The app is alright; the company could be better. It's not as good as working with RDH, Inc. in my personal opinion. Sometimes, there are many job options, and other times, there is literally nothing. A couple of pros are being paid weekly, and the option to not return to offices you didn't like. A few cons are penalties for having to cancel jobs, pay rates can be too low to be worth the travel, and not knowing office names prior to applying.

After 40 years working as a full time hygienist, I decided to delve into the temp world to give myself more flexibility. Stynt has been a wonderful resource for me and has given me many opportunities that work perfectly with my schedule, desired location and pay range that I was looking for. The app is so easy to navigate and the support is outstanding. I can't say enough about how happy I am with Stynt!!

Great dental agency, I have been working with Stynt a few years now, and I think is very good, I always have job opportunities with Stynt beyond my permanent job , and they make sure you get your payment on time. I recommend Stynt if you don't like to be steady working in an office and like travel, or if you're looking they always have oportunity for a job pleacemnt.

This application and company are amazing. I lost my job in November and because I work for Stynt, I am able to pick up hours whenever and wherever I want to. Picking and choosing the shifts, the days, and the rate of pay that I want. The best part, I don't have to file for unemployment and sit at home and barely make anything to get by. Thank you Stynt, you have really saved my life. A++++

app keeps crashing. it's hard to look at an assignment when is trying to load and then fails. I don't like how we have to compete for an assignment. Am I the only one that can't select a day when an office requests multiple days? I miss the flexibility rdh had ='(

I honestly wouldn't suggest this agency, You are just a working organism to them. There is NO understanding when it comes to last minute emergencies, especially those family related... they truly are not flexible what so ever and do not stray away from there "policies" as they say it. The call center, is based overseas and the people are clearly reading from a script... There's many other temp dental agencies, try those first.

You aren't allowed to know the office name before applying. And if you apply to one and didn't like the office and want to cancel, your account becomes suspended until you email stynt telling them the reason you cancelled. And even so they don't take the office off of your future bookings unless you specifically ask. There is no way to contact the company other than putting in a ticket on their website and wait for someone to get back to you. The offices are allowed to adjust your hours worked!!

Recently the app has been unreliable loading jobs. If you click on a job for more information then return to the list, it brings you back to the beginning. It's a tedious process to go through the same listings over and over.

I really dont think this app deserves the one star I gave it. HOWEVER, I thought this would be a great option to have but, once it tells me "sorry we're not yet available in your area", it logs you off. I never even got the chance to change my area. Changing your location isn't even an option.....

It shows 3 jobs so far for all of the state???? I did within a 25 mile range.... I applied and it keeps the pay lower then reasonable id suggest making the company pay certified and licensed dental assistants their due right. Some don't meet requirements for the most but it should be able to be recommended.

I wish that you could have multiple locations saved in the app instead of only 1 zip code. Also most of the postings are multiple day and sometimes I can only work one of those days. If the days were posted individually it would help.

Great platform to find positions as an RDH. Easy to use, work available in many locations, payscale shown, ability to counter offer, easy to keep track of jobs worked and places you liked. Highly recommend

Overall great. I gave it four stars because i frequently have issues with the app not allowing me to bid on jobs asking for a license even when the license is already uploaded.

App does not always update according to new job postings . You have to login into the website to see recent job postings. As of right now I can not log into my account from the website.

It's good cause you can work when you want to, and not if you don't want to. It is very hit or miss though. Jobs aren't guaranteed. Going through a temp agency may be better if you want more security. If you want more autonomy this app is good.

Been trying to open this app for the longest. Everytime i try it crashes. I uninstalled then reinstalled and it is the same issue. I give up.

The app is constantly turning off my availability, even though I turn it back on. So I'm not able to receive job postings. I miss RDH Temps.

Admin is quick and responsive. Wish I was able to see the office prior to applying, you're basically in the dark until you're hired.

That app has never worked for me, i have uninstalled and reinstalled various times. I also called custimer service and they couldnt help me. For me this has never worked. Very disappointed.

I have been trying to be verified for months. they keep saying won't do it u til there is a job in my area. my wall shows jobs in my area. who's to say that I'd like to work outside of my area. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in how this platform is running
