they just gave copy-paste replies saying payments are based on “time and distance.” Totally unhelpful. Be careful. Scammers.
Still a great app,There are some bugs that need fixing As for pick and drop and from two different locations or a double package delivery there should be an option to deliver the package that is suitable for the rider) must be a choice for riders to decide which order can be delivered first ).It was one of the best apps until it was discovered by those who mostly are renting apps and making this job a mess. Another problem is bike accounts used by car astronauts who pick up to bags in one go
Upgraded from 1 to 4 stars. The latest version is a big improvement! [Original review] By far the worst of all the courier platforms. If the delivery has any problems then using it becomes a hellish experience. You're stranded talking to a robot before eventually being made to wait forever for a human. The app is slow and buggy with nonsensical features and buttons that don't work. If you've used any of the other courier platforms then you're gonna be in for a shock with this one.
the worst platform you can make deliveries on. I try to put my card details and everywhere I go it gives me errors. I have sent messages and emails and no one wants to help me. don't waste your time with them
The company needs to be investigated for fraud, slave labour, underpaying riders and not paying them at all. do not use this app if you want to earn money. chances are, you put your blood and sweat in and they won't pay you for it. Other riders have complained they too haven't been paid.
The map disappeared and it seems to be impacting the ability of the app to take pictures which makes the time with the client take longer than necessary. It's also buggy and slow when entering birthdates also forcing the client to wait longer during 25 and over alcohol checks. I tried to contact support about this but it didn't result in fixing the problem. It doesn't prevent you from taking orders but sometimes the map in the app is the only way to find the drop off point, meaning it's bad.
What can I say . Crashing when job coming through, impossible to accept or decline , not registering taps. I am losing a lot of requests please sort it out. This app just gets worse and worse. Can't call the customer. Asks for stupid verification or order number which none work. So we'll have to waste time on chatbox looking at options that don't help
Im reviewing the app and not the company. The app works great. The support is awful but thats the company side. edit: Im keeping the old review however I am taking one star off of the review because of an annoyance I noticed. When taking a picture for proof of delivery it takes a long time between you clicking the shutter button and the app taking a picture which makes it akward having to stand there waiting with the customer for the picture to be taken.
Next to no orders, used to be the best app (never perfect anyways) for gig work, they have worked their way down to be the worst. When I reject an order, it keeps beeping for THE SAME ORDER in 5 seconds. Please understand the word REJECT/DECLINE. also the fuss around transport type is a joke. I reject a lot, because you don't give us flexibility on transport type. To deliver with the transport type on our account is more important than common sense or the the customer gets their shopping...

App works fine except there is no option to cancel a single order in app for half a year at least. They sent an email saying you can no longer directly cancel in chatbot. Tested it today and button still not in app. Had to cancel in live support. Maybe before pushing updates to your chatbot fix the app
The application is horrible. The GPS can't locate like it should be. You go to collect an order and it says you're not at the right place. Also you can't reject an order without passing with the support which takes all lot of time. You guys need a lot of work to enhance the work for working with you
The app upgrades since beginning were excellent until last time. Last update brake the excellent navigation on the map with automated zooming so now I can't see full route to the client as before. In my opinion it is quite dangerous if I must still zoomed to see it from beginning to the end because very often PIN is wrong. There is an annoying chatbot. The bot can not detect real location. For example: I'm 2min. with a clients it is asking me if I am on the way to him and not other options
Let us to cancel one order in multiple. And make something with the payment amount per order... If not, one day you will send the consumer to pick up his order. The millage on the car decrease the value of the vehicle, the car needs maintenance, fuel and insurance is expensive and you gays send us only double trip for 4,60. Another thing, weekend needs to be only on multipliers. Now you can deliver more in less time!!! Of course NO. We can deliver more for more money... Time is money!
The worst app ever! How many of you know that customers give us tips but we never get it? They steal our tips. Support chat board is worst. It's nothing! They will just make it so long wait or difficult for you that you will end up cancelling the order! And actually this is what they want! Getting rid of you without paying! They don't notify the customer if you're in a multiple drop offs. Customer thinks that you're roaming around with their food for nothing! Absolute blood sucker scams!!!
One of the worst experience. And worst app. Deleted after few days. Long distances low fees, and worst support team and much difficult to use. They sometimes cancel your deliveries once you accept the order and on the way to pick up point. Bad interference, bad navigation, not user friendly. Not recommended at all. Avoid it.
You arrive at the pick up point and the app tells you it can't connect to the server. Everything else works fine. You have to turn the phone on and off to make the app work. Not a great experience. And you only get £4-5 for a delivery that can take half an hour. To top this off, I've just spent waiting 17min and I didn't get paid for waiting.
