Lately, on my android device, if I click on the "III" menu button in the lower left corner of my phone, there is a notification in the top left corner of my screen that this app is open in the background. I have never used this app, and I don't know if that's supposed to happen, but my phone battery has been draining ridiculously fast since that started, and my phone gets hot easily. This app wasn't opening and running in the background by itself all the time in the past.

This is the app from HELL. You can't make it permanently go away! You literally "uninstall" it and it comes back! I haaaaate notifications, so I disabled them in almost everything. But with this is one, the notifications just keep coming! Some days it'll let me actually click off the notifications (which it then ignores) and other days the notification button is grayed out. I've been over and over and over this with customer support and even "submitted a request" BUT IT DOESN'T WORK!

I've "reached out" through the app. They want a video of what happens. So once I can make my phone video itself I'll be set, huh? How can I do that?!! I first posted here several months ago, went through chat support, even phone support. Chat support kept telling me to "be patient" and said they reported it to the technical support (a lie, it seems). Phone support says there's a report they can send but they want a video of what happens. So I continue not getting rewards on limited-time events.

was okay until I started giving me ads and non-stop that I couldn't get out of. now it's just trash and even then it was trash before that. nothing but republican-based news articles and information. which is fine if it was actually all facts and truth being told. too biased for me. Plus the ads are just out of control now. and I don't think I can delete the whole thing either. thanks for being that company now even more so than before.

this app is awful. they literally spew out AI GENERATED ARTICLES every 30 minutes and you can see by the titles like they put an colon and then they start the next part with inside, how, why, or what. also, What do you mean, Coverage from Trusted Sources? Obviously a way to hide up the fact that you basically said “ChatGPT, make me an article about [insert topic] and BAM! AI NEWS! I want yall to stop using AI as a takeover, use it as a helper. please.

how do i stop these useless updates for a app i could care less for. ironically,it is one of the few things about tmobile that actually works consistantly.

This app keeps installing without my permission and installing apps without my permission. From now on every single time I see this app on my phone without my permission I'm coming back to update my review I hope others will come back and update theirs to to drop your ratings for this app. It's sad that T-Mobile is a great service but y'all have to be sell outs to these terrible apps that you try to force down our throats. Hey it's next time you installed without permission, 5th time u installed

Really would like to give zero stars. This was such a bogus app and I could never use the so called deals it claimed to have. Why the heck cannot I not uninstall this stupid app? I've tried several times, but nope, it only uninstalls the latest "updates". This app is taking up space on my phone and it's so frustrating that it can't be uninstalled. Bloatware. Screw T-Mobile. All they've done was give me outrageous bills with stupid added fees.

This is a very important app, it took me three towers before it could be tamed... Now ... I am awaiting its trial run to ascend into the books of harmony.... though I am patient... alas... it really has what it takes... I am just awaiting the dazzle like anyone else who is very happy with it.... Thank you T-Mobile... Keep up the good work I know you excel in... my network is bliss while excited. Let us PROPERLY Uninstall this app. This is point blank bloatware and y'all know it. I don't need an app telling me what games I want to play. This entire app is just an advertisement. This app comes back from the dead, reinstalls itself without my permission, updates without my permission, etc. Even disabling the app doesn't stop it. Give users the option.

it constantly runs in background depleteing battery. not useful for me

I have no real use for the app since I mostly ever call with my friends over on discord, yet if I do need to do a meeting with a teacher online we have a personal app that is used for that. I've uninstalled it yet it stays on my phone; taking up storage I could be using for my more used apps instead. It's just a rather big hassle as now I have to be careful when updating my apps so I don't misclick and update this one and waste storage on it. I am speaking abt how I can't delete it mostly 😐.

T-Mobile Play pushes phishing ads, trying to alarm the user into clicking a button/link due to "397 Viruses" causing "70% Damage" on the device. This app automatically draws over all other apps on the device when opening the phone. This app is installed by T-Mobile on your device with no ability to uninstall it nor disable it through the settings menus in App Management on the device User Interface nor Google Play. Uninstalling from the Play Store does nothing, the app remains.

This app is like a virus. After an update and as soon as opening the app a pop-up appeared and was gone. All of a sudden I'm getting apps installed on my phone from what I tracked down was "Device Manager" a system app being used by none other than...Tmo Play. Booo the devs need to go out back of their place chanting "Awa Tana Siam" along with some rubber bands and shoot themselves in the head. Just saying real low bottom feeding. I deleted the app and all that disappeared n never came back.

This is nothing but bloatware. It would be great to be able to uninstall it and save myself some space on an already crowded phone. I did try it out and was less than impressed. In fact it almost seems like they put more effort into guaranteeing that I could not uninstall this software then they get into making the software good.

When I enter a sweepstake or play a game for a chance to win a giveaway, the app always indicates "oops, looks like you're already played, entered, or registered." What the heck, every Tuesday there is a different sweepstake or giveaway... I am sure I have neither entered, played, or registered for a sweepstakes or giveaway more than once. Same results for over a year now. No improvement, Might uninstall the app.

In latest round of updates,they've made it so you get notified HOURLY and you can't turn off notifications, you can't uninstall anything, you can't force stop permanently. I've been discussing it with their customer service for the last 2 months..yes 2 months..and it is still happening
