App is terrible and buggy. Entire UI goes missing with only the map being displayed after a driver is confirmed, leaving the user unable to see the car number, ETA etc. Also, while in a ride, you are locked to the ride details view with no way to access other functions of the app, e.g. check ride history, change payment methods etc.

The new interface update is dreadful. After I swapped app back to my screen from another app the map just refuses to show. It's just a white blank screen. & why remove the estimated time of arrival? Is it your way of making users not to be able to tell how long the driver is going to take to reach us so we won't cancel the trip? & I can't even tell what time I'll roughly reach my destination. All in all this update is a step back.

i think there is a bug in your app. the driver was going the wrong direction and head to wrong pick up point, but your app keep insisting for me to agree that the driver arrived on time. and won't let me call or text the driver until I agree with what your app stated which happens to be unfair. as there only one option for me to choose. grudgingly i have to agree and then try to call and text the driver which failed a couple of times. luckily driver realise and heads to my location, JIT!

Please train your drivers on manners (how to communicate with customers) and how to drive safely. The other competitors in the market have strict rules for their drivers & vehicles which make them a better choice to choose from. Plus it takes a whole lot of time to have anyone accept the requests on weekdays specially. So plz look into this and make it better.

Drivers are using multiple cab apps at the same time, they are accepting courses even when the current course is not finished. Looks like there is no penalty issued, I had to wait 18 min for a pick up when Tada app was showing 3 min initially. I am running late for work and the app estimation is far from what it displays and running even more late than if I was taking MRT.

Why does the app force me to confirm the arrival of drivers when they have not? Without clicking 'confirm', I can't call the driver to clarify and when I do, the late charge timer starts. Then the driver would tell me that the GPS brought them to a different location. In that case, why did they click on "arrived" if they know they have not reached the pick up point? Ridiculous. This is the umpteen time driver did not arrived at pick up location and claimed they did. They blame GPS each time.

Keep sending notifications at least 3x a day. If I need a ride I will search for one, no need to keep sending notification. It is very annoying. Above opinion was Dec 2024. Today is Feb 2026. Still has not changed, still the annoying notifications keep coming.

It has been a week since I reported on an incident regarding a TADA driver who charged me for a ride that I did not take. There has been no refund (including the voucher applied for the trip) from them yet. They have given me a holding reply - that they are still reviewing the case as they are "experiencing a high volume of inquiries and they are working hard to address them". I've lost my trust, and likely not taking another ride with them until I receive an explanation and my money back!

Price is definitely more affordable than other app along with surprise vouchers every now and then. But somehow I could rarely get a ride unless multiple and multiple attempts of trying again. No matter the location and time, I've tried it all.

Tada has recently upgrade it function, technically it should be better user experince. However the factual is opposite. Tada need a big improvement at following areas: 1) pick up location show at passanger page and driver are different. end up either with higher waite fee charge to passanger or passanger have to call driver and find the driver themself (fankly speaking this is really defeat the purpose for user call for a private booking car) 2) waiting time always doubles from showing times

overall app is good. Just after update only write driver is otw and don't show the eta of their arrival time,only can wait for them to arrive. would prefer to have the eta of the driver so at least we know how long is it.

Over years and Tada still unable to resolve Default Payment settings, which intermittently switched back to Cash, which might cause unnecessary embarrassments especially driver does not accept PayNow. I do start doubting if Tada understands English definition of "Default"

Twice this has happened. 1] I could select block of a destination, I could only pick the name of condo, BUT it reflected on drivers app a random block! 2] I put my HDB block for pickup, but indicated on drivers app to stop at road side! 3] time of ride arrival NOT accurate

the latest update is very glitchy. it takes a long time to see whether I actually got a driver or now and my driver accidentally ended the trip during pick up. please re-look at your app. it was much better before.

Good service, driver, prices are little more pricey when I last used it. And their routes aren't completed enough. made my driver drove into a dead-end

App is very user friendly. For service, so far, except for 1 driver, all drivers have been very helpful and courteous. Can always get a car very quickly.Prices are also reasonable and competitive. Will continue to use Tada.

Poor quality of drivers, they think they can do whatever they want and make the passenger wait however long they want. Pick up points not even up to date. Saying taxi pick up point cannot pick up when they are a taxi???

Tada used to be my go-to ride hailing app until it started charging me ERP when i do not pass any gantry. The customer service can be improved too. Now it is my back-up app.

my first ride it was cheaper by $2 compared to Gojek. got a driver in few minutes... only hiccup is app has delayed authentication when I add a debit posb card after I tried 3x so use cash payment instead, 😅

stop forcing me to activate my GPS you should know it can't give you my exact location I still got the key in my location in the end. also when the ride is in progress pls allow me to go other screens to check stuff instead of exiting the app when I press back.
