Studio: Value Shopping Online

Gone down hill IMO. Used to really like how good the app was but now it's just broken. I can't pay via the app as it won't let me update my card details, have to do it via pc. They don't tell you if things are out of stock, they just cancel the order, but still have the items up as available. The prices have increased so much in the last few months. Nothing is user friendly anymore in app. Even the stock itself is not unique anymore, it's the same as other catalogue just more expensive. Shame.

Used to love shopping with Studio, but since joining Frasers, I find it difficult to find items to suit me. My main concern is trying to make a payment. Every time I try, I find it nearly impossible to go through the process, whether problems with my password or just difficult to get through it without it glitching. At the moment I can't even get in to the payment site. Not good Studio!

if other companies can get it right why can't studio,its a shame because one can get real bargains, this app is complete nightmare,while browsing and shopping it crashes after you have picked up an item ,then you have to go back again at the very beginning open studio ,the stress that comes with it is unbelievable, then you login oh no,the email and password incorrect, then you try signing up afresh same thing I've had enough

I used to love studio, they were reliable and a great place to pick up a bargain and if anything did happen to go wrong, which wasn't very often the customer service staff were only a phone call away and always happy to help. Now Evri rarely delivers on time if at all it's impossible to get a straight answer from customer services and then they stop answering your messages so you have to start all over again absolutely rubbish now

I hate this app. I can't even access my balance and have been migrated to Frasers Plus for which I pay £2.00 per month even when I haven't bought anything or owe anything. It's a nightmare logging in because my password never seems to work and I'm constantly having to change it.

I used to love studio. Easy to order and pay monthly whatever I could afford. Now since studio pay changed to Fraserplus it is an absolute nightmare. It won't acknowledge my bank so now had to set up a direct debit. Every month I get a notification to say I'm in arrears or payment has not been made which is wrong. Going to pay off balance and delete account.

The app is ok, but it falls short compared to apps from rival companies. It needs biometric log in, to save entering a user name and password every time we use the app.

Has to be one of the worst apps out there! They have made it complicated to make your payments and it doesn't show the item details and reviews when looking..all is all TERRIBLE!!

Love studio, excellent value for the money. Been a customer for a long time. Any issues are resolved quickly. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

terrible customer service. 3 times was sent the wrong order, had to pay to return the order everytime. When enquiring about a refund for the next day postage and postage to return items, Studio made me jump through hoops ask for various evidence which i then provided, then proceeded to tell me they can no longer help me with getting refunds because on the return there was no option for incorrect size, so i put return wrong order. Studio are now using this as an excuse to not refund me

Mike Ashley has ruined studio just like he does to everything else he touches. The new app is atrocious, you have to log in to shop, login to check your account (three or four times) and when you finally manage to get in it doesn't even let you place an order and don't even get me started how hard it was to even find this page on the store. AND NOW YOU CAN'T LOGIN THROUGH THE APP. THIS APP IS ONLY GETTING WORSE!

just love studio. Good value for money and always have good bargains near Christmas. quick to resolve any problems.

Order items then go to bag and it doesn't come up on the screen have uninstalled and reinstalled. It's a nightmare. How can you order things then you can't finish order just keeps circling. Constantly.

Absolute useless app, I see they fixed it where it was adding 2 to basket instead of one but you can't log in at all, you put details in but it's a endless cycle of wanting you to log in, have to go on browser to log in and pay. Also, I wanted to buy something without Studio Pay, there is no other option to pay in full for an item on Debit/credit card, you can change billing address that's it, I don't want to pay on Studio Pay, I owe enough, let me pay in full for something.

Great app, easy to navigate, even for a technophobe like me. It's bright and cheerful which makes it nice to use. The products are easy to see on the App making choices much easier. You get a really good description of each product which helps in the decision to purchase the item. I enjoy using the Studio app, not only for bargains, but for unusual/original items at great prices.

The app no longer works as well as it previously did. When I try to log into my account or look at previous orders, the screen doesn't load, so I end up using my internet browser instead. No need for the app, apparently. ETA: even the browser version is terrible. I tried to look at my previous orders, and apparently I've never ordered anything because there's no order history! I've uninstalled and I'll be closing my account once it's paid off.. absolutely useless

Absolute nightmare. I've used for several years and past few months hasn't let me login through the app. Keeps saying password or email incorrect which they aren't. I then end up resetting my password every single time just to access the account. I still have a payment to make but once done I'll not be buying again as it's a nightmare. I had put stuff in my basket and went to check on day and they had completely disappeared from the basket. Do not recommend to anyone when and if they ask.

I've used studio for a few years now. Clothes, toys etc are all lovely quality for a really good price. My issue is the new update its absolutely awful! You have to log in several times just to get to certain features and that's even if it let's you log in at all. The old app was so easy to use. This really puts me off ordering. After several attempts to log in I had to change my password just to put through an order this afternoon.

Seriously what is going on with studio! Used to be okay, but this past year. I've had to change password, every time I use the app, constantly logging me out. Try long in, tell me password is incorrect. Reset. Takes several attempts to actually change it, then log back in, whenever finally do get on there, try have a shop, and it glitches/crashes completely. Nightmare when it comes to making payments, end up being late sometimes, so I get charged. #avoid.
