Extremely bad application, the verification code never comes. What a waste of time. This app will ensure we keep hanging in limbo. Just developing an app is not enough, you need to have the necessary server size to cater to the demand. Just so inconvenient. I wish I could give negative marking for this version. It was great during the last lockdown. Maybe they have made it super heavy with so many features.

It keeps crashing. I removed it, restarted my phone, reinstalled it but it just won't load. This is too bad that every place is asking for this app and it won't load on my phone. Secondly, it should have the option of offline content. I am sure there are lots of people like me who don't have data package. Even if app would load, it won't be able to show anything just because of data package limitation. Very bad application.

I have an problem ongoing problem for 4 days. The app is signed out and I'm trying to sign in again and when the verification code is sent and entered there's an error message saying that "An error occured. Please try again later." 4 days of trying again later and the problem still existing. I tried calling the support 2 times. Once they told me some troubleshooting steps which I tried without any effect. The other time they told me that it's a global problem.

Randomly hangs , and if you are lucky and it doesn't hang , it gives errors when requesting the PCR , moreover turning from blue to green when you have a negative PCR takes very long time. What is difficult in connecting the negative PCR result with the green color( permission to go out)? !!!! the idea of the app is great but an app is not just an idea, it's the operations that counts

Upd 2. Trying to change phone number to international but receive an error "Something went wrong. Please, try later again". I guess it either doesn't accept international numbers or doesn't work outside of KSA. Upd 1. After update, GPS issue has been fixed. I was able to put all my details. But cannot register my current location. Receiving a message "Sorry. Try again later".

Excellent app, very usefulIt and getting better. IT was nice adding the capability for the app to automatically detect updates and alert the user. Now you don't have to manually check for updates. It was nice to link all the permits to the app. It was nice to add the capabilites to distinguish dependents who don't live with the household. It should also take into consideration laborers living with the household but are not on his kafalah such as maids on contract through labour service offices.

Very much nice app with valuable content that other countries should mimic. However, recently I encountered some issue with the app that logged me out and never allowed me logging back in again since updated few weeks ago. It shows an error that it's now suspended. I return back after few days to try again, but same error shows up. When I try to reset password it shows another error that data entered (Iqama & DOB) is incorrect. Called their support but they didn't know how to help. Not working

Here is the problem with this app. Works ok say 20 times. But every once in awhile stops working. And then you are standing outside your workplace or a mall. Waiting for it to open and refresh. And sometimes it will just log you off for no reason. And i beleive might get worst since it will become mandatory from Aug 1st. They should work to make sure it doesn't freeze as much as it does.

Terrible app. It logs me out daily & doesn't have the option to let me log in as a tourist, so every single time the only way to log in is to go to the reset password page. But even then the app doesn't work half the time. Which is a nightmare, I've repeatedly been turned away from shops & malls. Yesterday I was trying to book into a hotel, there was half a dozen people in the lobby also trying to book in, but weren't allowed because the app wasn't working! Very poorly designed app.

This application, simply put, does not work for any international visitors. It can work, but don't hold your breath. You would be lucky to receive the verification code. Support is also non existent and do absolutely nothing. Good luck to those who will need it. UPDATE; Almost 2 years later and this application is still hot trash. Riddled with bugs. I can't believe some developers as re getting paid for this. If I can give it 0 stars I definitely would.

Your app is not working at all. I can't log in. I get a verification message then it says that something went wrong. Now, today, I also cannot log into your website. Are you no longer accepting border numbers? Because that's what I have been using since October last year. I'm a visitor, not on an iqama. Without either, how am I meant to get access to shopping and work?

Can't even register. The nationality section is mandatory to register but is inaccessible. I sent an email at the email address provided through the contact us link at the bottom of the app register page, and the email bounced back. The website doesn't work. If permits are mandatory, why is the method through which they're aquire such garbage?

I tried to log out from the app and log in back but then I was not able to log in back again despite the correct information I entered,it always says PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE INFORMATION ENTERED IS CORRECT, i cannot really log in.So i have tried to click forget password but still same message pop up telling again PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE INFORMATION ENTERED IS CORRECT. What to do about this. So frustrating

I have had terrible experience with this app, it was alright before they made it mandatory. The most frustrating part is they keep logging me out, its annoying that I need to login everytime I open the application and the OTP has its own mind. There have been instances when I was stranded at the Malls entrance while my sister had to go in alone to shop for stuff all because the application was not responding and kept crashing. I was not the only one outside and everyone there was angry

It's really sucked! I already downloaded this app, last april 2020. But now it's very inconvenient, yes you can log in but the Problem is they will send a one time password but until the countdown finished they will not send any numbers. If you announced this kind of app in the mall ir establishment, you should be prepare of volume of people will use it. Because it's really annoying especially when you go to work inside of mall. Always technical error.

It's very buggy. You can't register outside Saudi as a visitor but once inside the country it works. The "jailbreak" error disappear when you restart the app. If you sign out and can't sign in again, re-register with the exact same information and it will work again. Every time it stops working or you get an error message, shut down the app and restart it, most times that works.

It worked fine till the last family member. Had to make an account for a dependant and now after adding the address it won't move past the map and is showing an error that "can't change the address till the next day"! Now I can't even log out or continue past the change the home address page! Tried to clear the cache etc. But did not work.

App is not working! I base in the UK and I am getting a message that "information entered not correct" despite being correct. Please fix your app. This is unacceptable!! We spent thousands of pounds to come to perform Umrah. It is very disappointing to be unable to get to Almasjid alharam because of technical issues with an app!!!

Unreliable app.. Terrible experience with technical support. The application decided to update my status for no apparent reason. It was reported 3 days ago.. And still no resolution. My life is on pause, can't even attend my long awaited medical appointments due to this. If you don't have the capacity to instantly support technical glitches for such application with this kind of impact on people's life, don't mandate it or offer an alternative method until you have fixed your issues.

Very bad. Can you imagine, I went to a bookshop to buy some gadgets, my TAWAKALLNA disappointed me. It refused to load, upon the active Internet available at that area, and in my phone. The security walked me out because of this. I was very angry. I was even contemplating whether it's because I don't use iPhone or what. Most of the customers that came to the place were using iPhone, and the app was working perfectly well in their iPhones. Please, do something about this to get your stars ✨.
