let me start off by saying they're a good company and I've been to him and they have good products but for some odd reason the app won't let me see the menu. if I want to see the products that you are selling I have to get on the website and check out the menu there. I can see my loyalty points and everything but I can't see the products the only app that allows me to see the product is muv.

This app doesn't have a lot to it really. It is great for showing how many loyalty reward points you have, the latest updates and a detailed log of your orders. You cannot shop through the app, it will just redirect you to the browser. Similar apps that offer online ordering seem very glitchy, so I'm glad it's not part of this app. As far as being a private super easy to navigate reward wallet this is the best I've used.

horrible app.not easy to use hard to access the menu has you looking all over to locate the menu.usually have to give up on a order.to much wellness info that's not necessary.just give easier access to the menu

Waste of space on your phone. There is no in-app shopping All it does is track rewards and it doesn't even do that. My local store has " signed me up" for rewards in the app multiple times. I've never seen a single reward point added to my account or a single benefit Sense installing this app months ago. uninstalling.

1 star due to the fact that it's just a desperate attempt to farm more information from customers despite the website formally being able to show you reward points without an app download. 1 star for every webpage wrapper that doesn't even perform better than just going to the site. For shame. And, of course, you will not be able to sign in even with the correct password. This is solely an attempt to farm more information from medical customers under a medical prescription.

This is the most useless app I've ever encountered!! You can't shop or look at the products, so needless to say you can't order anything, save your time and aggravation and go to the website, the app is only good for taking up space on your phone.

The app is garbage for Android users. The stores promote a free gift ( great gifts too ) if you sonply turn on push notifications. Guess what? It doesn't allow push notifications to be turned on. The app is a joke. Stop promoting it if EVERYONE can't use it.

One of my favorite dispensaries. They have the very best products in the area and they have sales often that make the cost within what the product is worth. I wouldn't buy the products at their full price, but there are so many sales that you probably will never have to buy a product at full price.

This app doesn't help in any way. Was on the website, which is pretty user friendly and then kept getting prompted to download the app and so I did and I am going to now be uninstalling it. The only thing I can do is see my order history and that's about it. Oh, my rewards points but I can already see that on the website which works fine and does more.

Just so y'all know, you have to turn on the push notifications in your phone settings in order to get the free deal. I'll agree that it's buggy and wack for Android since you can't even make orders but yea at least you can get a free product and other deals (also yes you can stack the 10% off to any deal...it's legit the only discount that can be stacked turning a 40% off to a 50%). Y'all gotta ask ur local surterra more questions before you assume ish btw

This is another dispensary I use and it's in my top 5. I love the products here but their customer service has room for improvement. Not as helpful as some of my other places but I'm sure that will change. I'm all for second chances. I'll check back after my next visit. But all in all it's a nice place to go for any of your medical marijuana needs.

Suretta is my absolute favorite place to go! Everyone is always extremely friendly, I feel like I am talking to long time friends when I walk in. They have great selections and always have amazing discounts! I visit the Suretta in Deltona, FL and it's always a great experience and they will answer any questions you have and if one person doesn't know it they will make sure to find someone who does to ensure you have all the answers you need!

I'll get a push notification, but as soon as I go into the app to message.....it won't load. I've logged out and logged back in and got nothing. I've even deleted my account and reopened one, and still nothing. Ugh!

It says discounts are stackable in the FAQ, IN the app. Seems to work fine on my Samsung. Just wanted to drop another review from someone who actually took the time to read the documentation.

Going into this location recently I can tell a change has happened. In a good way. Oh and Jaylen, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER. She is amazing when she teaches the classes on the product. Also to the young lady with the beautiful colors in her hair, you are also Amazing. This store has the hands down BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They all know their stuff, and thank you for always making sure I get what a good deal when I come in. ( the younglady with the hair 😀) XOXO

Pointless app. It keeps track of points and orders. Your points are already in every email you get so unless for some reason you need to know what you bought in the past, this app is useless.

Waste of time. The app barely functions and is so buggy as to be useless when it does, and because of the app and said bugs I have become aware of your anti-consumer policies. I will not be shopping with you

Horrible app. Tried to update my email and it thinks I want to change my password. Sends me a 6 digit code that doesn't work. Tried 10 times. Maybe a non medical Marijuana user should develop the app.

I removed the old app and Installed the new app. And was unable to vue product's from the store or purchase from the new app. Went back to play store to find the old app. It no longer exists.

doesn't show yesterdays purchase. no lable or web history showed the whole name of flower..I would like to see the full name on somthing after I buy to keep track of what I like..let me know if fixed will fix stars
