Device won't stay synced with my phone. The same button is used to turn on blue tooth and to read blood pressure, so once synch fails, device assumes you want to take a reading. at that point, you have to take the batteries out and start over Called tech support and couldn't get a live person . Nice idea, half baked

The app would be okay if I could log in regularly when I need to. However, half the time the app tells me my username or password is wrong even after I try it two or three times. Then I just go over to the website and log in with no problem. I can just save time, skip the app, and go directly to the website. The app has always been glitchy like this with me.

the Sutter health team, along with their app, my Sutter health, has everything you need and it's clear what buttons to push to get what you want. it's amazing being able to send messages to my doctors. getting appointments is only taking me 2-3 days to be seen. it is unbelievable!!

Not good. Clunky and slow. Unable to make payment. No better than using a browser.

shockingly terrible. scheduling applications have been around for decades and somehow these geniuses managed to make one that errors out all the time and just gives you a something went wrong error without actually providing any useful information and then even worse leaves. you stuck in pages where you can't hit, submit or cancel with no information about why. just single-handedly one of the most frustrating experiences I have used in any app.

Very well designed app that is easy to use! It doesn't necessarily adhere to Android's Material UI, if you're used to that, but their interface has every option I've needed in an easy to find way. Honestly, this is eons better than other companies that give you what feels like a glorified browser tab. Over all, this is quick and responsive, secure, and simple while still providing a robust feature set that lets you do what you need without calling in and being placed on hold.

I liked the information and the ease of leaving a message for my doctor; I've used the app for years. Lately it has been demanding new passwords and special codes. most of the time I have so much trouble logging in that I just give up. too bad, it was a great tool for awhile.

I love Sutter Health care! My health online has been a huge help in my health recovery. I am able to connect with my care team and doctor's quite easily. I love being able to send a quick message to them and not have to deal with be put on hold. I can send them a message any time of day or night. I also love getting my results back from lab quickly. Sometimes I see it before my medical team does.

this app makes it so easy to remember your appointments. I am very busy caring for my 90 year old father who has dementia so alot of times my appointments get put on the back burner and then I forget about them and I miss my appointments. since using this app I haven't been late to an appointment and I haven't missed an appointment. its so easy to log on and see the notes from the doctor or nurse. I feel like I am in control of my Healthcare. thank you for this app its a life saver.

I was hospitalized for 8 days at Sutter Medical Center because of a emphazima flareup. Everybody at Sutter was great, I was spoiled the whole stay. I loved how I was treated by my care team. Sutter is great.

I really am impressed with my health Sutter app and the epic platform. very easy to use when paying a bill. scheduling appts, and communicating with my AWESOME PCP Dr. Fam Liu (shout out!) I have recently needed health care and I love that this app lets me message him and other great clinicians at Sutter Health.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I have used MHO for almost 2 years with 5 Sutter doctors. It is an amazing tool that works really well for me. I live 2 hours from the Sutter complex so this has saved me a trip several times. Most doctors respond quickly. The app works well on Chrome browser under Linux and Windows. Quite pleased.

it works to remind me of appointments etc. which I suppose is it's main purpose. it also passive aggressively tells me that I might be a fit for a research study. with no way to get rid of the in-app notification. so I keep seeing it every time I open the app. I'd call this a user hostile design. annoying.

My Video Visit with my primary care Physician was on time and went very well.

Love the App!! I can see everything from results, medicine, Doctor's notes, also dates of other Doctor's. I can also send messages to staff and doctor plus make payments.

Well designed app. The ability to view my results on the day and particularly prior to my visit with my health-care team, is awesome. I can craft my questions prior to my visit. My only concern is I could not UPLOAD results from immunizations to my health care-team.
