Talk & Translate - Translator

This app was working great on the 3-day trial period. I decided to go ahead with the paid version. Since the free trial, the app doesn't repeat allowed whatever I said. I work in sales and it's difficult talking with some customers who speak a different language. Not having a vocal transition makes communication difficult. This apparently doesn't work out well for paying customers! I vote no-go until they fix this! One Star🌟! If I could give Zero stars ... I would!

I selected auto play off and it still plays, I selected a male voice and it's always female. There's no adjustment to slow down the playback and it goes really fast. This could be a stellar app if the bugs get worked out. Now the audio won't work at all. I'm sure it's a simple fix but I'm tech challenged and there's no directions in the help section!!

Same issue as the comment below me at the time of posting; Was working pretty well until the audio randomly stopped working, saying it was unavailable for that language even though I was just using it. That, on top of the only getting 5 free translations and the shortest free trial ever, might as well be a paid app. Canceling the trial is easy through the Play Store though, thankfully. Needs some work but it's a good concept.

There is no information on how to cancel the free trial. It is completely misleading for you to charge one year subscription! This is terrible!!! Edit: I received an email from google play with the option to cancel the subscription. If I am not aware of it you charge one year! You must provide within the app an explicit easy way to cancel the trial and suscription at any time!

Worked pretty good until it didn't. From English to Spanish I was able to communicate audibly with my workers then for no reason the audio just stopped. The text is there but when you have workers who don't read or write. Couldn't find any help anywhere and this is something I actually paid for but can't find anywhere to cancel my subscription. However if one of their agents would help me out I would certainly change my mind about the app.

app freezes isn't isn't reliable for assistance, when i open the app to use it the app freezes. the app opens when i speak for translation, i can see the line moving as if it is recording my words but nothing happens... I closed the app restart my phone, it will work right after i restart my phone, but the next translation it stops working again.

horrible and misleading!!!! I paid $2.99 and used it once a few days ago, all official a sudden I was just charged $39.99 for this horrible useless thing!!! how in the world can they charge $2.99 and then $39.99 less than a week later???!!!! I wanted to rate ZERO STARS !!!!!

would not work Way too slow and often wrong hard to cancel subscription also you just cannot uninstall the app.

the offline mode does not work. I have downloaded the languages and it still doesn't work offline. I can't believe I paid for this stupid app. and it still gives me ads.

The app seems OK, but I could only practice 4 sentences before I needed to buy a subscription. My goal was to try it with a friend to test its use before I paid. I'll uninstall it.

It's not a good experience, this doesn't translate conversations at all. If I'm lucky I got 3 words individually and nothing else trash. please cancel the free trial. 😔 Not worth 39.00

Subscription took our money twice, I now have a monthly AND a yearly subscription. Requested refund for the yearly but was refused.

I met a woman at the airport, and she didn't speak English but had questions. I downloaded a different app, but it didn't have Mexican Spanish, and she only knew a little bit of Spanish Spanish. then I found this app and we were able to communicate and all of her questions were answered. Thank you for including Mexican.

Nothing too exciting about this app. Does the job, but is visually unappealing. And doesn't recognise accents very well. Although it translates Irish fairly decently, it has no voiceover for it. bI prefer to use Google translate.

I am with out words how can you say real time. when you have to keep switching languages that not real time that annoying. why would you not put that technology in your product when clearly you could have. that is very bad business

Don't use & will not refund. After hearing back that I will not get a refund I went to actually see what it was about and I don't even know what is going on. Obviously was purchased by accident. Scam

Not free. I prefer Talking Translator app that's free. uninstalling.

Thought I was getting a monthly subscription, but no, I was charged for a year. Rip off. Also, it has no live translate and for the money it costs that is very poor. Google translate does all that, and it's free. Cannot recommend this app. Update. Then you receive an AI response, saying please contact us, pretending to help you, and they don't.

it simply does nothing. I click the wavy line for the text, and it gives nothing. The google free app is better by far. I have a paid subscription and this app stinks. No adds to comment on.

This doesn't seem to work well without a subscription. It's slow to translate, if at all. I hope that it works better after a purchase.😬
