StudyGe - World Geography Quiz

Has helped me learn a lot of countries in a short time. It has helped me with Worldle as well. My only critique is that it will quiz you a lot in on region over and over again for a while. For example, I have all of Africa and, I believe, all of Europe unlocked but it seems to only quiz me on Africa. It has been a couple days since it's quizzed me on Europe or Asia. There are no directions on the app or descriptions to tell you how it works.

absolutely amazing app. main issue is that during multiplayer mode it will freeze and glitch often, such as after I press a country it stays flashing and the next question doesn't pop up sometimes for the entire round. it's really frustrating because from one glitched game u can lose games worth of progress. also, i will sometimes be paired with the same player who's a lot better than me for 20 games in a row, causing me to lose all my progress. maybe block button? or don't repair constantly..

I've really enjoyed the app. At the end of each game there is an option to watch an add for bonus points or skip the bonus. Recently however it doesn't matter what I hit - an add plays either way. With a match only lasting ten questions, I can't keep using the app. I hope this gets fixed. I would pay for a better experience if it wasn't subscription based.

Wanted to improve my geography knowledge. This is the 3rd app I've tried. 1st one had crappy game set-up, 2nd one wanted you to buy coins for each level (immediately uninstalled). This app is the best so far, looks like it could be a lot of fun. The ads are a bit too frequent, gonna check and see if I can pay to get rid of them. Don't mind a one-time payment if the app is good.

This app has taught me so many countries! If I can offer suggestions for improvement: separate map or closer zoom for the small islands. I had to print a zoomed in map on paper, learn them that way, and then apply them in the game. Also, I'd appreciate the option to work on mainland countries versus the whole continent. I wanted to feel accomplished about learning South America but I realized all of the tiny islands are included in the quiz and I have to learn them separately (described above)

Way too many ads. Had to uninstall. It's a great layout, art and options of games to choose from. But you can't go through a single 1min game without an ad after, it's rough when you're trying to learn and you get disrupted every minute. Even if you start one on accident and back out it plays an ad, like chill out a bit with the ads man, too greedy. Last thing you want when you're trying to learn anything is an ad every 2 seconds.

Love this app. I'm in AP world history and wanted to get a better understanding of the world's geography. I got that and in a very fun and effective way. Adds aren't long and you can x out of them. The quick game with easy, medium, and hard is perfect for leaning. The clear map and solid map help ease you into memorizing. The customization of how fast you want to learn is great. The colors are wonderful and engaging. Definitely recommend.

Way too many ads!! Pretty decent study game with some variety of modes, but it can be clunky to use on a phone and there are ads every time you finish a round! It's way too much and gets in the way of your focus on learning. I don't mind some ads as I understand you need to support the free software, but when it overtakes the user experience you've failed in development. Reduce the ads and I would use it daily, or even pay for the full version. But I refuse to support greed out of desperation.

This app is great, just not perfect. It's perfectly for what I use it for, learning the names and flags of countries, but having to pay for the province/state options is kinda sucky. Maybe you could have an option for those where ypu have to watch an ad at the beginning and end of playing with those, instead of just buying them outright? IDK, not a game developer. Still, a great app!

Could be great. Actual game is pretty good with a few items that could be better. I paid for the Ad Free version and the US States package which I'm not sure you can do any more. Even though I paid for it, if I try to use the US States it just tells me to buy a subscription. Seems like they just robbed me there. And even with the ad free version it still has a lot of pay to play interfacing including the very first opening screen inviting me to get more coins for something or other. Ugh...

Great game! A bit on the pricey side but it's def the best geography quiz I've found. The progression system is pretty cool. But I wish there were more options for global physical features. The current expansions are kind of biased towards European countries. I like the rivers around the world, but would love something like mountains or lakes around the world.

I love this game. I learned SO much geography so quickly and it's sticking because of the progressive mode. Then the user mode is great when I want to challenge myself on an entire area. It's addicting! I also like (in premium mode) learning US geography, the oceans and seas, rivers, regions of countries, etc. My only ding would be that the smaller islands are just fuzzy dots. If there were more Zoom capability, that would make it perfect!

Hey, Love the app. So much so that I decided to buy the perminant upgrade. I really wanted the other maps. I also like to see that you guys uptated it. Just one issue. When opening a new map, it is kind of buggy. It says choose 10 to continue, but when you buy 1 it stays greyed out. You have to go back to the menu and back in again each time you unlock the next one. Once you hit 10 it works normaly. Just hope you can fix this because my first experience after spending 20$ was a bug. Love the app

I'm really into the progress mode, it's not overwhelming because you get to control which countries you want to learn, and gradually introduce new ones at your own pace. Edit: The only issue is that it won't stop quizzing me on Africa and Europe over and over. I tried to delete the app and reinstall but it still has my original game saved and I don't know how to erase it and start again. Being able to change where in the world it focuses would be cool.

This app is a fantastic way to learn the world and I absolutely love it! I've memorised the names and placements of all countries in South America and Africa in a matter of a day, I'm giving 4 stars because the number of ads is insane. Theres one after every single quiz which is no longer than a minute since it only has you pick out 10 countries. It's too much. After every couple or every few quizzes would be understandable. Please change this I love this app but so much of my time goes into ads

Progress mode is a fun way to learn but if you get a bug and can't select a country, it's game breaking since you can't move on unless you 100% it. Buttons to select the nearest locked country would help. I also was missing countries until I went into settings and turned on optional states. It repeated the same countries a lot instead of reinforcing new ones. Too many coins pressure you to buy and learn too quickly. I wish this game just had a paid mode with no ads; its otherwise hardly playable

Instead of just having learners click on random countries they want to memorize, you should have learners focus on one continent at a time so they can learn what countries are in the continent. ( such as Africa, and etc.) Furthermore, this app has some improvements that need to be done, but overall I enjoy the experience using this app.

This app is amazing, I learned all the countries in less than a week and am now moving onto flags! The only addition to this is if you could add places like Wales, N. And S. Ireland and those stuff, but the app is already really good without it! I play this every morning after I wake up and every night before I go to bed. There are a lot of bad reviews about disputed territory but you can change that if you go to the settings of the game and choose what you want or think

This app is incredible. The free version allows you to learn every country, territory, capital, and flag. The ads do not interrupt gameplay and only play in between rounds. The premium version of the game is very cheap ($4 per month, $15 a year, or $20 forever) and it allows significantly more content as well as an ad free experience. The app also allows customizable themes, languages, and even recognizes territorial disputes. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. I'm addicted.

I love this app. It helped me learn countries across all continents in merely a few days. It would be great if they added this app as a tool to Geography classes in school. It's very intuitive and extremely engaging, I can recommend it to anyone that wants to learn more on this topic.
