Sun Outdoors: RVing & Camping

Instead of asking where you're going, it should show where the properties are on the map. Because the search doesn't bring up all the properties and we passed a road sign that said it's up ahead, but the app doesn't have it. Makes no sense. Update: Soooo... they had the option to search using the map... and then took it away. Still makes no sense

Trying to add my cell phone info on my profile in the app and website to no avail. Just got a camper, and can't even set up anything prior for alerts/notifications OR contact someone via the chat or contact form before going camping.

Good app. Little bit better then using a web page to book stays. When making adjustments to a already booked stay, call the place, it's much easier then using the app or web page.

I had an awesome time! My grandson thoroughly enjoyed himself in the pools and they had a magic show that was great! Everyone working here is very pleasant and give you a real accommodating feeling. Lots to do and see!!

It's okay app if get to work I try multiple times get it stated and make account but won't send anything to my email to get it started

We stayed at 2 sun outdoors resorts in CO this month. One was great. The other one was terrible, found blood on my daughters sheets and someone else's shoes under our bed so the room was obviously not cleaned well. Hot tub was full of drunk adults and unsupervised kids that were literally jumping off the ledge into the pool, and none of the staff could have cared less. I talked to staff there and sent several emails to sun outdoors and have not gotten a single response.

Does that make me want to go buy an RV in go to the st. Croix River or see the places I was a cat or that I haven't been to Montana I didn't have a real clear terminology but that's the dictionaries for we have the internet so for what it's worth I thought I was good thank you

Right now I'm getting used to the app but it's a little confusing what Campground Sun own I'm sure I'll get used to it

I am trying to make a reservation at a Sun Outdoors owned campground in Maine. Sun Outdoors has bought out MANY Maine campgrounds. The app states it does not own any properties in Maine.

Wasn't to happy with this app.... So that is why it's getting 2 stars...

Booking my stay was quick and easy!
