This game is pretty fun and addictive, but I don't like how you have to pay to play the other levels. it feels pretty weird, considering that it is a free to play game. When I downloaded the game again. my data was deleted. i was pretty disappointed because i paid the paywall about 9 dollars to beat the game. The ending it just peach kissing, no surprise there. As sad as it is, at least there is more content after. Nintendo, at least let players finish the game instead of buying the levels. 7/10

Super Mario Run is a great first installment of Super Mario for the Mobile platforms. It runs on the New Super Mario Bros. engine and has the exact graphics as the core games. The controls are great and serve the purpose; play with one hand. However, there are other controls that I'd love to have at my disposal, such as ground-pound and a gesture to stop running. The game also features Rally Mode which puts you to the test with other players, but after a while the stages seem stale, daily or weekly Toad Rally stages would be great for this. I personally love Super Mario and Super Mario Run is an amazing game for true Nintendo fans. Highly recommend playing and buying the extension.

It's kinda disappointing, honestly you only play four levels then "oops we forgot to tell you that you actually need to buy us." I mean it's cool at first, needing to predict every move and jump precisely, but after a little while, you get tired of it, especially playing the same four levels over and over. I don't know how much it costs for full in-game contents, but I'm not buying it. Sorry Nintendo, but this game seemed neglected for a while, which it still is.

The game isn't that bad. Mario runs automatically the whole time making it a little interesting. But then of course like so many games that you play on your phone, the lame money grab comes. You get to play the first 3 levels and then a boss level but if you want to continue and go onto the 2nd level you've got to pay for it!!! That's a hard NOOOOO FROM ME!! Thanks for the first few levels though!!! I'm out!! Peace!!

Fun game. It's short if you don't try and get all the special coins and what not, but that's true of most Mario games. One handed controls and short levels make for a perfect mobile game. My biggest gripe right now is it will hang forever when it needs to load about 5% of the time on my pixel 3. Not sure if it's a phone or wifi problem, but it's irksome. Most of the time I don't lose any progress, just have to restart the game, but it happens way too often.

Overall a fun game. I particularly admire Nintendo's one-handed gameplay approach for the application, which is a new phenomenon for me in the gaming world. One feature I would ask for is the ability to send away toads. The reason is simply because I have OCD, and prefer to have "clean" Toad ratios, instead of an immense amount of reds, for example.

I like this game, but when I went to transfer my save data from my iPad to my Android phone, it transferred everything except the content of the game that I paid for. I paid 10 dollars on my iPad for the rest of Tour Mode, purple and yellow toads in Toad Rally, and no waiting times in Remix 10, but it wouldn't let me play past World 1. I was just wondering if it was possible to transfer that data from an Apple device to an Android phone. Thanks in advance!

Extremely unfriendly towards free to play users. The game mechanics and graphics are great. Limited levels for free, but remix levels go on for longer, so that's alright...but I was on the fence about having to wait 3 minutes in between the remix levels, and then I got to stage 10 and the wait time jumped up to 30 minutes. If you pay the $10, I'm sure the game is phenomenal. *Remix level 12, the wait time to be able to play again is 1 hour. It's almost like they don't want people to play.

This game is amazing. Great controls, and enough depth to give the player a challenge once you get far into the game. However, the game would benefit greatly from having more events like the Mario Wonder one right now that give us a reason to play Toad Rally. Also, adding more elements of the Mario games (like the Triple Jump and more power-ups, and maybe costumes like Blue and Yellow Toad) would serve to make the game a lot more fun. In essence, great game that needs more content in the future.

You only get one world and you buy the rest of the game for $10, not cool dude. Not everyone would want to spend that much on an app game. I've spent a lot of money on Nintendo before on console game releases, but stuff like this just doesn't work here. In-app purchases are better in my opinion (Cosmetics and a currency system) like Mario Kart Tour (Great job btw, you learned!!!) 😃 But yeah... Should probably make an update where somethings like these were added and undo the whole $10 thing.👍

This game isn't bad. It has an okay playstyle that allows you to play with one hand, it has a large character roster, allows you to play with friends, etc. But the big problem lies within the amount of money to unlock "The full game". 10 DOLLARS FOR A FEW EXTRA LEVELS AND SOMETIMES AN EXTRA CHARACTER WITH IT!? That's unreasonable for it to be so high that most kids probably don't even have the full game. Only problem, though.

Even in 2021 this game is still a lot of fun. It receives enough updates and events to still be relevant, and the online mode is still up and running. If you're just into the single player mode however, then you have not only the 6 main worlds, each comprised of 4 levels, but you also have Star World, featuring 9 new levels, and obtained after beating the main game. There is also Remix 10, an endless supply of levels (essentially an endless runner). $10 may seem steep at first, but you get a lot

YOU CAN'T EVEN PLAY ALL THE LEVELS!! You get past world 1 and expect to keep going but you can't. Unless you pay money. 90% of the game is behind a pay wall. The racing part is fun but when you want to just play a level on your own and get some coins. Nope. That'll be 10 dollars. So expect to pay money in order to unlock anything after the first 4 levels.

The trial version is a tutorial level and 1 main level. The full game is 10 dollars. Keeping in mind that it is actually challenging and engaging and plays very decently for a mobile game, I don't think that's a bad price. I'm impressed at how this game was developed to be so difficult as a mobile game. It plays like a 90's game, having to go back into levels to get all of the pink could and other achievements. There are a few different modes, including a competitive rally.

I doubted that this game would be interesting and even fun initially, but it is quite enjoyable. It's pseudo-free-to-play with the Remix 10 courses, but the real meat and potatoes is without a doubt the 6 world's that cost $10.00 USD. I haven't bought the other 5 worlds that you can buy yet, but it seems worth it. It's less about the platforming and more-so about perfecting speed runs, and the levels are reasonably long. If you just want to play it without paying, go ahead and stick with the Remix 10 Campaign. But, I recommend delving into the $10.00USD Main Campaign if Remix 10's your jam.

If you like mario, then this is the way to go. I think the game can be improved. I think it's not worth paying $5 US to complete the game, but that's just my opinion. If you don't want to buy the rest of the game, you can still do other things, like Toad Rally and Remix 10. I love how you can battle other players and unlock characters without buying them. I would suggest any mario fans out their to play this.

Only giving this 3 stars because it's a bit of a marketing scheme. It allows you to download for free but once you play a few levels, it forces you to pay to continue. They could make alot of money by only doing in app optional purchases like most games but no, this game cost 10 dollars. Disappointed. As far as gameplay and graphics go, it's great. So if you can spare the 10 dollars, go for it. Just know that going into it.

It would be a lot more fun, but... I know these companies have to make their money! Nintendo Is a multi million company ( to say the least ); so having to pay to advance on such a simplistic runner game is 🤬 ( to say the least )! To be even more honest, even if you are willing to pay to advance, the prices are kinda outrageous. Last time I played, they were asking $3+. 🤯😤👎

It is definetly a nice, well polished game! It even uses the same game engine as New Super Mario Bros. U! Fun, but has a downside. You have to pay to play more than world 1. Now granted, there are plenty of secrets to find in the levels given. And not very many people care about losing $10 or more to a mobile game. But those who don't pay or can't... well, they usually ditch this game afterwards. Overall, good game. Fun. Just wish I didn't have to pay so much.

Good game, great graphics, but it's a Pay to Play game, which I mean only the 1st world is free. The rest of the levels are locked. You have to pay for the full version of the game to unlock the rest of the game. While that's not so bad, I beat the 1st world in a very short amount of time, and there are only 6 worlds with 4 levels each, the 4th level being the boss level. Not too many worlds and levels within to pay that much to just beat it in so little time. That's why it's 3 stars
