The food tracker is unnecessarily restrictive because it lacks a "create custom food" or manual entry option. The database doesn’t cover everything—especially home-cooked meals or niche brands. If a food isn't in your search, there's no way to track it accurately. Adding manual input for calories and macros is a standard feature in other health apps and would make this much more viable for health management. Please add this in an update!

This app is not user friendly for weight management. Having to log in every single time with a password & being required to fill out the same questionnaire repeatedly for a virtual visit is redundant. Tracking meals is also awful. Trying to track meals is a chore in and of itself; that's IF you can find the correct food. If you can't - what? Just don't eat it? It should be as simple as possible to encourage use or easily connect to a usable interface.

Works fine for tracking blood pressure and weight but the food tracking is terrible. Not being able to enter a recipe is frustrating and so is not being able to enter your own foods, you have to find it through a search and if you can't find the correct item you're just out of luck. I was just dealing with the annoyance and trying anyway but then they updated it and now items I had previously found can no longer be found and the info taking a picture brings up doesn't match the label.

App repeatedly crashes, has connectivity issues. I've used it several times, and every time I was unable to join the appointment with the doctor. when it does work I hear an echo, it's as if multiple instances of the call open all at once. update: app still showing problems at every turn. can't use biometrics to log in. buttons are unresponsive. can't get care for my kids easily.

I signed up for help but was unable to receive it due to a technical issue. The doctor required photos of my medications, but there was no option to upload them during the call. No alternatives were offered. I was still charged, and later the upload feature appeared. I then had to pay again to see another doctor for the same issue, which felt unfair and misleading.

The app is very user friendly. Was able to quickly create an appt., and was given an estimated call time right away. Love the 360 Health and that you can chat with a clinician over the phone. **edit, if I had anything bad to say about the app, it's that sometimes the listed times for therapists are not correct, so your appt. will be canceled. Sometimes the therapist will message you back/offer to schedule it. But sometimes you're just kind of left in limbo.

Having this option is nice for people like me who struggle with anxiety around doctors appointments. However, my experience with the mental health part was not great. The number of times that I tried to schedule appointments and couldn't because "the time I requested was no longer available" is depressingly high. I had that happen across 4 doctors and something like 20 appointment times in a single sitting. Yet, the same times were still available to choose. The app was buggy in general too.

I've been using the app for a few years, but not much has changed. Once you get in, the app is nice. However, the biggest frustration is getting logged. Biggest issues: 1 login is required multiple times, even if you just logged in a minute ago 2 login info is wiped with any app update 3 You're offered the option of setting up a pin, each time the app forgets your login. It never saves and so, I'm not sure what it's for.

I've been using this app for a few years with no issues, but this year, the app has been such a pain. It doesn't recognize the insurance ID even after confirming with customer service that is in their system. Reinstalled the app numerous times and still having issues. Now, docs aren't opening. Not convenient at all these days if we're having to call customer service to set an appointment and have to listen to them read their disclaimers, word by word. Lol 😁 😒

App itself is decent, but the service providers suck. They're limited in number, distracted, and will get the same level of service if I just called a random person for medical advice. They don't know what's going on, appointments are hard to get, are rescheduled or cancelled last minute, the handful of providers I've seen have been unprofessional, and the whole experience feels like a watter of time.

The service is great. The app sucks. There's no way to store your info for finger/face login so I have to reset my password any time I want to log in. Very frustrating. I haven't found a way to stay logged in like some apps have. Very frustrating. If the actual service wasn't so good I would delete and be done. Also, there's no way to message your therapist or doctor so if something comes up, so you can't reschedule you just have to cancel and wait another 3 days.

Just logging in, it never remembers your settings. I've set it several times to read my fingerprint. I have yet to log in with my fingerprint. Once you are in, it's not easy to use. If you have to fill out a form, you may have to fill it out several times before you are finished because I keep dates on my phone and when you close the page to look at another, it deletes everything you where just working on. When you get messages, I still haven't really figured out how to see what a message is.

I love the option to use teladoc instead of sitting in a waiting room forever. However, the app can sometimes be an issue. Every time I try to log in, the app has not saved my login information, and I have to go through the entire process of figuring out my username and resetting my password. Also, I have had the issue twice now that the provider supposedly cannot reach me at my phone number. I do not have any blocks on restricted numbers, and everybody else can get through on my line.

I tried to set up an account and I never could. All I got was a circle of "you already have an account-please sign in" and "you have entered the wrong information." So instead of getting a Free doctor consultation I had to use another quick care app, that actually was user friendly, and had to pay the copay. What a pain. Not fun having to go thru all that when you feel terrible already.

Using the app to track weight, blood pressure, and food log. Absolutely SUCKS for logging food. Can't find common items, and it doesn't allow you to manually enter items. You have to select from search results. Their data entry is horribly inconsistent, making it impossible to find and select the correct items. It's garbage. Customer Service is horrible as well. I actually had a lady laugh at me because I couldn't find some items.

Don't waste your time. I spent 2 hours trying to fill everything out, the app kept freezing. I called the number and a rude man (who had me on speaker phone) said they couldn't schedule a visit since I'm a self-pay patient despite the app saying that was fine. Decided to try again from the computer, was able to finally find a doctor and request an appt. After all that, they wanted $229!!! Do not recommend.

Easy to use when it works. I have enabled fingerprint and passcode access multiple times, but it never works when I use the app the next time, it still makes me enter my username and password, and then AGAIN asks if I want to set up fingerprint and passcode. And then, when I go to view my important messages, it tells me I can't access them, so I have to log on to my laptop anyway. The video calls run smoothly, but the app itself needs serious maintenance.

App frequently crashes or has server errors. I have had multiple issues with service providers, such as no waiting room being set up, to being left in a waiting room for 45 min, to having a meeting cancelled last minute with no indication why. The app, if you press the back button too much when looking for a provider, will back completely out of the tab and you have to reenter all of your information. Customer service is unhelpful, and has hung up on me after being on hold for 1 hour.

the app is missing several obviously necessary functions (the button for help center doesn't work, as an example.) You end up having to call and then they may or may not transfer you to the right place. sometimes you get a message telling you to leave a voicemail but instead of being able to actually do that, you just get more hold music. This app is a mess.

I think this app has great potential to be helpful in connecting customers to service providers while in a remote capacity. However, I pride myself on being pretty tech savvy and this app is very frustrating and not easy to navigate. It is constantly logging me off, does not remember my preset information, and drops almost every call. It annoys me that I cannot adjust the notification settings, nor does it provide resources for the customer if the vendor fails to connect.
