I used to love this app because of how simple it was, but now it's not-so simple because now when you press the two boxes to save your username and password everytime you want to log in, it doesn't save. Besides that, why does the gradebook open in your default browser instead of in the app itself? Cause when you go back, the interface just goes black, forcing you to press back a SECOND time. That just makes it harder for navigation through the app.

i just got this app, but it constantly crashes and does not remember my info like it says it does. everything else works but the grade book. every time I try to open the grade book, it redirects or goes to a white screen with little information. it also says it wont work unless there is an update from the developer for the bug. studentVUE please look into your grade book status and fix this bug.

This is a fairly simple app to use and typically does not cause me issues. Today, however, I installed the app on my device after having to remove it temporarily. It installed near instantly, as is expected from a lightweight app, but would not open. It instantly crashes every time. I've attempted reinstalling it, clearing the data, and would have cleared the cache but it has no cached data. Since it failed to open the first time around. I will gladly change to 5 stars when this issue is solved.

Horrible app. Never opens properly the first time, it redirects weirdly when I try to open the grade book, and all of the interface looks like it was formatted for the Chromebook, despite looking different and working fine on there. It gives random error messages when I try to log in, and sometimes never loads at all. If it wasn't required for my school, I'd ditch the app all together.

App worked slow, but did work, up until a couple weeks ago in which it fully stopped opening. After I type my student ID and password, I click login and the app crashes and closes immediately. There is no way for me to access the app. I don't really need it for anything other than checking my grades, but it's definitely a bit irritating that something this important is being given literally 0 thought.

This app is absolutely terrible! My school has chosen this app, meaning i'm stuck with this garbage. When I did have access to the app, it was slow and laggy and sometimes it wouldnt even work. But now all it does is say "invalid user id or password". I've used the same account for years now, i'm pretty sure I would know the information. The green is a terrible color aswell. It's an eyesore. Fix your app student vue. I'm heavily disappointed in you.

So, who's running quality assurance? After fixing the logging in issue, are you that the grade book feature is not working? It redirects to the browser, which I assume was meant to be a lazy fix, but it doesn't even work. All I get is an "Error 500" I tried in on firefox, I mainly use Opera GX, so there's that if it helps... but please fix your app, there are 10s of thousands of students who use this.

It worked good until a week ago, when it suddenly kicked me out. It turns to a black screen every time I try to log in, then kicks me out. I've cleared the cache and uninstalled and reinstalled it but nothing seems to work. I usually don't care but I need StudentVue to check my schedule as it changes every day. There have been absolutely no problems otherwise but I'd sa this is a pretty big problem.

This is an example of an unimproved app. The app has several problems: loading problems to the point you need to log out then log back in in order to access it, so-called connection problems even though im in an area that has good wifi, and plus, the app logged me out and when i try to log myself in, it says my password and email is wrong when i double checked everything and it was ok! This is ridiculous. The problem with this is that it really needs constant upgrades and more bug fixes.

App is lacking in features. As far as I know, you can't test scores for assignments to see what your theoretical grade would be. Also, the user experience is just not there. It's clunky and cumbersome. It's also very unreliable. Prone to random crashes in the middle of writing an important message. I'm not sure what hosting provider using but if I had to guess backend is running on an old optiplex from the 2000s. Students don't get much a choice in the tech they use but if you're an IT officer

This app is in desperate need of fixes. It takes forever to load and doesn't even work half the time. When I try to check my grades, it takes me to the website version and just stays on a white screen even if the wifi is working properly. And when I do get to see to my grades, it is never up to date. Even teachers have admitted how slow the student app is to update grades.

This thing is on its last legs. It barely works on my new phone, and it barely worked on my old one. Always crashes and never uses the language you set it to when you re-open the app. Needs major changes aswell, the cource view may be the least user-friendly UI ever made, and it's beyond usless for keeping up with missing and ungraded assignments. If I could rate it lower, I would. When am I getting a GPA calculator? Actually, you'd probably mess that up, too.

it installed perfectly but the problem is it stopped saving my login and password and I constantly have to retype my password and it's frustrating because there are certain days where I need a quick access and I do find this app extremely useful and had this app for a year but pls fix the glitches

the app it's just rough is glitches as issues I don't even know if people were actually putting effort into the app I mean sure it is a school app but it's not excusable for this app they got problems with it password issues sometimes you get kicked from the app it's just got so many issues I don't even think they're putting effort into it I don't recommend it

useless app; doesn't save my login information, slow, and i bave been given an error message trying to access the grade book a good 50% of the time. better off just using the web browser version

Clanky UI, wont save my login info even when I click the checkbox, needs to open the browser on Android and not apple? It's just very poorly made.

what am I supposed to say, I use this for school. but I would improve on lag, loading, (especially on a Chromebook) and bugs that make your grades very incorrect

Its takes FOREVER to log in. I'll press it and it'll say loading and then it wont log in and I have to constantly press it until it logs in. Then when I think it'll finally work I have to wait, staring at a loading screen for however long it wants to take. Like, I'm hungry, I don't have time to wait for this to work. It doesnt matter because this will probably never get fixed, as long as it does the job and people are using it (schools enforcing it) it won't get updated any time soon.

It is a very, very useful app to check your grades and anything to catch up on but it is also very, very laggy and the user interface is really annoying. I would still recommend it because overall, it is a pretty good app. Another issue is that when you go to check your grades, it sends you to Google, which is annoying because it takes a long time and takes you out of the app. I'm glad have good grades though! Edit: It keeps making me re-sign in every time. Edit: I am running out of space 2 star

Between not keeping my login information no matter how many times I tell it to and not keeping my preferences when I say hey I don't want to submit how my name is pronounced at this point I just use the website. It's annoying to try to use. Then there's the fact I can no longer see my grade point average when I used to be able to. But that could be a my school thing. Then I went to the new one thinking obviously there's improvement I couldn't even log in because the app decided to glitch.
