Normally, this app works great, but now a pop-up keeps saying new update available to use. When I click it, it goes to Google apps, but the app is up to date. I can't log on because it's a neverending circle. Update: Installed beta, didn't work. Un-installed Beta, un-installed app. Re-downloaded the original app and now it works again and I can open it.

Downloading invoices never works. Can't take screenshots for security reasons?? Can't open statements as PDF. One of the worst apps I've had the displeasure of using to sign up. Trying to setup a new account and transponder. It asks for transponder number or account number. Nowhere on transponder does it use the words transponder number. Every time I sign in, it reloads the sign in page. I have to click on menu and go to a different screen for it to realize I'm signed in. horrible app

This new app is a disaster. Nothing works. I used to just pull up the Sunpass website and all was well. Not so anymore. Not only can I not get into the website but I cant get into the new app either...it doesn't recognize my account number or transponder number. Tried calling them but they were too busy to talk to me. Not sure what I'll do when it comes time to update my credit card info. Of course they did take their payment this month. No trouble there. This app definitely needs work.

The app is a joke. I've tried more then 10 times in an hour to get everything set up and Nothing is working. Customer service never picks up the line. Everything on my phone is up-to-date and updated regularly. It's a waste of money at this point. I got halfway through the set up process before it told me my license plate was already in use on another account when I've never had a surpass account before.

Totally useless now. Can no longer add funds to my account. It has my information stored but when I try to add funds it logs me out of the app. I had to go to the full website. I also keep getting alerted that my account has a low balance. My low balance alert is 10 dollars but I keep getting alerts for balances over this amount. Florida needs to find another company to manage the toll system since this one is incapable. Completely incompetent.

App won't open since update. Also, for some stupid reason, usernames are used instead of email addresses. When one forgets their password, reseting it is much more difficult with a username that can also be easily forgotten. Also, I got a notification saying that because my account is below $10.00 that I should add funds because the balance is below the "minimum." There's no way I'm adding more money to an account I almost never use. The SunPass and this app is useless.

My Sunpass works just fine registering my tolls etc. I have just 1 vehicle registered. The issue that is just so maddening is adding funds. Lately when ever I try to add money away from home,using my bank card, the card Ive been using for the last 15 years, I'll get an error saying Sorry we were unable to process your order or something like that in all Red. But when Im home on the pc, same card works just fine as always. It isn't my phone, I can assure you. This app needs an upgrade!

Just updated to the latest version and still find this app difficult to use. I need to change my license plate numbers. You'd imagine it was in edit vehicle, right? Well, you can't make any changes in edit, very annoying system. App and its website are THE WORST. If it wasn't so nice to blow by the tourists, I would go back at the booth. It doesn't remember my user name 85% of the time, I want to refill my wallet- very annoying system.

Nothing is Loading I have a sunpass. I have had it for a LONG time. I bought one specifically for a trip, but the kiosks where I bought them wouldn't load when it came time to upload all the information I put into their system. Same issue here. Everything is always loading and nothing is working. So I just drove through the tolls so I could do bill by plate. Now I am collecting 'administrative fees' and I still can't pay them because it's a 45+ minute wait to speak or you watch this app freeze

The app keeps loading up insanely slowly, If it even decides to load at all that is. And even when it does eventually load, it's a constant struggle to login. I end up having to log in about 4-6 times before it eventually works. Then when it loads it shows my funds and stuff, but I can't add funds, because when I try to go past the main screen after login it just goes to a permanent white loading screen. And my phone's not the issue, nor is my Internet. as I checked and I have very high speeds.

One of the worst apps I've ever used. I'm a software engineer, yet took me 50 minutes to register two retail-purchased transponders, and in the end it only succeeded via the website. App reported not up to date browser. I definitely have up to date Chrome. Today, after first day using passes in two vehicles, I checked on the website: neither vehicle listed. In the app: both listed. There's only one transponder listed, but twice. Tried to add the second one again and it says already registered

I can let the whole "toll calculator" opening up a web page instead of staying in the useless app slide, I'll accept that it's probably the slowest app I have, but I cannot accept that they force those ridiculous stipulations on the password requirements. Capital/lowercase, numbers, special characters, and THEN 8-12 characters only? What a joke.

"There is an update available". No there is not. this has been going on for like 8 months now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. cleared data and cache. Everything. Fix this app. Most people don't use it that often but I sometimes have to use it a couple times a week adding rental cars. Also make it easier to add rentals like the PA EZ Pass app does.

Terrible app. When you try to pay it asks for your invoice and plate numbers. It then takes you to the invoice screen and if you click on the pat option it then asks FOR YOUR INVOICE AND PLATE NUMBERS. It's a perpetual cycle of this. It's only slightly better then their website that doesn't keep the drop down menus open long enough to actually let you select what you want to do. I had to pay over the phone and the automated system is 99% useless. Took me almost and hour to pay a $15.45 toll.

I've used Sunpass for years. This app is terrible. I give 2 stars because it does allow me to add funds and check my activity. Everything else? Useless. It logs me out, tells me the system is down, or gets stuck. So when the state system goes down, you'll have to go online to pay your invoices. Adding another vehicle or updating your account in general? Save your effort and time and just go online to their website. Good luck! Sunpass should seriously fix all of this, it's embarrassing.

I try to register my transponder and I'm told to update my browser. All of my browsers are up to date! I try to use the app to notify them and it tells me the system can't be reached and to try later. This is after I had a very difficult trying to enter the info of wanted without the info disappearing when I hit submit with resulting errors.

The only thing worse than the app is the customer service. I had a balance of over $90 when I moved out of state and I requested a refund back to the card I used to load the money. Instead of just giving me the full refund, they sent me 2 direct deposits, one for $25, another for $11 and change, then told me the remaining balance would be mailed to me as a check in 45 days. They were able to take the money from me in one payment but they can't send it back to me the same way? Avoid Sunpass.

Have an issue where the app will not load once I've put my password in. Only thing it lets my phone do is "close all" once the blue circle starts going. I have uninstalled, reset my phone, tried on 3 different internet connections, and nothing. Worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune of having to call. Absolutely terrible app. I honestly don't understand why they can't just bill your bank account directly, without auto-pay snatching $10 minimum each time. Just debit my account ffs 😑

It's ok. Just don't like how they show your balance. It's very confusing. If your account is on negative $5, it doesn't show as if it's negative. It just says "Account balance $5" which makes you believe you still have $5 in your balance. Please change that because when I checked again and noticed more money in my balance (I didn't know it was negative) I thought my lady added more funds. So confusing. When it's on negative, put the negative sign and even change the color of the numbers to red

Crashes constantly, very limited on what you can do within app (vs via desktop website). Very frustrating since SunPass has *everything* to do with being mobile. For instance... To "quickly" add a rental car license plate to your account and duration of rental, etc... It is not possible unless you use the desktop site, on a computer not a phone (even mobile website is wacked...forcing the desktop view on a smartphone does not fix it). Again - the app is 100% useless, do not bother.
