When the AWS went down, the app stopped working. It seemed to correct itself eventually, but it has gone back to the Scan and Earn not working. First, you could scan items and none of them credited. Now, it just spins looking for stores and nothing shows up when there are clearly stores in the vicinity.

Almost all of my receipt submissions are being rejected, stating they've been previously submitted, when NO they have NOT! I've even tried to submit them sitting in my car right after completing the purchase. Which means I KNOW it's the first time trying to submit- and it says the same thing! This needs to be fixed ASAP or stop offering what you won't honor. I tried submitting a ticket to no avail and talking to chat chatbot. Extremely frustrating and I'm about to stop using SB in its entirety.

This app is very glitchy. When it connects to the retail website, you can't log in to your account with the retailer. So you can't access your shopping cart, or use your saved payment methods. I end up going directly to the website to place my order and then submit a help request with the Tada customer service. They don't fix the problem. Also reward redemption doesn't work right. App needs a lot of work. Definitely a waste of time.

Started out really well. However, suddenly it refused to acknowledge my phone number. I contacted customer service about the problem, and all I got from them was to attempt another form of verification. Nothing on why it happened or how I can avoid it in the future. Edit: I've reduced my review to 1 star, after numerous attempts to get the issue resolved, to no avail. I have almost $100.00 in my account that I have been unable to cash in. I've given up on this app.

Edited 4/30 I haven't had any trouble recently with rejected receipts! So I changed from 1 star to 4. So glad you fixed it! .......... For the second time my receipt was not accepted, I opened a ticket and immediately received an email saying they closed the ticket, and gave me a walk through of uploading a receipt, which I had already done. Exactly. I'd give it less than 1 star if I could...

I am becoming less and less happy with this app. It seems like nothing ever wants to be approved, or the money will be credited then taken back a couple days later. Every item I have purchased was verified via receipt, yet it's still saying it's not a valid purchase. I have emailed customer support several times asking why items were rejected only to never receive a response. Overall, less than satisfied.

There is 1 way to reach CS; you have to submit tickets through the app (or presumably online Idk). Helping the customer is quite clearly the least of their concerns. There's a up-to-30-day response time, CS can, & absolutely will delete your tickets. And your only 2 options are ("activity ?'s or "general ?'s). BOTH options REQUIRE details, AND a screenshot of the transaction you need help with. In other words, No general ?'s allowed. It's the all-time worst CS app interface/set-up ever.

From experience, I would recommend not to bother with tada. It's more of a waste of time than the money you'll ever be able to make. Customer support is very hard to reach, and this goes for all the apps owned by Prodege: tada, swagbucks, inboxdollars, easybucks. They seem to just make it generally hard to cash out and to reach them for help. I can't cash out, and I can't reach CS because the only form that I can fill out doesn't work for me, and there's not a single email address anywhere

Totally useless app. I rarely shop online and have very little desire to do so. This app is thoroughly confusing and ridiculously complex to use. It doesn't have a number of the stores that I shop. I am sure that they are making far more money than they would reimburse me for by selling my data. The app did not scan my receipts. I uninstalled it immediately! A real bummer!!!

The idea is great, but the system rarely correctly identifies the items you purchased from your shopping list. I almost always have to submit a ticket to get the credit. If it's one of the 2 cent items they generally just credit you for it. However, anything else and you have to jump through hoops to try and get your credit. I submitted one item for 50 cents. It was literally the first item on the receipt. They couldn't find it. I submitted a ticket with a screen shot of the receipt attached. I received an immediate replay back requesting a screenshot, date purchased, item purchased, amount of the item, my email, Swagbucks user name. If they had opened my attachment they would have seen that information. It's very frustrating.

Honestly, the app has much to be desired. So glitchy. It is not intuitive at all when trying Look through offers and when you go to scan receipts. So far I have been unable to redeem any of my rewards. I have tried on my browser, on the app, no success. Trying to even reset a password seems near impossible. It won't allow you to set up a help ticket unless you log in and if you forget your password you are out of luck. Please fix this.

Update: still doesn't work after reaching out and sending requested items AGAIN. Used for a few months and even cashed out once. Then all of a sudden when I tried to upload a receipt it said I couldn't be verified and a token couldn't be sent to my phone. Emailed CS. They advised I had to upload my ID and it would take 15 days to verify and be able to submit again. I did that. 2 months later and I still can't upload receipts because of the same issue. Emailed last week and still no response.

Sign up offer was great but I felt like I was tricked. There was a lot of deceptive info in the app. Support had an "I don't care" attitude. They've done great in the past 4ish months and turned things around. Support is quick and helpful, all the bad info has been fixed, and the app is finally "reading" my receipts correctly and I don't have to chat in all the time for my cashback. And they're the only cashback app that offers auto receipt scanning for my local Kroger affiliate.

App was decent at first. Now it's constantly freezing within the first minute or two. Plus when I am actually able to upload a receipt it misses pretty much 90% of the offers. Now I have to do even more leg work buy sending a ticket to the support address. That is when I can actually get the app to work long enough to perform that function. I'm giving it a few more days to be useful then I will just cut my losses and delete it forever.

UPDATE I finally reached the $20 minimum to cash out. Went to choose my gift card and they all went up to $25. Not as good as other apps. Takes a long time to get points and you can't get credited for pick up or delivery which alot of other apps will. Swagbucks is better and essentially the same thing plus you can cash out for as low as $1 with Swagbucks.

Can't get logged into Chewy. Can't stay logged into Amazon. Every time I search for something, go to my cart, start to checkout, or try to pay, I have to log back in again. I don't have this issue with any other app. Frustrating to say the least. What's the point, if I can't use it? Trying to contact customer service is nearly impossible due to the limited options of available questions or issues. I'm only keeping it long enough to cash out. The way it's going, it's going to take a while.

Complete waste of time. I tried to enter my password it says the password is wrong so I reset it and I even save my password and not only does it not bring my saved password up but it gets rejected when I type it. The app and my email are under the same Google account but it doesn't recognize that. To submit a ticket takes 10 days to respond. I'd rather just give them a bad review. And I bet the head staff make at least five figures yet they can't employ enough customer service staff.

I didn't want to give it any stars, but I had to in order to leave a review. I have used this app for a month and put every receipt I get through it. Ive ordered and bought items that were specified to receive the bonuses. I got to $19.15 total cash back and can withdraw it at $20. I had one last bonus I could receive for $2 and I tried to scan my receipt to get it today. It wouldn't let me. Then it locked me out. Now that the bonus is expired, I can get back on. App has no integrity. DONT USE!!

Lots of bugs to work out on this one. Even the auto scan of linked accounts will miss items or credit them incorrectly. I have this app linked to my MyPoints account. Last scan took "cream cheese" as "sliced cheese". When I put in a ticket request all customer service said is "sorry you are having trouble, try it again" even though it will only scan the trip once. Bad app with unhelpful customer service just makes for stress and loss of money. Don't waste your time on this one.

Don't want to refund money earned! My account was in good status and then for some reason my phone cannot be verified. I have money earned and now they are going to keep it. I've sent several emails and tickets with no success. That's stealing money from consumers and companies that offer rebates. I hope it's gets resolve but for now everyone stay away from TADA!!!! *4/1/25 After so many tickets, still have not received an answer. I will confirm once again that this app will keep your money.
