Works as expected. Not enough customization options. there are certain data I cant track easily (total dividend income, individual stock performance graph,etc.). I only use this for the free 50 trades per year. Web broker offers alot more but is costly.

the layout was easier to read on Webbroker. It gave you everything share price, current % change, etc on the same screen. This does not. Why can't you show some consistency with anything TD does? It would make it easier for your clients when switching from webbroker to easy trade, but then again, TD never thinks of that impact.

hard to see the return and fund facts of td etf portfolio, can't see list of all available td etf to purchase. some of them I short list on my list but now I can't see their historical returns year wise. only able to see the graph. in that way I can't compare between funds

I’ve tried multiple times, including using in-app support, and keep getting the same runaround or being told to wait a few days. Nothing has been resolved. This has been an extremely poor experience with the TD app and is unacceptable.

App immediately crashes upon startup. There's also no progressive web-app, so I can't manage my money unless it's through the app that won't start. Terrible experience. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Easy to use. Sufficient functions for beginners to trade. The 50 commission free trades are attractive perks. Could be better if more reporting features are provided.

Using an Android phone, I can't write a decimal number in the limit order. Are you kidding me? This is a very basic activity of trading. Now a month later, here is another review. I can't open the app. It kept crashing. I deleted and installed again to open the app. But once closed, the app crashes again. And still I can't enter decimal number for a limit order.

super basic app. Gets the job done but could have been more intuitive. I'm glad TD Direct investing has added 100 ETFs which can be traded for free. Will be switching over.

This app is beneficial for someone who absolutely needs to stay with TD for banking and investing. It has attractive offerings (50 free trades, no commission on TD etfs) for self directed customers compared to TD DI, and these at least work. But it has a LONG way to go in terms of competing with mobile offerings from other brokerages (WS, Questrade), needs to improve: - Very Dated UI - Should offer automated investing - Live Quote Data and more frequent update/refresh of acct. balances

there was an update recently that actually broke the app? if you scroll the screen turns all green until you stop and this has been the case for a month or two, I came to check if there was an update that didn't auto install but of course it's just broken

Stop asking for my pronouns or how I identify. It's mental. Also, on the 'my portfolio' page, when I refresh the page, the 'sort by' gets messed up.

Its only selling point is the 'commission free trades'! It's so inconvenient to use that I forgot I had it and stopped trading for months. 1) The platform is not very 'ergonomic', too hard to read or navigate 2) Maintaining continuity of your accounts is made difficult because you can't access them from your TD easyweb. 3) The account info (balance owned) in this app is hard to locate. I had to triple check I was selecting the appropriate security before selling.

The app itself is terrible but the service it offers does what it is supposed to. I had no issues linking it to my TD accounts and no issues making trades for free. The app interface is slow, very basic and does not update in real time. My account does not accurately reflect my total portfolio and still shows the value from the day before. The stock prices do not update in real-time, you need to click refresh. The stock data provided in the app is less than basic, you get more data from Google.

This app is unreliable and will lock you out at the worst possible time. Not worth the "free" 50 trades for this level of UI. As well, when trading ETFs it will automatically buy in at a different price than what is shown as the ask price. Save your money, use something more reliable. Update 2023: still the worst bank-native trading app available. It allows a single trade per day, then gives error message that prevents you from doing further trades. Still hopelessly useless.

Trash app, it's a wonder why TD makes life so complicated for their customers. Every single time I make an account on EasyTrade, it says that the account isn't valid for EasyTrade. So it prompts me to make another one. Well which one of these three accounts that were made on EasyTrade will actually be usable by EasyTrade? Anyways, you've lost a customer in me. I love how everyone at TD says "it's quick and easy." With all the bugs in your apps? Nah.

TD easy trade is a very dated app/product and has a horrible UI as well. pros: 50 free trades a year zero commision TD etfs cons: -requiring a separate app/platform with separate accounts -unable to hold non TD etfs -horrible UI. You can't even see the total value of each holding without clicking a drop down arrow. td easy trade should always been incorporated into TD DI. No other bank/broker operates like this. BMO, BNS, RBC offer a wider free etf selection without a separate app

It's limited in what options I have to buy. There's only free commissions on TD ETF's. The charge of 9.99 $ commission on any non ETF is not competitive, with other platforms charging 4.95$ at the highest and something like 0. 07% MER at the lowest. This means I am using other platforms to buy stocks to avoid the crazy and non-competitive high commissions, TD easy trade and TD direct investing charge. This also makes me lose trust in TD as they are clearly overcharging me as a customer.

The app seems to be launched to complete with apps like wealth simple and Robinhood but the UI and interface are very rigid and not intuitive. it severely lacks the fluidness and flexibility of other apps. The only good thing it offered is the 50 free trades and that it's from a reputed and regulated bank.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this app (from a technical perspective of course, not the $10 fees for sell/buy stocks) except the fact that I have to sign in like every time I check the app, if I left it inactive for like 15 minutes even though I have the Session Timeout setting set to 240 minutes. Also, it would be way easier if biometrics can be as an option to log in.
