Can't pay the bill with the app on both of my phones. I get an error message every time I try to pay. What's the point? I'm convinced that T-Mobile either wants you to use auto-pay or call them so they can charge you for payments made over the phone. Maybe fix the bugs before hyping up an unnecessary app. Too bad you can't give negative stars. I surely would. New year, same useless app.

Update: latest update broke it. I can no longer log in. Just keep getting "network error" when I try. Who doesn't like free things! Always an adventure. Unfortunately much of the time the giveaways are things that don't interest me at all. I check each week for my 10¢ off a gal at Shell. Without it Shell would be the highest priced gas around. With it I save a few cents (which adds up over time) over other brands. The rest of the offers I usually pass on.

Edit: you asked me to send email about this problem, which I did. Still can not get on the app. Stays stuck on " Tired of password". Sending email was just a waste of time as nothing has been fixed! Said I needed to download this app as other one is going away. Now I can not even login to the app. It brings up the fingerprint thing, but can't get past it to even login. How am I supposed to use an app that I can't get into. It's just aggravating?

It was nice at first, giving you freebies and deals you ACTUALLY LIKED. Now it's garbage. Week after week I'm presented with "deals" and "freebies" I'd never use or a short time clock/redeem timeline. The giveaways we have to go to the store are almost never available. UPDATE AS OF TODAY: 09Oct25, whatever y'all did, undo it. I can't even open the app. It just keeps crashing with an error saying to try to update after the developers provide one, lol smh. Trash.

It gets 1 STAR for THE fact that it comes at an affordable price point. NO STARS for the app. Why on earth would anyone want a router control app integrated into an advertisement bombarding app? No, I don't want Tuesday "rewards". I want an app that reliably connects to my router and properly enforces internet restriction protocols. Restarting the router is awful, it takes forever. How is it that my phone can be using the internet from the router, and the app can't manage to connect to it?

Don't order through the App! I've placed 2 orders. Paid for expedited shipping. They gave me expected shipping dates. When I check on the status, I'm told it's ready to ship. Both orders have shipped past the "expected ship" window. What's the point of expedited shipping when they hold your package for over a week? Absolutely horrible. I'd give negative stars if I could. I guess it's time to switch to Verizon...

Terrible replacement to the original app. This app doesn't allow me to log in. It shows my phone number as userID, and I put my password, and it says userID missing. There is no way to redo the number or anything, cant change it to email either. So, getting in via this app is 100% useless. I have to go through the website to do business. It is an inconvenience in a convenient world. Don't waste your time!

If you are going to force everything through TLife, make sure the app works. Jesus. It's problem after problem. scam shield not loading for some of the line, unable to access certain pages due to limited access when there shouldn't be any, reporting scan number now it's buried, and so forth. the app is the worst. making life harder to subscribers 2025.

The deals are usually great! sometimes there's a couple of weeks that are dude duds, but overall, it's great! Edit: wrote the review above 2 years ago. this app sucks now. the rewards given are equivalent to coupons you get in the mail or prizes you find in cereal boxes. i used to look forward for Tuesdays because of how good the rewards used to be. now you get a good reward maybe once in a quarter of the year.

Last year I supposedly upgraded to early even though I went inside T-Mobile to upgrade my device. the associates said it was eligible just to find out a few months later it wasn't. they made me pay off a phone I used as a trade in and that I was no longer in possession of. id understand if it was my mistake but it wasn't. it was there's. ended up paying full price for the Flip 5, and didn't even get to keep it. I've tried every way possible for T-Mobile to resolve this but they refuse to help

UPDATED: This app has proven to be unreliable. At times I'm not able to open the app. When I use this app to track my kids' SyncUp watches on my account and cannot even get into/back into the app it is not acceptable. Even after clearing my cache, uninstalling, and reinstalling the app (which I've had to do before), it still doesnt work. It will work for a while and then goes back to either spinning and not let me in or throwing and error if I am able to get in and try to track my kids.

The few times I have tried to use this app, it keeps reloading each page without letting me complete anything I'm trying to do. I was able to add a new line and phone without issue once, but anything from checking billing details to changing a phone number to checking on the current benefits? Constant reloading and no progress. This is despite turning off the VPN and being on a solid 5G connection.

The app has never worked when I've tried to use it. Either I can't log in, can't reset my password, or the screen won't load. When I go to their website to pay a bill or access other features it sends me directly to the app which never works. There are often error codes saying they can't load the page or there's a problem on their end. Seems like the only way they want you to contact them is through the app which doesn't work .

It's a bloated app that should be simplified to an app that only manages your account and internet settings. Every time there is an update on my phone, I get constant notifications trying to force me to install scammy games and apps that it claims are recommended to improve my experience. The only way to get the notifications to stop is to manually go through several pages of app and uncheck all the boxes and click skip multiple times. Then it will sometimes still give you more notifications.

having trouble logging into the app to pay my bill. would hate to go through a web browser instead of the app. seems to be more convenient for me to go to the app. but again, for some reason I'm getting an error message. I tried clearing the cache, restarted my phone AND! just updated the app from play store. something is going on🤔😔

T-Mobile requires you to use this app for everything, I just have their wifi. If i could give them, their customer service (John Paul) and the app a negative rating, I would. they are all terrible. I spent 35 minutes via the app with their customer service (JP) to reverse a late fee, which they "couldn't", most companies take 2 minutes to figure this out. Granted, before the late fee, I prepaid for months, they wont send bill texts to non T-Mobile phones, only email or paper.

For a company with the the "best" 5G service you would think you could optimize your app to not be the slowest thing on my phone. Its been this way as long as ive been a customer through several iterations of the app and multiple devices. Other apps of every sort give me no problems for the most part but your app is worse than a PS1 loading screen. added Feb 2027- app is still terrible on my 3 phones. app doesn't work. website doesn't work. "we got our wires crossed" going back to verizon

Most Tuesday offers are for places that don't even exist in areas. You got to be near a big metropolitan area. My favorite freebie is the insulated grocery bags but it would be great if they would release some that will actually last and not fall apart after a year. App has issues like getting to the auto pay menu. I tried using the website and it just kept bringing me back to app. I had to uninstall this application just to do what I needed to do. Need a app disable option.

Handles most account management, but really wants to upsell to you, and spams you with offers on "T-Mobile Tuesdays" unless you turn notifications off. Some things you can only do on the website, and some only in the app. And some things still don't work, like activating an e-sim for a phone that the app doesn't know can accept e-sims. Some older phones still work fine on T-Mobile's network, but can't run this app, so unless you have another phone on your plan, you have to call anyway.

App still not good. can't contact support, can't look at bills. half the time it's not working properly. too much going on, it just needs to be a simple app to check my account. past review: Sorry, this is just not what I wanted. The free is not really free anymore. I don't want to sign up for 100 different offers. And the offers don't change week to week. I am not entirely sure why I even bother updating. Very 😞 sad such basic sponsorship style offers.
