Cute clothes, terrible app. The only good thing I can say about this app is that it has pictures. The tracking link doesn't work at all. Won't acknowledge my email address even though they spam my email every day. They made it sound like my order was going to be here in a timely manner, but it's been a week and a half and it still in shipping mode & one of my items still hasn't shipped, and it's the item I needed the most. I'm upset & won't use them again. I just want my stuff and be done.

your new spring line is ridiculous. out of the whole line I probably would wear maybe two outfits. if she tried to make the spring collection terrible she's right on the mark. what a big disappointment. my suggestion is you find a new buyer because the one you have is Tony out of touch with reality and what's really fashion today

They do not exchange. They ofdered me 40% cash refund of the price I paid or 45% wallet credit. As well as items received were all wrinkled. Material is very light and would easily damage if ironed. Prices are not that great. Shipping was fast but you pay for the shipping and again you pay for return shipping, means you get 20% of what you paid if you count the shipping cost.

I submitted a order in error and immediately cancelled it within minutes however I was told that I could request my refund back from PayPal($425)now It's been going on 3 wks and I still haven't received my money, I had a cart of items I wanted to purchase for $870, however I've decided not to continue doing business with them due to there lack of concern regarding my refund, mind you I've been a good customer, I've spent $1,000's of money purchasing from them ...never again!😡pissed!

it's good. I have no complaints. My ONLY COMPLAINT is that I wish that they would put a description w/each product. they only put the time of day & what kind of skin. I lov3 shopping on this site for the Korean beauty brands, especially the brand COSRX, and Leinge lipmasks. I would prob purchase more of they would put descriptions w/the products. I guess the skin type & time if day to use is the most important, but I would like to know more about instead of having to Google everytime.

The free shipping offer does not calculate on the app. The only way to get the free shipping to calculate before processing is via the website! You promote use of the app and then penalize those using it by making them pay for shipping which is offered free for orders over a certain amount. Frustrating!

The clothing that I've ordered were of very nice quality and colour but be careful to check the size(do measurements) that way your outfit is not too big/small. I even have other people shopping from this site. They love what I wear. negative is sometimes takes alittle long to come but when it does its like Christmas. One look so polished and fresh in the outfits. I showed one of my coworkers and she was very impressed with the selection, style and price. She was happy that stylewe had her size

My first paid order (30mins ago) has a couple of items doubled and the WRONG FREE GIFT. Turns out, they are quick to take the order (& your$) but my order is *STILL PROCESSING & there's NO WAY TO EDIT A PROCESSING ORDER and the CHAT PAGE DOESN'T LOAD @ALL & the CUST SVC# IS JUST AS USELESS. *As long as an order HAS NOT SHIPPED, YOU CAN MAKE CHANGES (*4/5 Update: NO, that doesn't work either). 4/5 UPDATE: What started as 2 shipments, morphed into 5 that trickled in slowly.

Do not use this app! They ship the wrong size and tell you that they'll give you a 25% refund if you don't return the items. Sounds good but they keep 75% plus the shipping cost. After over a week, I still have not received my refund. I ordered a second item in the middle of all of this and was told that it was out of stock. And, still cannot get a refund. This is a rip off site and you should avoid it at all cost.

Wow you're selling the same items as Shein and Temu and your prices are more than double. It probably wouldn't be bad can say better quality but you using the same picture to advertise the item. You'll are a rip off and too bad cause you do have some cute items but I can't shop with thieves

I placed an order using the app. App refused a good credit card. Used their Chat. Didn't Help...only sorry for inconvenience. Total went from $89 to $110...due to their price change in the midst of my transaction. Also tried to download proof of original and their app failed to upload picture.

Love the store and app. The only downside is that it's missing a "favorites" or " wishlist" button. With so many options to choose, I can't buy everything at once, but because I can't save anything I have to go back thru all those pages of clothes each time I shop there.

Ladies if you love fashion but can't seem to find it near your location. Enter StyleWe. I purchased a very pretty mustard color dress here. I matched a tan belt and a pair of moccasins with it. And received really good feedback. The sizes are true to size and the quality is very good. It's always exciting to to shop here. I highly recommend this store.

Stylewe misrepresents their products I ordered long denim coat that was dragging the floor on model. I explained that I'm 6' tall and was made to think this was not a problem .Coat took over a month to arrive doesn't come to my ankles!!! Wanted to send back because it was over 60.Stylewe first offered 20% and keep short coat I wanst interested then offers 50% discount and keep short coat.I didn't want it but after going back and forth I realized I'd have to pay to send back to China!Buyer beware

They will not give any refund! I purchased 9 items from this app and some are to big , some to small and some just fit around the bust and is too big everywhere else. I think that it's a shame because they look good in the photographs. I think that it's okay for Asian women who have small busts and bodies. I am very disappointed and unhappy 😒

I have yet to get all of my items (1/7, two seperate orders 5 on the first and 2 on the second) and all their customer support has to say is be patient REALLY...you didn't say that when you took my money...I'm going to have to go to my bank and see what they can do to help. STAY AWAY.

Zero stars from me! I have bad shopping experience from this site! Do yourself a favor and save your $$$$. They used to be quality products when it was actually designer wear. Now they sell cheap material clothes. You can't return because thier return shipping address is in China but when I got my package it was from California. They just want to trap you in keeping thier products which is absolute garbage.

Can't even get in to the app. I had an account and couldn't get in. Made a new one, and it kept saying the info was wrong. Tried to reset password and wouldn't do that. Horrible. Yes clothes cute but now can't buy anything cause can't get in. Don't deserve one star.

This app keeps freezing! I am a new customer trying to place an order through the app to get the $25 off promotion and qualify for free shipping but I can't complete my order because the app keeps freezing! I will uninstall this app and try again.

app doesn't work. of course you can order - but you can't return. never ordering from here again
