I needed to secure a room i was renting this past week when the 'maintenance guy' was found letting himself in (for no reason). at first it was good so I bought a year's subscription now randomly it unlinks & disconnects & I have to get logged back in and reconnect to the other phone only to find out that there's no video clips because they were deleted when it got unlinked and everything. not so much in the reliable dept My biggest issue is I'm trying to get a hold of support because every time I try to login it says that that account is being used and I can't seem to send an email asking for help.

do not use this app. the developer is shady at best. Will not respond to refund requests. I canceled this app within an hour of getting it because it would not work. they said you have a 3 day free trial. they have not refunded me and it's been almost 2 months with no communication. Google play is no better. they dont help their customers and let shady developers like this on their site. so disappointed...

Before installing the camera I was asked to subscribe for a yearly plan and there is no way to go forward except to subscribe. Since it says "Cancel Anytime" I subscribed, to get to the camera installation step. Then I found out that installation cannot happen (for another glitch) and I needed to cancel the plan, and not to use the app anymore. I made the cancellation merely ten minutes after subscribing, but learned that the first year cannot be refunded. This cancellation policy was a sham.

Very disappointing experience. I just wanted to try the app to see if it would feet my needs. I had technical issues with 3 android phones and could not review recorded events. But the worst part was that the subscription options are so badly and misledingly described that instead of a free trial you end up with two subscriptions and are paying 15 euros for nothing. There is actually no free trial options. The policy of the company is so misleading that one can easily describe it as fishing.

STAY AWAY!!! The only way to get in is order a subscription. There's no way to cancel. This appeared before the actual app I was using a QR code for. I bought the subscription thinking I had to. I had to cancel my debit card. Two weeks before I get another one. No way to get through to customer service. No way to cancel. My bank couldn't stop the payment.

Accidentally purchased the year subscription the website says you have 14 Days money back guarantee but it's impossible to get ahold of somebody to get a refund. So now I got a year subscription to an app that I don't even need. I mistakenly thought it was another app.

I installed the app on both our phones and then couldn't get it figured out. I was waiting for my daughter to help who uses a wyze camera so I cancelled it until I see her but I'm now out $110 and still not working. it says 3 day trial but I cancelled day 1.

I was tricked into installing this and I think that's ugly behavior when you're trying to keep your house safe. im working on being refunded. This is not about their service I'm sure its fine but I would like my money back.

as so many before me have stated, this app is a trap. you have to pay a subscription to move forward and try to connect your cameras. Yet after paying the subscription, I still can't connect my uniden cameras. I have tried to contact them and get my money back but have been totally ignored. I will be reporting the situation to Fair Trading Australia. do not use this app.
