would like to give more stars. but the offers shown are mostly for new customers. offers should be as per member, and per store location. also noone deals with complaints seriously. rude and unprofessional. but food is okay. that's about it.
Reward dollars have an expiry date!! They do NOT tell you this and do NOT send you email reminders like other companies do!!! Items are overpriced to begin with!! Outrageous!
app just freezes and doesn't work. uninstalled. password reset link will only open app unless you uninstall the app then it will work. hire real developers champ
the app sucks. infinite loading all the time. payment process is prehistoric. so many obstacles between me and mediocre food.
Ordered through the app for pick up and got to the restaurant to find out that the order had been cancelled for some reason. Nothing on my end to tell me that had happened and the lady in the restaurant had no idea. Couldnt use my subcard rewards. Wasted my time and money
app is not relevant to the store I was at. missing beetroot had to order multiple time only to find out a need click was off the screen. took me 18 mins to complete an order. then in store I spoke to a girl to make the same order and it took less then 50 seconds. app also didn't auto deduct the value on my sub card. this app is junk. typing instructions is too long specially when I have lost most of my sight. needs option to speak into the app
Honestly can't complain. I haven't found any problems, it loads pretty fast, everything's fairly easy to find and differentiate between, payment process easy plus it remembers your card for you. Overall a great app 👍
Great app but could be better. subway app is now too hard to use and takes over an hour to complete an online order as it keeps rejecting payments and instore staff don't know how to use the vouchers and credit at the same time which I normally do and it let's you do it in app
functional. reasonably user friendly. However a big company like subway needs to compete. Usually this is done through specials and app only deals. Subway is SORELY lacking in these departments. I have found that in today's economy I am more driven by value and therefore the competition literally drags me away from subway because they are willing to throw better deals at me at a consistent daily rate. the offers section under your app almost always says it doesn't have any deals at all. FIX!!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Subway Geraldton! Honestly, it is very, very good and easily one of the best Subway locations I’ve visited. The service was exceptional—the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and worked with impressive speed even during the lunch rush. You can tell they take pride in their work because the food quality was top-tier. and fill those bowls to the brim and never forgetting the 6mnm and raspberry cookies
I would have given this 5 🌟 if the ability to buy gift cards and purchase from them remained. It's very disappointing that you have removed this feature. It was the only thing keeping my family fed when we ran out of money
Like this app, but had to use my backup email to setup, as it wouldn't accept my main one. Online subcard CAN be linked to a physical one, but I don't see the point. Haven't been able to add to Google wallet, which would make things easier. Wish you got more points per $1 that you spend. Also, I think there should be a "Redeem points" section in the app, so the customer can just press that instead of telling the cashier that they wanna redeem. There is NO way to use this at an OTR.
The app seems well designed, but for some reason, an unknown error pop up appears, and it flat out refuses to allow me to proceed to check out. Regardless of delivery or click and collect. Until this issue is sorted, I simply cannot use the app. The error code appears to be DDEL-3014-24080-400-49. Not sure what it means, but hopefully this review means the programmers can help make the app work in the future.
Faulty. Everytime I use it I get a message that I have reached the maximum quantity of items. I'm ordering one item only. And the system doesn't save payment details which is frustrating when you are on the move. Allow Google pay or something so I don't have to keep digging into my wallet to find a card. ***EDIT***** STILL NO GOOGLE PAY OPTION!!! No one carries a wallet around anymore to check their 3 digits on the back of their credit card.
Pretty dismal 3 out of 3 times used. Extremely limited options. Each of the 3 times I've used the app I have had to download a newer version. No idea why that is! And 1 example of issues I've faced is, to add Turkey to a ham sub, there is no option for that. There is also no Turkey and ham sub option to order in the app. Once I wasn't charged for asking to add Turkey in notes. Now they've decided to say it costs extra, upon driving 20km to collect the order which was paid for online. Annoying!
Struggling to understand the point of this app. I put in my order after lunch to pick up for dinner. That's about 6 hours to make my salad and I still had to wait (I was the only one in the store at the time too) and even explained my order again to them (since the two girls there struggled to read the order printout). Worst thing is that I didn't get the cookies I ordered as they had run out. It's clear that the app doesn't check inventory levels.
Multiple times my cookies or extras have been missed from my order. Availability is not updated in the app so when I ordered a specific drink they were out of stock. I contacted customer support for a refund (which is not an easy task through the app) and they stopped responding. I have also not received a single offer in the my offers section of the app even during the 12 days of Christmas promotion. I ordered subway a lot more with the app and my order ready on arrival but time to give up.
Ordered 3 choc chip cookies for pickup using the rewards I had accumulated. Upon arrival to the store, they say they don't have any choc chip cookies and kind of forced to take a flavour I don't prefer. Why can't the app just show out of stock if a store doesn't have a particular item. Wouldn't have placed an order with that particular store if I knew that I wouldn't get what I ordered.
It's a great platform. Very user friendly and the layout is easy on my eyes. "uh oh, we out of...." Needs to happen sooner. We spend minutes ordering for a few people only to be told upon payment that there were 4 ingredients they didn't have so we had to go back and modify all of them one by one. And no pork for so I had to throw a fit for that and choose something else. No bigger though they all taste delicious in the end. :)
It has two problems. One if you raise an order it defaults to last store you ordered from. Even if your location is 60km away it doesn't prompt you that you could now be sending your order to the wrong store. Secondly it doesnt give you the subway receipt number. If I just go into my local store I get a free cookie for reviewing the order online but I can't get that if I order with the App.
