After the newest update the app is useless. 1. It does not keep you logged in nor it has biometrics logging feature. You have to log in each time you switch the app off. 2. You can't take screen shoots - it was awesome when I could take a screen shoot and share to my workers. 3. When on the managing tab under a specific project and click on a specific piece of equipment it takes you to equipment quoting. PIECE OF USELESS GARBAGE.

The app itself seems to work fine. Unlike the other reviews I have no problem with functionality. I love the fact that I can search through all the equipment to find exactly what I need. CON's Everytime I have tried to rent something using the app they never have the machine I need and when I call the location they do not carry the machine I need. I really think you should update your APP by location and what they carry. If it's not there then notify a location that does. Your losing money.

it appears there was a recent date that requires to allow notifications. if notifications are not allowed, it opens to a white screen and you are not able to access your account. as of now, not usable without notification. it is not a bad app but I am not going to allow notifications so I uninstalled it

Absolutely horrible company. The customer service is completely useless. I read off the confirmation number THEY sent in an email, they couldn't find it! I finally got ahold of a supervisor who wasn't any help either. This company doesn't actually rent you ANYTHING. They're a clearing house for small companies they have no control over, and it shows. My loader never showed up, and no one can tell me why. RUN SCREAMING AWAT FROM THIS COMPANY

This app makes managing an established, corporate account easy. There are sometimes fairly significant delays between equipment requests, and notification from the branches that specific equipment is not available, which has led to the biggest issues I've encountered. Overall, a valuable app.

Price is always different than what populated at location. It's a waste when you are trying to get an accurate price and can't.

Get ready to read a "oops looks like we got our wires crossed." error message everytime. the verification email requires a verification email which sends you a, you guessed it, a verification code to unlock.

Does not work for the 2nd time.... I've tried this app before and it crashed when setting up a account on DOB selection.. Now it won't connect to the server when trying to create a account 😒 seam that sunbelt just needs to stay out of the apps

Booked a dozer and excavator a month in advance called a week before to make sure everything was ready. The called the day before delivery stating they didn't have the equipment and didn't even stock it in the area. Do not use Sunbelt and if you do you can't trust the online catalog or bookings.

Use we? Use 2 600 amp hour backup battery systems for a concert that I work and they were fantastic We ran one stage and all our vendor power off of two batteries and one charger.. Amazing quiet and clean. No more. Diesel smoke and noise at a concert amazing.....

nonstop required updates that slow down and get in the way. requires login to do anything and doesn't provide an alternative to remembering a unique password

Tried to set up an account...would not accept my valid, 30-year old email address. Couldn't rent the equipment I wanted to rent. Moving on to the next local rental company.

Deceptive Beta App at best. This is only offfered to 3 cities nationwide. It shouldn't be in the main store if it's not usable nationally. Waste of time time to download.

Horrible app. Doesn't work, i can't find anything, can't put the times in to make a reservation. I recommend to completetely rebuild everything.

Got the app to make my rental easier from the website but no equipment details come up when I select the one I want. Just says sorry our wires must have gotten crossed.

After latest FORCED update I can't open anything after searching.... App is now COMPLETELY USELESS!!!!
