Super fun, and the progression doesn't take forever! I love that it gives you the option to watch ads instead of bombarding you with them. Though, I will say it still does give you ads. But these ads are skippable within 5 seconds, and you rarely get them. Having the option to watch ads, actually makes me want to watch the ads! I get a reward for it, and I don't have to worry about annoying pop-ups as much.
The app itself is pretty okay. A good time waster and I can tell it has the potential to be very addicting. However, it was a little...janky when it comes to the ad-based rewards system. If I tried to click on the ad button to get a flashy power up or reset my chefs in favour of faster production, it would click, darken the button registering the click, but then not have anything else happen. When I tried to triple my level up reward, it would simply close the window and give me nothing.
I want to start off by saying I really enjoy the game itself. It's a relaxing game to play at the end of a long day. The problem I'm having is the missions. They are unclear on how to complete them after you unlock the second table. Which stops me from upgrading my people to gold. The option to watch an ad is permanently grayed out. Please fix this issue.
I actually really like this game. Super straight forward and satisfying time killer. However, once you get to the second location, you NEED to spend rl money to get green cash. You're other alternative is paying $8.99 per WEEK. Way too expensive for a game like this. For the devs, I'd recommend adding daily quests that players can get green cash from each day, instead of the current one-day missions. Or maybe have customers drop green cash occasionally.
Yet another game that asks if you want to watch an ad for a boost, and shows you one even if you say no. And the incentives for watching ads seem too low as well. Its It's too bad because I like idle games and I like sushi. seems like a game I would have happily played daily and happily watched several ads each day. instead, because of the way they are implemented they only got 2 ad views out of me before I uninstalled. Oh well.
a good game other than the adds that pop up after you do LITERALLY ANYTHING. oh you took 30 minutes leveling up so you take a break AFTER CLOSING THE APP YOU NEED TO WATCH AN ADD TO GET YOUR MONEY. Sushi Bar devs please please please don't have so many ads. oh and if you don't want ads you have to pay $9 EACH WEEK. but that's not too bad because it's not like anyone's going to play for more than a week because of the ads and the outrages prices to get rid of them. less ads = more players -anon
The game is overall a good game In terms of the art style is good. But at the start to get to anything you have to watch ads now I have respect for game devs as debugging, textures, programming, etc So most of the time I watch ads out respect (even if I don't get anything out of it rewards etc) but in this case it's very obvious it's watch to win way to many ads (at least it's not "forceful" ) I'm to lazy to look at grammar so sorry for that.
It quickly becomes an ad simulator when you're trying to make any progress, too easy to blow through resources. Left the game alone for months on end, then came back, and collected the huge sum of money I have earned while I was away. In a one minute of playing, literally went through all my money upgrading. One minute, then it becomes an ad simulator. I've been spending more time on 20 second ads for more money and stuff than the actual game itself. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Overall, the game is a neat idea. However, I think it'd be better with a few things: There's no sound at all. A simple music track would do good. The chefs seem to not really have as much progression as I'd hoped in the upgrades (at least as far as I've played) so it'd be better if they knew more preparations of their trade. Other than that, its a good time killer app and relaxing to watch the plates of food go around on the conveyor.
Everybody keeps saying about the ads, but I haven't experienced a single ad. Instead, my game seems to have refused to let me interact with it. I can't scroll across the table or click on anything, including the settings or level up buttons. I've tried force-stopping the game, but it's still doing it. It seems like a fun game if I could still play! Edit: It's letting me play again, but I hope it doesn't do this again...
A very simple idle game with an endgoal (unlock all the sushi stations). This is only of the very few games that have zero pay to win mechanics, in fact it has no mechanics to pay for. A lot of people complain about ads, but progression can be made without viewing them. Let the game idle until you gain a level then you might have to watch a skippable ad. The other issue is balancing. It is best to save up for the most expensive food at each station then buying them individually as the cook only prepares the four most costly foods.
Don't bother downloading unless you only plan to open it and play once every month or two. It's a decent idle game, but significant progression is dependent upon watching ads. If the ads won't play, you get no way of increasing profits to be able to progress. Customer service takes weeks at a time to respond to inquiries about this, so any "bug tests" they run yield inaccurate results. That's too much stress and drama for a "fun" idle game.
This game is fun, however it's really money hungry with its ads. Most games have it where its optional but this seems really obtrusive and annoying. Oh you want to level up? Have to click this thing that will lead to an ad. Dont want to watch the ad and collect your 'free' level up money? That's okay just watch this smaller ad since you didnt want to watch the 30 second one. The worst part is you can really be okay in the game without watching any ads, you dont really need them.
Finished the game in a few days and I'm wondering if I should hang on for an update. The free adds are not alot but dont allow for extra "2x" time or you are put on a timer for expensive sushi or the sumo wrestler and even then you are only allowed one or the other. You dont make hardly any money when the game is running in the background and when you do play the game again there is no "double for an ad" available. This game feels like it could be something but......
I'm going to start off by saying this game is really fun either your boured and want to waste time, or you just want to play the game. The reason this game isn't 5 stars is because of how many ads. Everything is around an ad, but they tend to be short and they usally give items back if you decide to watch an ad for an item. The game is fast pace, but slow at times. It's really your choice on how you want this game to be. In my thoughts the game is fun, a little too many ads, and it's your choice
Tons of ads! I've learned how to survive the ads; just start one and do something else. You have to look at the game very often. If you max the speed, price, and number of customers, you can be racking up millions of points in short order. Four stars because once you've upgraded those three things, there's little to do except watch points accumulate.
Really cool concept for a cookie clicker style game. Goes pretty fast, but also has a lot of levels and places to progress. The graphics are really cute. In general, I'm enjoying this game quite a bit. There are a lot of ads, but they can be clicked off of within a second and there are opportunities to watch videos to multiply the pay you get when you return or get a 5 minute multiplyer. They gotta make bank, but it is really not annoying at all to be honest.
the constant adds sucked, but all in all it's an idle game. not really a whole lot to do, just install it play for a few minutes then forget about it for about a week, then get back into it and advance. not saying that's negative aspect, I mean it is an idle game, just very very repetitive. but I did enjoy the concept behind it. I didn't give it more than three stars for the simple fact of the constant ads really sucks.
Sushi Bar is amazing...especially since I love Asian culture and cuisine. Very addictive and easy to learn, but the ads tend to become a little repetitive. I'm not complaining about them because I understand the need for them. I'm just saying seeing the same 25 seconds(or more)of the same game advert is sooo...frustrating. especially if you already have the game installed. Besides that little..tiny 'issue' the game is a wonderful way to waste time especially to avoid awkward conversations.
This game is 100% boring to be honest. All you do in this game is upgrade, level up, tap, earn gifts/rewards, and receive ads to get EVEN MORE surprises. Now, It may all look fun to play games like these but the fact is that, this game is really easy which makes the game very boring. What you should do is add a challenging levels onto this game (or) something that people will most likely enjoy to keep themselves entertained, it's the pandemic. Anyways, I like this game in a good way. 👍
