Taco App CR

Didn't let us load or update, even after reset. On another device, opened only in Spanish and (although I can understand) it offered no option to select a different language anywhere in the settings, let alone at the first page upon opening where it should be for those that only speak one language. No special offers like most restaurant apps either. Don't let me down like that, you can do way better and have before.

Tried to update the old app, didn't work. So i tried to redownload it, now it's all in Spanish and asking for weird permissions. I was in a hurry to make a big group order and running into this was very frustrating. The regular website to order didn't work well either, and nobody at my taco bell location was answering the phone, so I had to go in person to make the order which added a lot of time. Due to covid, the only taco bell store that is open for dine in was very far. Frustrating.

App is great. Didn't know I could build my perfect burrito before this. Taco Bell on the other hand..... my burrito is the way I ordered it about 1 out of 10 times. I like adding potatoes, siracha, double meat, and sour cream. Usually get it with 2 potatoes no siracha, enough sour cream for 4 burritos, and regular meat. When it's right it's great. When its not, makes me not wanna eat there anymore. So I don't.

App is not in English. Cannot seem to change it. The app starts off asking for very suspicious access to your devices and you can't even read what your clicking. Avoid this application. I miss just being able to pre order my tacos man!

I have tried to load this app at least five times sitting outside of a Taco. However once it loads and I hit open it just flashes and shuts off. It will not stay open, so therefore I am not ordering. Please fix your app!

Downloaded this, and I couldn't register because everything is in Spanish, and I do not understand Spanish. I didn't even have an option to change the language. So I uninstalled an app in less than a minute after installing it. How are supposed to make money if it's in a language most don't understand? And by most I mean Canada.

You cannot change the language and the app requests permissions that it should not need. I don't know of any other food service apps that require your full identification either. Super sketch. Do not download.

Sketchy, no language, original app not updating. Checking for tacobell update in app but just says install... me thinks some kind of hack to take down the original app and post the fake one. Based on other reviews so far, unless you want a password leak and info breach then probably don't use this.

App doesn't work, crashes immediately, and tech support copped an attitude with me when I contacted them for assistance.

I am in the US, so a spanish version isn't unreasonable, be there should be an option to choose the language. Also, no, this app does not need access to my photos. What is that about?

The app is in Spanish so had to translate it to register. It also requires an ID number to register. I will not give out that info for a food app.

To all the people bitching that it's not in English (that's all of you turds), maybe try downloading the standard Taco Bell app and not the one specifically designed for customers in Costa Rica. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

This must be a scammer app. Can't imagine 🌮 🔔 not allowing you to use the app in English. As big of a corporation as they are this has to be fishy like a week old 🐠 🌮

Comes up in Spanish only, can't change language, app was working fine until the last update, now not working at all.

Not entirely sure why this is now the only Taco Bell app on the play store at the moment. And as I don't understand Spanish it makes it hard to use. Not sure why it's specifically the Costa Rican app either.

The worst app ever. Try to open and it says to click for update. Deleted and tried to reload. Now it's only Spanish.

For all of you who are complaining about the app being in Spanish, it is because the app is for Costa Rica. It it specifically designed for Costa Rican people. That's what the "CR" on the title means. Of course it won't work if you're are not in Costa Rica. And as for the weird camera permissions, they are to let the app use the camera to read QR codes that are on the Costa Rican Taco Bell restaurants. Please do not mistake this app for a global, english spoken Taco Bell app, because it is not.

This app sucks for English reading and speaking individuals! No option to change language settings to English. Please fix this issue. Very dissatisfied with this app

App is awful. Won't work after several reloads. Sure a good reason not to hire and pay workers.
